Negative experience: I had a tooth extraction today. The price on the website is 100-150 euro, I confirmed the price by phone 2 days before the visit. When I got there, the doctor told me that it would be 200-250 euro, because you never know if it will be complicated (I thought that's why you gave the range of 100-150 euro) and at the end, of course, I had to pay 250 euro. I decided to have the tooth extracted because of the pain.

Fantastic experience: I am anxious about dentists and team at GentleDentalcare made me extremely comfortable about whole visit. From warm welcome and detailed dentist checkup to cleaning and aftercare, I was taken care of with positive approach and I always knew what is going to happen next and how treatment will work. Cleaning, that I used to find very unpleasant, was carried out perfectly and became the most enjoyable one I ever had. The avalanche of questions I had was addressed patiently and swiftly. I will be back for periodical cleaning as well as any treatment required for sure!

Fantastic experience: I'm going to start off and say I hate the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past. I have neglected going in recent years but finally plucked up the courage a few weeks ago to go. After hearing family and friends have such a positive experience at gentle dental I said I'd give them ago and I must say they are the most professional and friendly dentist iv ever been to! Highly recommend.

Kind and professional staff, I found the dentist to be very informative, supportive and excellent at her job, the dental nurse was so cheerful but not that fake friendly you get in larger corporate dental places.They didn't try and sell me products I didn't need and I didn't feel judged with always puts me off . Negative experience: The worst experience,2 hours in the chair, then told can't finish pulling it,came out in more pain than went in with would not recommend still thinking of going further with this.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough. Dr Jung and all of the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, informative and polite. I wouldn't think twice about recommending to a friend or family. The Clinic itself is light spacious and very clean, lovely décor.

Negative experience: Very poor after care treatment from Min Seo Jung and her team. No assisstance was offered to me post an unsuccessful tooth extraction (only part of tooth removed) combined with inadequate analgesia post the procedure . I did not have a good experience with this dental practice.
