Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr. Dousa and Tobin centre team for the professional and efficient service. Dr. Dousa is a great dentist with impressive skills in the root canal treatment. It was such a clean procedure and without any pain. He made my experience very easy and positive.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs and yes....COSTS. The dentist was a lovely man who i saw once. Sadly the receptionists are rude nasty and cheeky. Waiting for weeks for emergency appointment. I was bumped off the list due to not paying a deposit whilst waiting.... They are purely a money making practice who care little for their customers...you can't say patients as that would be implying there was some sort of relationship or caring involved. The only relationship they want is with your wallet. Dreadful service. Rude and very uncaring. Horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a root canal, I have been told that my roots are extremely long and I expected a lot of pain. From the start i didn’t feel a single bit of pain. Dr Abdulrahman and nurse Celia are two top professionals making me feel at ease the whole time. Couldn’t recommend all the staff here enough by far the best dentist I’ve been too.

Negative experience: Awful experience with the owner of the Dental Practise. Very rude, unprofessional and only interested in money.

Negative experience: Eastern European lady on front desk can be extremely uncouth. More class is needed on the front desk of a medical practise. Customer service is important, especially with the elderly. Good doctors, dentists, nurses etc. but twice now I’ve been around said individual, and been aghast at how she “deals” with patients. If the option existed I would never return here, but with lack of GPs etc, I have no choice. Keep up the good work medical professionals at Tobins. Please consider customer service training for certain staff.

Negative experience: Very dishonest dentists working here. They tell you need lots of fillings when you actually don't need them. Better off going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Been a patient of this dentist's for a number of years. I can't believe the tactics they now use to extract as much money as possible from the patient. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice in Castlebar.The staff from receptionists to doctors are brillant. Highly recommend and esp for children.

Negative experience: Disappointed of service! Child with toothache were waiting two months for app. Day before app they cancel it cos dentist took two weeks off, wait another two weeks...5mins check 30€ and nothing done with it! Put app to wait for another month! Medical cards not acceptable as working private, so if charging moneys and it's private,then do smtng! Disgusting! Poor poor service!!!

Negative experience: Utterly shocking. They clearly care only about the money, and not about the patient. After being their patient for many years, rang today with a severe toothache only to be told they will now only see me if I pay private rates and not medical card. They then said that, paying private rates, the earliest they could see me for a dental emergency is two weeks from today. I told them that by that point the infection could have gone to my brain and killed me, so forget it. I think it's appalling that they're using the fact that people are desperate for treatment to fill their coffers and allow people to suffer. Shocking attitude.
