Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Blue Poppy enough to anyone, After years of avoiding the dentist due to personal phobia and insecurity about my teeth, a consultation with the staff here but my inhibitions at ease, they explained in a hospitable and friendly manner that there was no need to be anxious about my teeth and that everything was fixable. The staff were absolutely incredible in taking my phobia and anxiety about my teeth into consideration, while reassuring me there was nothing to worry about, this was from the desk staff, nurses, hygienists and dentists. For anyone else in a similar position , that fear going to the dentist as they feel it has been too long now or afraid of being judged, this is the place to go. The work i needed was explained in friendly lay mans terms and the staff understood the stress i felt and were more than willing to help me through. I cannot Thank the staff here enough and can only hope those worried about dentistry work come across this place also. Thanks once again to everyone who helped me, i am now smiling more than i have over the last few years! Thanks!

Negative experience: Not well organised, unable to stick to their appointment times or even offer an excuse or an apology for any delays. Didn't bother to respond to an email complaint. Won't be returning.

Negative experience: The way the dentist speaks to her patients is so unprofessional and rude. i nearly walked out over her tone and manor. I was also told i needed alot of fillings. I though something was strange as i get a check up every year with a different dentist. I got a second opinion with a diff dentist and didnt need any fillings.

Negative experience: How I was spoke to by the hygiene lady today was very unprofessional that's why I got up and walked out I'm still waiting on a call back like they said they would do I would like a full apology three weeks later still nothing joke of a place

Fantastic experience: I Had the misfortune/fortune of using the excellent services that Blue Poppy Dental provide whilst on a weekend break to Donegal Town. From the initial phone call for an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning to walking out of the practice about an hour later with a root canal and filing the experience was professional and friendly, and at an excellent price too! I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dr. Siobhan and all the team at Blue Poppy Dental.

Would like an appointment , it will have to be a Friday , as my daughter has cancer of the spine ,and I have to go to Dublin every week as she is in St. Vincent's Private since last Christmas.I come home on a Friday. Positive experience: All dental needs very nice and helpful
