Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the clinic, starting with the reception, they are very friendly and truly helpful, doctor Maite was amazing with my 8 years old boy, he was very confortable and we didn't have any issue during the procedures. The clinic is clean, well decorated and very confortable, they have a nice selection of coffee and tea and kids corner.

From the warm welcome from Sarah at reception, the spotless and modern premises and complimentary coffee , which as a mum bringing a nervous patient to the appointment, was a lovely touch. Ricardo was our dentist and he went above and beyond. My daughter was in for wisdom teeth extraction and Ricardo really made her so at ease, explained everything to her and was extremely patient and genuinely caring towards her.Extraction completed with such ease and patient smiling at the end of it ! We have been to other dentists but unique dental is in a different league, offers a patient focused service, friendly relaxed surroundings and their staff are quite simply amazing. Negative experience: Got appointment for cosmetic procedure front tooth “ replacing old filling “ as the filling was discoloured, no pain or anything. All done… paid 140€ happy days off you go! 2 weeks later , the feeling started feel wired and very painful. Returned for check up and same dentist informed me that it is specialist i need to see as he does not specialise in root canal problem. Specialist in the house off-course did some tests and suggested root canal for only 700€ and we can start right away. I left and never come back . If i knew simple cosmetic procedure after care will cost me this much i would not touch it or go elsewhere to get it done. Not recommended!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The metal frame of my bed sprung up, broke my tooth and split my lip and less than an hour later Unique Dental saw me, did an x ray, checked my nose and face for broken bones and stitched my lip up. The staff could not have been more helpful or reassuring and I’m beyond grateful to them for their kindness.

I was quoted crazy money previously for a procedure that didn’t even need to be done & the guys made sure that my issue was resolved without pushing extra services that were not necessary! Fantastic experience: Lovely practice, user-friendly environment, first consultation was free, staff was available and helped me with my issue. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Negative experience: What I found very strange is that one needs to pay 100e for consultation for a child before the child can have any treatment done. There was no any flexibility from the receptionists site despite my child was at the dentist many times before and the previous dentist said very clearly which tooth need to be done. I was told that consultation includes cleaning and xray. And when I said that I dont want to do xray the receptionists told me I may skip x-ray but I STILL NEED TO PAID for it!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Unique Dental enough!! Dr Manuela gave me the perfect smile after a year with braces. She told me initially it’s unlikely for results to be so quick but did such an amazing job that I was actually looking forward to my monthly appointments. Dr Bruno had previously removed my wisdom teeth before the braces, which was a difficult procedure due to how they were growing but he took great care and I didn’t feel any pain just a little discomfort. The practice is modern, affordable and filled with experienced professionals who are truly there to help, I could not recommend it enough! Thanks Unique Dental ☺️

Just being in a Dentist Clinic or a hospital would make me panic. But my experience at Unique Dental has changed that. When I walked into the clinic, I noticed right away how calm and peaceful it felt. The white walls and soft music helped me relax. These might seem like small things, but for someone like me with a lot of fear, they really matter. Dr. Victor was the dentist who treated me, and he was so kind and patient during my implant treatment. I also met Dr. Ricardo and he was just as nice and understanding. They kept asking if I was in pain and paid close attention to how I was feeling. If you’re scared like I was, I recommend telling them from the start. Fantastic experience: The single most good dental experience of my life. I've a genuine fear of the dentist (plus it only ever ends in expense and pain at best). Today I had the first part of an implant installed and Dr Ricardo is absolutely amazing. Explained everything, was very calming, and the procedure was practically pain-free. I've had scales and polish in other dental practices that were more painful than this. Making a patient's experience pain-free is so important and it was a great experience for me despite my fears. It was greatly appreciated.
