Negative experience: Very bad experience at this clinic. The receptionists are unprofessional. In fact, she hung up the phone on me while I was talking to her. She promised she would call me back and never did. It took them more than a week to get back to me on the MRI results when the MRI center actually sent it to them in a timely manner. I don’t recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my thanks and astonishment at the quality of the service by the doctor. This GP (E.Karaliute) went above and beyond looking after our 11 month boy. She keeps checking on us to ensure we are improving, there are no words to expres the realeave known that your baby is in good hands.

Negative experience: Tried to book a GP appointment because I had flu like symptoms and a really sore throat for two weeks and the reply from the receptionist was “I have a sore throat too and I’m here”. (Emplying that I should be working as well and not there). Obviously I didn’t stay for the appointment. Worst costumer service ever. Don’t go there. There’s other nice clinics around this area like the Stillorgan Medical Center were I ended up going.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clinic! Starting with the receptionist, family doctor and the nurse - everything is perfect. The consultation went really well had all my questions answered. I was really scared to get my bloods done but the nurse did a brilliant job. The procedure went really quick and I did not feel any pain. Thanks for everything. Good luck to you all!

Negative experience: Very misleading prices , I been in there for 5 min for a panoramic dental scan which I was booked for and gladly paid for . However in top of it Ive been charged money for a consultation that never happened. Thanks

Negative experience: I would give this place zero stars if I could. Terribly unprofessional service, everything (prescription, test request form, etc.) is in a foreign language and they don't provide you with a version in English even when requested (so you basically don't know what exactly you're paying for). The test itself took 2-3 times longer than in another place, I was told that someone will call me back, but no one ever did (even after 2 follow up emails). I would strongly recommend not going to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: After getting the gentlest dental work I have ever experienced in my life (wisdom tooth extraction actually) I would highly recommend this place especially the dentist Ieva as she is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and really knows how to put people at ease. All my fears of getting dental work are gone now and I even registered for another wisdom tooth to be extracted :) Well done guys, keep up the good job!
