Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my teeth and gums for years. Always bleeding when I brush them. I tried many products recommended by dentists and none ever helped. Despite getting them cleaned etc many times the issue persisted. I booked with Tuam Dental at very short notice and they did a clean of the teeth. Never had any other dentist taken as much time on them. They felt fabulous when I left. Since then brushing has not caused my gums to bleed at all. Fantastic. I'm sorry I can't name the dentist as I forgot to ask his name but this will be where I go from now on. Wish I had gone here years ago. Thank you so so much Tuam Dental.

Negative experience: I had tried ringing the practice to cancel the appointment and had no answer . Then the receptionist rang my mother and proceeded to tell her all my information I am 27 years of age for context and she breached all privacy and told my mother all information and details about my bill as I had missed the appointment. It followed on with a phone call the next morning where I was called names by one of the staff and not even able to explain what had happened . Never experienced anything like this before with any business I’m absolutely disgusted by the way there was no apology and followed on with threatening comments if I didn’t take a review down that wasn’t made by myself . I will never ever go near this place this attitude and level of professionalism was appalling!!

Negative experience: Avoid this place and go elsewhere, receptionist is rude and doesn't follow GDPR. Will be talking to a solicitor soon about the breach.

Fantastic experience: Travelled from Limerick for a root canal to see Dr Raymond. I was extremely nervous, looking back I don't know why I was because Ray was so gentle and talked me through each step. I didn't even feel the needle numbing me. Breda and team ye were a pleasure to deal with, thanks for all your reassuring words. I would highly recommend Tuam Dental. 1 week later and I'm pain free.

Negative experience: Traumatised is an understatement. I was supposed to go back for a filling after they extracted a tooth. Took the dentist 50minutes straight to pull out a tooth (and I’m talking 50 minutes of shaking my tooth and breaks in between because the pain was unreal) and after about 35minutes disturbing it, I was told I will be given antibiotics if it’s still painful after the 4th anesthesia shots) when they are pulling it out as I have infection and then they will pull it out after a week. I couldn’t believe my ears! Told the dentist she will have to pull it out as painful as it was because I can’t go back home with a tooth she already tried pulling out and failed! I straight up got a panic attack when I was supposed to go for my filling appointment. Very nice down to earth dentist but totally shocking Job pulling out a tooth! If it was infected why not give me antibiotics first before attempting to pull it out. Never experienced so much pain with a dentist! During and after. The gum is healing okay but I still have a small abscess on the side. I hope it doesn’t mess up my gums I don’t want my teeth to fall out. I’m still gathering strength to face another dentist. My heart isn’t allowing me to go back to this place. I’ve never experienced so much pain during extraction! I don’t know how many shots of injection I got but still. And she wasn’t giving injection enough time to numb me. Injecting me and going straight to shaking my tooth. The Dentist is kind though! Very nice but I thought I was dying.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dental team! Starting from reception, going throughout the nurses and ending up on all dentists! My daughter will be getting orthodontic treatment with Dr Kieran Cox. Very honest and straight forward what needs to be done. I got root canal done with Dr Raymond Power as he specialises in this area. No pain, well explained, review after 6 weeks and crown to be done later on. Dr Maeve O'Brien she is an angel, awesome treating kids. Also amazing with aesthetic treatments! Highly recommended anti wrinkle treatment I must say prices are very competitive comparing to the other dental surgeries. If you looking for a dentist that's the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal done at Tuam dental with Dr Ray on the recommendation of a friend, Im a very nervous patient and was very nervous about having it done. Ray reassured me about the procedure, and it was reassuring to hear that he was specialising in that area. The whole think took just over an hour and as promised I didn’t feel pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, from reception to the nurses everyone was very professional.

Negative experience: I went in to get my tooth fill in but Dr. Kiaran Cox didn't do that he went digging in one of my teeth that didn't want to do and two he was very rude person and I was by self and paid for something that didn't want done ask for fill in on my tooth

Negative experience: Had one of the worst dental experience. Doctor had given the appointment for extraction of tooth for my 6year old. Just while procedure of numbing the tooth, my daughter was uncomfortable which normally anyone would be in her place, I was telling my daughter that she is strong and nothing to be scared about. He then asked me what was I telling her n I shouldn't have said that. Then before even injecting, he stopped the procedure n said there is absolutely no cooperation from 6year old and started blaming me that that's not how I parent my child. Absolutely ridiculous doctor I met. He is so incompetent in his job. Its his job to make the kid comfortable and do his job. He did not even try and put it on parenting and child's cooperation. I got so disappointed and upset. Please don't take your child there . Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional staff. All 3 of us go there. I am terrified of dentists, but Sinéad is so "light handed", I didnt even realise it... Also Méabh Ó Brien is fantastic with kids. She took the time to explain our son the process and with jokes and she managed to have him relaxed during the appointment. My husband is also very satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend them. Prices are also reasonable. We are very happy with them. Best dentists ever. Great team!

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia when it comes to dentists as I have had so many bad experiences in the past. Recently I had no choice but to go as I was in a lot of pain. Happily I discovered Tuam Dental and Dr. Kieran in particular. I still shook from start to finish but he was so understanding, gentle, patient and kind. It was a pain free experience and I am so grateful that I now have a dentist I trust completely. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Dr Ray Power more. I was in severe pain and he got me out of pain straight away. I didn't feel a thing. He made sure I felt comfortable and made me feel at ease. he explained everything along the way. All the staff made me feel very comfortable.
