Fantastic experience: It is a joy to be one of Dr Ellen Gene Long’s patients in Castleknock Dental Practice. I was a patient at Dr Longs previous practice also. She is a kind, gentle and brilliant dentist. Dr Long completed restorative composite bonding on several broken, uneven and chipped teeth this week and I am so thrilled with the results. Thank you for everything you have done for my smile and my confidence.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this Dental Practice. I've been attending here for years and have had an excellent experience every time. Dr Ellen Gene Long in particular is a great dentist, very professional, thorough and excellent with nervous patients.

Negative experience: Dishonest and unhelpful. they give a better price before treatment. Once treatment is done , the price almost doubled without ever making me aware until I had to pay.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed. Called up in the morning needing an emergency appointment to refit a crown. Was scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. The practice itself is really nice, receptionist very helpful with my insurance documents, dentist was very professional. The fee was reasonable. Overall very happy and would return.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this Dental practice. Visited Dr Conon for a filling and Dr Richard for a tooth extraction. They both did a wonderful job without making me feel scared of the treatment. Staff is also very helpful. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: ***Fix one problem & cause another & charge you for it*** I visited a hygienist here (€90) which resulted in a gum infection a few days later. In order to clear the infection I needed an antibiotic. So I booked an appointment with the dentist, the dentist agreed & gave me a prescription.... But they proceeded to charge me a further €80 for this appointment (less than ten minutes) also the cost of the antibiotics was €20... Total cost to me including the medication was €190!!! In short they'll fix one problem & cause another and then charge you to fix it.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental practice. Kim on reception is so friendly and professional and puts you at ease which I need when i go to my appointment with the dentist. I can't praise Michele highly enough. She is an excellent dentist and always explains what she is going to do. Anyone looking for a dentist you can't do better than Michele.

Fantastic experience: My son and I have been attending this practice for many years now . My son had to get Train Tracks fitted at 12yrs and though he was very worried about it Pat made the whole experience all along the way very reassuring for our son. They have been removed now and the result has been a huge success. He also chipped his front tooth ,quite a big piece broken off in school playground ,2 hrs later you would never see the break. Amazing. We use the Hygienists also 3 times a year, keeps everything right. Nobody likes going to the dentist but attending this practice is no more stressful than going to the shop. All the staff are amazing and can't do enough.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have ever been to , the receptionist are so friendly, caring and helpful, Michelle is lovely & such a brilliant dentist , Paul is just amazing, caring, friendly and so reassuring. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency yesterday and they fitted me in within hours with perfect Covid19 precautions in place. Surgery was spottless and homely. Their facilities are second to none, Paul is a brilliant dentist.

Negative experience: Everything about this place is a joke! Poor customer service, overpriced and awful atmosphere. Left waiting for long periods at a time in the waiting room.
