She came to them a very nervous young girl who needed a lot of work before she started her journey with Dr Hugh , he was wonderful , patient and very kind to her from the beginning , they put her at such ease and every appointment was prompt and very professional . I followed their instructions and I finished up wearing Invisalign at the time Dr. Hugh and Rachel had indicated to me when I had my consultation. Delighted with my results.

Negative experience: I went to this orthodontist clinic yesterday to enquire about purchasing elastics for my braces. I am living in Dublin and I had forgotten to bring my elastics with me. I understand I am not a patient but the manner in which I was spoken to by the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Been trying to contact over a week. Emailed no reply, any time I call it goes straight to voicemail. Left a message no response. Sent a message on Facebook and was advised I’d be called.. still no call. Doesn’t instil much confidence.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed with the results of my braces from Dr. Gordon. I decided I wanted to improve my smile as an adult, and I couldn’t be happier with the end results and treatment I received (I wish I had done it years earlier). I was anxious going in for my initial consultation, but Dr. Gordon quickly helped ease my nerves, he explained everything clearly in a way that was very easy to understand. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny in my opinion, the difference a nice smile has made to my confidence was priceless and I cannot thank Dr. Gordon enough. Fantastic experience: Dr Gordon came well recommended and treated my daughter for hypodontia (an adult missing tooth) next to her front tooth. He explained in detail the process and what was needed to rectify her bite, her lower jaw underbite and how it would make confident to smile. The costs were clearly explained and are very reasonable for what is required. He and his staff were such a pleasure to deal with and the end result is truly amazing and my daughter is happy and proud to smile with total confidence and be able to eat properly too. Thank you Dr Gordon, your work is incredible.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Gordon to get braces for a second time after a botch job first time round. I was delighted with my teeth afterwards! Cheaper is definitely not better when it comes to braces.
