Ferrybank Dental Practice

Negative experience: Went here a number of years ago for some extractions and fillings. Spent a LOT of money here but within a couple of weeks most fillings had fallen out. When I went back I was charged to get them replaced.. I thought that was bad enough. This month I've gone to another dentist to get extensive work done as I have been getting regular infections over the years that have killed off a lot of my other teeth. Turns out the extractions that were done by Ronan left the roots in all cases (around 4 teeth) which caused an endless cycle of infections. So he was breaking the teeth and leaving the roots. Youve destroyed my mouth and cost me thousands. You should be ashamed of yourself and I would.urge everybody to avoid at all costs. If you've gotten extractions done here, please please check with another dentist to ensure the roots have been removed.

I left a message Sunday as I'm in bother. I received a call back at 9.10 am Monday morning with an immediate emergency appointment today. Negative experience: They won't answer phones Impossible to contact. Any time I visited it was always a case we will look at that the next time. Don't waste your time going there..

Negative experience: Been my dentist for good while before. Was good at beginning had no complaints about him but then it changed. They kept cancelling appointments on me and no reason why or even a call from reception about rescheduling. Hard enough to get a appointment with them so cancelling appointments without explanation is just bad customer service in my opinion. Just a text message. Definitely avoid if ya can

Fantastic experience: Ronan is the most Caring ,considerate And Compassionate Dentist I have ever met. Ronan has been my Dentist since 2005 , his caring manner towards his Patients is undisputable.. I would highly recommend him to anyone,especially if you're a nervous person.

Negative experience: Actually shocking to try get even the phone answered. In dire pain and i rang 22 times!!! Every so often phone goes off the hook and once once answered then cut me off.. actual joke

Negative experience: Associate dentist tried removing a tooth after I told her the numbing agent didn’t work, a form of torture, and told me to come back another day. I then went back to the actual dentist and he made me feel so uncomfortable as if what happened was my fault. He removed the tooth and months later Iv realised half the root is still there and is now infected. Horrible dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction done and I was absolutely terrifified ,but I felt nothing and I was so at ease and I couldn't thank you enough for his patience with me ,and being so informative ,and the afterwards was an easy breeze recovery, brilliant and nicest staff I ever met. Thanks to this I am not longer terrified to go in and seeing them again .
