Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, staff are super friendly and dentists are so professional.

Negative experience: I'm very annoyed with the service I got here. I had a very bad tooth infection on 4/2/25. Peter prescribed Amoxicillin and Brufen for me to reduce my pain. He made an appointment for me to return next Wednesday 26th Feb (to extract the tooth (as the gum had receeded and I'm still in massive pain). I made a courtesy phone call this morning to the receptionist, to update my medical history. The receptionist informed me I was having an X-ray and Teeth Cleaning next Wednesday. I informed the Receptionist, I am in massive pain and Peter told me in early February, I was having a tooth extraction when I come back. Are you Crazy? Tooth Pain is excruciating! I would like you to sort out the pain in my tooth first, before cleaning them. What kind of a service are ye running? Totally Unprofessional, Lack of Care and Neglect. Most Dentists would follow up with their patient if they prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatorys, and the patient is still experiencing pain. I'm so very annoyed and disgusted Peter. I'm in pain nearly a month. That's Neglect!

Fantastic experience: I needed a quick repair of a chipped off tooth surrounding a bigger inlay. As I was visiting on holiday, the goal was to stabilize until the complex treatment could be done at home. I was calling the clinic and explained the situation, and the receptionist was extraordinarily friendly, put me on the cancellation list and called me back with an appointment really quickly. The treatment itself was almost pleasant as the dentist and her assistant were so gentle, transparent in her explanations and patient with my anxiety and reflexes. The tooth was fixed quickly and is stable now, so I can enjoy the rest of my holidays. I can absolutely recommend the clinic and would be a regular if I lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: Efficient booking system. Was seen at appointed time. Friendly dentist - explains everything he is doing very well. Surgery is upstairs which is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues
