Negative experience: They advertise themselves as the best value dentist in north and south Dublin. That would be very nice if for starters you answer your phone. All I get is that “reception is in another line, please leave your name and phone number”. I’ve been trying to reach you for ages and this is all I get.

Negative experience: Tried calling them several times, they don't answer their phone, when you call you just get a pre-recorded message. annoyingly, no other way to contact them, wasting my time and phone credit, trying to call them. Apparently dr vishal is the "only" provider of M. S. E expander treatment in Ireland, (due to lack of progression in orthodontics) and i can't get in touch to book a consultation. Edit: On their website, they mention "4 tooth extraction" (braces with removal of 4 bicuspids/premolars and braces) and misleadingly describe it as "too many teeth for the size of the jaw" *DON'T GET THIS DONE!* it causes various negative effects, in terms of aesthetics, but more seriously function and health are often negatively impacted by this. Jaw joint issues, breathing issues, quality of sleep, reduced tongue space, etc, and just to name a few... To get a better idea, look up: dr bill hang's videos on YouTube (he's an American Airway-focused orthodontist long aware of these issues) And karinbadt.Medium.com, (she wrote an article about the known negative effects of bicuspid/premolar extraction/retraction, which to this day the majority of orthodontists still practice, and don't inform patients of the long-term effects on health and well-being. Violating ethics of informed consent) orthodontics still isn't up to date with progression.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces done by Dr vishal, from the first consultation I was made feel at ease, the process was easy and very affordable. I have always been insecure about my smile but ever since going to Dr vishal I smile every day with confidence, I have had so many compliments about my teeth and I would recommend Newlands dental highly to anybody looking to change their smile.the staff are extremely professional and anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist will be totally at ease.
