Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark was very kind and made me feel at ease he is brilliant at his job. I hate going to the dentist after two bad experiences but today has changed my mind. The service was excellent with no pain or discomfort in my treatment. Best bit the appointment was over in 30 minutes. Staff are so nice and friendly and make you feel at ease. I definitely recommend Sweeney's Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best

Fantastic experience: I recently had to make an emergency call to the Dentist as part of my gums were red, inflamed, had some blisters and felt very tender. I persumed that I had an infection and would need some treatment. I saw Dr. Mark and the treatment I received was excellent. The staff at the dental practice are fabulous and very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sweeney Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark and Dr. Noel are absolutely brilliant. They provide an excellent service. I travel little over an hour or so to get to this dental practice but it is well worth it. They are highly professional. As a customer you are always at ease. Staff at the reception are also fantastic, mannerly, pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Sweeney for years and I could not recommend a better dentist. I have long since moved far away from carrick, but I still return for treatment as I have not been able to find another dentist with the same level of compassion and care.

Negative experience: Failed to refer me for wisdom teeth extraction (I required all 4 removed) and I had to follow up with a HSE complaint after contacting them to see why I had not heard anything about a surgery appointment 4 years after the referral was supposedly sent. I was studying in Galway and so wasn't actively tracking when I would be getting an appointment, but when I was finishing my degree I made contact. Their solution was to send the referral at that time (3+ years after they were supposed to have sent the referral) NO APOLOGY, NO PHONECALL, NO EXPLANATION! Under HSE complaint I was seen by a specialist in Sligo who offered to see me within a year to provide the surgery (which he did and there were no issues). Should not have had to wait through 4+ years of jaw pain and toothaches and bad breath because someone forgot to send an email!

Fantastic experience: Just had my 4 year old in for a check up with Mark and Deirdre. They were absolutely amazing with him. Really lovely practice with excellent staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I called for my first appointment as I'm not registered at any dentist,and they refused me as they only accept regular patients that are already registered with them. I asked for an Advise then at list for my gum infection and they refuse me to give me an advise as they are so busy and can't help me. I'm wondering in what kind of world we're living? And what kind of attitude they use? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

Fantastic experience: I received outstanding service and care from this dentist and was accommodated during such a busy time. The quality of care and attention from every member of staff I dealt with was amazing and I could not recommend them more!

Negative experience: Was left waiting for over an hour with the appointment. Dentist while doing my tooth, was serving the other patient in the same time!!!! Had a rooth treatment done- disaster, had to come back few times in between the booked visits as there was always something wrong. It wasn't my first rooth treatment and have never experienced such a neglect form the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Sweeney for 25 years. In this time, I have received excellent treatment, and Dr Sweeney has yet to hurt me!
