Fantastic experience: Great Service Friendly Staff For My Mom The Toilet Was Locked and It Was Fine.
Negative experience: Came in looking for a filling for my tooth before it breaks away. Was sent to a different dentist for an X-ray which was fine. 2 weeks went by not a word from them. So I call. They said they would get back to me shortly. Another 2 weeks go by and I’ve been abandoned and my tooth has now broken. Absolute joke of a dentist. How they are still open treating a customer like that is mind boggling

Thank you for your review, and allowing us the time to look into your concerns.
You have only attended our Practice once, on 30th October 2024. You had asked for a filling in 1 of your back teeth, but the dentist was concerned about the size of the cavity. They wanted to take an x-ray to assess the depth of the decay, but you informed them your previous dentist had recently taken x-rays (you said you were with them about 4 months previous). To avoid any further radiographic exposures the dentist advised you to get the x-rays from your previous dentist. When we received these x-rays we saw they did not actually show the tooth in question, so you were referred to another Practice for a more appropriate type of x-ray.
When you contacted our Practice about the new x-ray, we had not received a copy yet. You were advised to contact the other Practice and ask for a copy to be forwarded to us so we could assess it for you. I am sorry you have not been happy with this service, but we have done everything possible to assist you. We wish you all the best with your future dental care.

Fantastic experience: Just back home now from High Road dental . Had a wonderful experience today the dentist was Super Nice as always very calm very , very professional i myself was scared silly for no reason at all i was just nervous , but there was zero pain involved even the dreaded Drill i felt nothing what a legend his assistant was just awesome very professional too . No lectures whatsoever just a wonderful totally kind and honest Dentist i am truly blessed to have him do all my denture work when required . He gets so much work done in such a short time is totally relaxed and the best dentist on the planet i only wish i could give 10 stars with this review . Parking always is no issue at all right at the door every time , reception staff simply could not be better , everyone very hard working with a very positive attitude . This dentist fixed my False teeth a year ago after i stupidly broke them got them back very quickly a million times better and stronger than they ever were previously . Thank you High Road Dental Letterkenny and also Thank to you my dentist and his assistant too .
Negative experience: Went there for a check up and clean had a check up then he took an impression of my mouth never discussed anything with me on my second visit he had a set of dentures for me that don't fit properly which I never asked for had a scale not much evidence of polish also there is no toilet for patients here I asked they refused point blank to let me use it I won't be back.
Fantastic experience: Conal Kilfether is an amazing dentist. He really makes you feel relaxed and explains everything in detail.

Negative experience: I just tried to make an appointment with this dentist. If you are not paying directly out of your pocket, they don't want to know. Medical Card people, are not welcome at this time.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain the current situation regarding new patients.
We do in fact welcome all patients, whether they have a medical card or not. Unfortunately, during periods of high demand we focus our resources towards our existing patients, and simply don’t have the capacity to register new patients immediately. This would be common amongst most dental Practices.
We do offer to place any interested new patients on a waiting list, and endeavour to contact everybody on the list in a timely fashion.
I hope this clarifies our position.

Negative experience: Avoid! Ever since I got a filling here I have had pain when biting down and sensitivity. It’s clearly broken apart because I can see a hole in my tooth in the mirror but clearly the dentist would rather not address my issue, probably because he knows he can’t. It’s unacceptable and I might need a tooth extraction because of it. An utter outrage!
