Negative experience: I would strongly discourage anyone from attending The Grange GP in Donaghmede based on the deeply upsetting experience my family went through following my nan’s passing over Easter. My nan sadly died on Holy Thursday, and the mortuary made multiple attempts to contact the GP before the bank holiday weekend to confirm the death and prevent the need for a post-mortem. Despite calling three times on the Tuesday after the holiday, including a clear request for a call back by 11am, the GP refused to engage and only responded close to 6pm — far too late. The mortuary did everything they could to avoid a post-mortem, but due to the GP’s lack of communication and complete disregard, they were left with no choice. This added immense emotional distress to an already heartbreaking situation. What made matters worse was the in-person interaction my uncle and cousin had with the reception staff. Despite explaining the urgency and the impact the delay was having on our family, they were met with indifference and a total lack of compassion. As a direct result of the GP’s negligence, we had to delay my nan’s funeral by a full week. This disruption severely affected our grieving process and caused unnecessary pain during an already traumatic time. It would have been less than a 5 minute phone call, to allow us to put her to rest, but they couldn't even do that. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic human decency shown by The Grange GP is completely unacceptable. I hope no other family has to endure what we did. It is very clear there is no compassion at this GP and if you have older family memebers I would urge you to find a better doctor.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 37 years and both of my usual doctors have been great. But one fe.ale doctor was very dismissive of my concerns and I left very upset, vowing never to have her as an alternative doctor

Fantastic experience: Clodagh Quinn is wonderful asset to Grange Clinic. I attended today with the need for an empathetic approach and Clodagh gave me this in bucket loads. I believe every single thing a GP does hangs on their manner. Clodagh is very caring, kind and actually listens. Being listened to shouldn’t be an unusual experience with medical professionals but, in Ireland, it is. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are so helpful an doctors are great at there jobs

Fantastic experience: The girls on reception are always so nice and helpful. They try their best to get you an appointment as soon as possible and are always polite and kind to deal with Dr Sarah is amazing!!! I'd be lost without her. She is kind, compassionate, listens to her patients. She is also very thorough in her work. I've also been to see the nurse and she is also so pleasant and kind. All round a great GP surgery who are all doing their best despite staff shortages across the healthcare system.

Negative experience: Zero empathy. Severe lack of skills when it comes to women’s health - despite advertising as specifically specialising in same. Was advised I prob had cysts that were burst that there’s nothing else to look at since ultrasound is clear. Have severe endometriosis and only found this out because I went elsewhere for a refferal as I knew the pain wasn’t normal . Was also advised the pain was just anxiety causing tension. Highly inappropriate comments put on a scan re: mental health diagnoses I had never received, when it was an ultrasound refferal? Grossly unprofessional please seek a better standard of healthcare

Negative experience: Not enough female Doctor's and you can't change between practises. I was actually shocked after a visit with one of them. She expressed no concern or cosideration, was quite rude and made me feel stupid. She loved the 60euro though. Nurses are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Hi I would just like to say how happy I was about my visit to ur smart dental team I was very happy with the treatment I received I was very afraid and anxious the treatment I received from Dr Sharmistha (Sherrie) and her nurse was amazing so professional and reassuring I would be fine thank you I will definitely be back thank you

Positive experience: This was my first visit to GP here. I found Dr Helen to be most helpful, kind, professional and thorough. I also visited the nurse, David, who was so nice and friendly. All in all, it was a really pleasant visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Helen.

Negative experience: Have a good doctor here but the woman who answered the phone made no effort to understand me. I have cerebral palsy and have speech difficulties n me medication is very important. I really find it hard to pick up the phone n ask for a repeat prescription. Wen I do work up the courage to and they to be just told to ring back late. Its like a kick in the face

Fantastic experience: Visited the doctor's office here at The Grange. I was in and out for my appointment in just over 30 minutes. Doctor was helpful, running through treatment options and giving clear pros and cons for each. A Boots pharmacy is conveniently located just downstairs from the Clinic to fill any prescriptions. All in all, a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The doctors, nurses, and reception staff are all friendly and professional. They take genuine interest in you. Happy to recommend them.

Negative experience: You end up waiting for 30mins to 1hour even if you have an appointment for certain time. Understandable if back log builds up in afternoon, although, it cannot be explained for appointments in the morning. Don’t make any plans if you go to this place - time is irelevant here. It is not once off case, it’s standard in there.

Negative experience: The doctors treat you like they found you on ones shoe. Plus the place is well over priced.

Positive experience: This is where my dentist is so "liked it" is a hard phrase to use. :) But the dentists here are fantastic and made me feel very calm as I used to be nervous. Not any more. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: A Routine scale and polish is always cheaper! Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was less than 20mins in with the dentist and was charged €80 for a scale and polish. I questioned why it was so expensive and was told because there was alot of work that had to be done but surely then it would have taken longer than 15-20mins to clean. I rang around other dentists and they cnfirmed a clean with them is standard 30mins and approx €60/€70. Smart Dental Care is a rip-off
