Fantastic experience: I suffer from hyper sensitivity and am afraid of dentist but I am going to Orla now for over a year and even though I'm still afraid of dentists I feel less afraid going to Belvedere Dental .

Negative experience: Rating the receptionist ! Wouldn’t even give her a star. Only dentist open from 830am, From the moment I rang her this morning in pain and swelling she was rude to me, then hung up, as I live in the area I walked over to confront her for hanging up on me, to be met with the most unprofessional rude person/receptionist. Ugly attitude and walking me out the door. Ugly attitude! Disgraceful as she’s been there years! But she’s known for it. I bet after they see the reviews she’ll act nice as pie on the phone.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and always such a pleasant experience. Theo is so polite and understanding while being professional and efficient. All the staff are a credit to the place.

Fantastic experience: I had appointment with Dr Orla for scale and polish. I have sensitive teeth but I felt no discomfort. Best dentist I ever been. All staff was very friendly, from receptionist, nurse and dentist.

Negative experience: Ringing all week for appointment phone is not been answered going straight to voicemail, even though the dentist is open i had to walk up in person and get attention no way to run a buisness

Fantastic experience: The receptionist Denise was a lady to deal with as I had never went to belvedere dentists before and rang yesterday morning to see if they could accommodate me with an appointment as my filling had falling out over the weekend and Denise got me an appointment on the day which i am very grateful for. Orla was excellent and put me at ease and will be returning to Orla again.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely friendly welcoming atmosphere here. They put me at my ease and talked me through my appointment. I have now become a regular patient. I highly recommend this Dentists. Their service and focus is impeccable.

Fantastic experience: I have had two emergency situations in the past couple of years and both were were dealt with by Dr Theo. An incredible dentist with exactly the right amount of knowledge, professionalism and gentle manner. A brilliant service all the way through to the lovely receptionist Well done Belvedere. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Belvedere Dental enough. I never thought I would be recommending a dentist to everyone I know but everything about them was fantastic. One receptionist took it upon themselves to call me after I sent an email (I had given up calling as any other dentist were not really approachable) and she gave me great advice and relaxed me alot if I'm honest. Anyway long story short (covid and hse systems being down delayed my appointment) The next time I sent an email with growing concern over a tooth that needed to be pulled, another nice lady called and got me an appointment that day. When I arrived to get it done the dentist was so friendly and professional. He put me at complete ease and told me everything he was doing and it felt like the easiest procedure ever. The most caring group of people at a dentist you will ever come across. I really mean it as here I am writing a 5star review over a dentist Recommended to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I have attended the Belvedere dental clinic on several occasions and always found the staff welcoming and accommodating.. The dentists are extremely thorough and professional and spend plenty of time with each patient. Recently I needed repair work done on a complicated filling which needed urgent attention.. Despite the appointment schedule being fully booked up they managed to fit me in that very day when a cancellation occured ..I was delighted with the service I received and at such short notice!

Fantastic experience: Iv had work done by doctors Orla,Gary,and Theo Orla has fillings done with little discomfort. Dr Gary extracted a large rear molar ,I had a dry cavitiy when explained The pain the following day Dr Theo waited back after hours on a Friday evening to pack my cavity with cloveoil gel to protect my exposed bone and started. Me on peneclin and arranged to see me again in two days . Great dentists great staff can't say enough good about belvedere dental clinic .great team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gari did a root canal and a crown and I was very happy with the treatment. My tooth was saved and the cost of the treatment was reasonable.

Fantastic experience: It has been a pleasure working with Orla at Belvedere Dental, with their new signage. A very professional Dental practice, in which they are very well invested in their patients well being. Orla is a great communicator, and I would recommend them highly as a business in the Waterford area. Their attention to detail is to be acknowledged.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for her first dental appointment here, I had heard from a good friend about this new dentist team. She was very nervous about it but Orla was fantastic. So good with her and from the second my daughter was in the chair all was ok. Orla explained everything to her and in the end my daughter asked when she could come back. This was back in the beginning of June and she is very excited to go back for her 2nd appointment next week. The whole team is great, receptionist very nice and helpful and even the other dentist came in to ask if all is ok and spoke to my daughter. Thank you all so much for savi someone from the fear of dentists.

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give them one star. Rang, made an app as I broke my tooth, got a baby sitter. Arrived to be told there was no record of my app and receptionist really didn't seem bothered about it.
