Fantastic experience: I have been undergoing quite a lot of dental work over the last few years. I was referred to Wine Street Dental for a root canal procedure which was a first for me. After foolishly listening to some 'veterans' who all gave me their negative experiences I was somewhat apprehensive about what this root canal treatment was going to be like. On arrival into reception I was greeted by Catherine with a lovely 'Hello' and a smile that would quell a riot. I asked her how much pain I would suffer and she said none and said that Dr.Gerald was very gentle and thoughtful. She said it would be like having a normal filling and looked forward to seeing me after coming out of the surgery to ask how it went. Dr.Gerald and his assistant put me at ease immediately and were kind and communicative all through the procedure. Another plus in my opinion was the choice of music. Dr.Gerald and his assistant were humming through the tunes on the speakers as they worked which gave me another reason to feel relaxed. On completion I thanked them for their work and went out to Catherine to pay. Before she could ask me I said 'you were correct' and thanked her for her reassurances. I don't normally write reviews but after this seriously positive dental experience I felt that I had to. A fantastic team and I cannot recommend this practice enough especially for people like myself who have had a fear of dentists since childhood. Fantastic experience: I was one of the first patients in Brendan Flanagan practice. I feel Catherine, Evelyn and Jane are my buddies, I am a frequent patient. Brendan and staff were all so good to me and still are. I thought Brendan couldnt be replaced but Ahmed arrived. He has brought my "dental smile" back to me, I think he is wonderful, very caring, direct and professional. I feel in very safe hands, thanks Brendan for leaving practice in such brillant hands.

Fantastic experience: I was referred from my own practice yesterday for a consult from Dr OConnor, little did I expect the immediate help I received. The team went above and beyond to help me, and put themselves way out to do so. The dental nurse and Dr OConnor were absolutely fantastic, could identify the problem like a guided missile and left me sorted for the weekend. Amazing professionalism and skill. Thank you to all the team at Wine Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: My husband called wine street dental today to ask for an emergency appointment for me, he had called around to several dentists in the area, all of whom were borderline hostile on the phone to him, either refusing to “accept a new client” or simply refusing to take emergencies. Wine street dental is the only dentist that 1) apologised for having no available appointments and 2) offered alternative options for dentists that may have appointments. He said the receptionist was very apologetic and very pleasant on the phone and even though she wasn’t able to provide me with an appointment, she was very kind and offered alternatives. So much to be said about good customer service, even when you’re saying no, it can be done politely.

Fantastic experience: The best team of professionals I’ve ever come across. Catherine at the reception is really nice and welcoming. I had to take my wisdom tooth out and Dr Ahmed was best and quick with it. I would definitely recommend wine st dental. It’s worth you money and time

Fantastic experience: I was directed to Wine Street Dental from my own dentist because of the complexity of my dental needs. It was estimated the dental work required would be a FEW THOU$AND euro. Biting the bullet (figuritively speaking) I scheduled the work to be done. BUT, after analysis and further xrays, Dr. O'Connor concluded that the work could be done in a non-complicated way. The work was done, (and extremely well) for a fee of well under one thousand euro. Do I recommend Wine Street Dental? .... I leave you there

Negative experience: Appointment for 9.30 and at 9.40 still waiting while someone who came in after me is seen first. They must think nobody has work to go to. Don't issue appointment times if you can't keep them.

Fantastic experience: The staff are great, very friendly, and accommodating. I dread getting anything done with my teeth and was quite nervous at the thought of getting a root canal done. The endodontist was explained everything and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: All the staff are really nice but properly one of the most expensive in town . I got a root canal done on one of my front teeth cost €950 which did not include getting that 1 particular tooth whitened which was going to cost a additional €500. I personally just found with my experience everything I visit I leave with something else need doing that costs hundreds.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a clean in December and it was the best clean I've gotten in a long time! They were able to fit me in very last minute and the girls in there were so nice and friendly. My teeth were shining afterwards.
