From meeting the very friendly and professional Kelly in reception …. to Frances, the Hygienist……to Noel, the dentist, I was really impressed ……and I was treated really well! I’ve been with the same dentist in Swords, Dublin since 1987. He retired recently and I’ve now chosen to attended Noel and Frances in Alexandra. My Swords dentist was outstanding! After this morning’s experience, I’m going to be happy with my new Dental Practice. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Hasam in the roscommon practice today for a tooth extraction. My fear of this has been on another level but him and his lovely nurse calmed me and literally had the tooth out in less than 3mins. Fantastic experience: I was in an emergency situation, and the lady at reception was very understanding and helpful in giving me an appointment for that day. The dentist and his assistant were very kind and they worked with they usual speed and thoroughness in restoring my tooth.

Negative experience: Biggest rip off of all time ! Maximum of 3 minutes for check up. Charged €50.00. Make a separate appointment for hygienist. Money racket if I ever saw one. NEVER going back. Please check before making a booking or you will be shocked.

Fantastic experience: I basically registered as a patient when my dentist, Dr. Noel Henderson, closed his practice to work here. It's further away from my home than his previous workplace. But when you find a dentist as professional, trustworthy and pleasant as he is, one doesn't grudge the extra distance. I had not needed any other of their services so I cannot comment. Positive experience: The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, similarly Dr. Henderson. Their central scheduling system though is cumbersome. You get so many phone calls from elsewhere to my roscommon location, if they are changing your appointment. Longish waits if you are rescheduled. There must be a shortage of dentists, and dental hygienists overall in rural Ireland.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I recently visited Alexandra Dental because I had an excruciating pain in my teeth, pounding the floor pain. I was terrified thinking of all sorts of problems.I was immediately put at ease by dentist Dr. Noel who was so kind, professional and explained what procedures were necessary. Fantastic experience: Great service. I had a recommendation from a friend that this dentist was excellent and don't give you that usual dentist telling off. I needed a filling for a cracked tooth and I've to say. Quality friendly, fast, very relaxed and excellent treatment. Was informed that I needed another filling in time so I'll be definitely going back to here.

Negative experience: Only average I thought I'd booked for a teeth cleaning but not so I was booked in for an I suppose,you would call it inspection I mentioned to the dentist that I felt I needed a filling so he immediately wanted to freeze the affected area I mentioned that I wasent gettingvit done that day as my wife and were heading off for a saint Patrick's day break so immediately I was asked to remove my self from the dentists chair even though I felt that my teeth had some I.other issues but my inspection was over I then booked a cleaning appointment when this is completed o will register at another practice

Negative experience: I've had many positive experiences with Alexandra dental Roscommon but my appointment today with the hygienist needs to be highlighted. It was by far the most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had. It wasn't until I came home and reflected on past experiences that I thought this wasn't right. I felt the hygienist wanted to get her job done but didn't consider my discomfort at any stage. I came home with lots of soreness and bleeding. I know if this had been my first experience of a clean, I would never go back again! I want this review to help others, not to experience anything like this.

For me, it is especially useful that online, txt message and phone call reminders are also sent, and all information can be viewed individually on the online interface after registration. The Roscommon clinic is nice and clean, the receptionist is very Kind. I met with Dr. Hosam, he was helpful, and he recommended the treatment plan on the first time. The second time, I received painless, fast and professional care without waiting, as planned. The assistant is attentive and kind, both of them are very professionals.
