Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency tooth extraction, I rang on Friday and was given an appointment on the Monday . Very efficient at reception and very competent Dentist, was seen to promptly and the whole visit was painless, if you forgive the pun. I'd recommend Pembroke to everyone..

Fantastic experience: Dr Al-Majmaie looked after me and I really appreciated how clear she was in explaining what she would do and what was required of me (to do the X-ray!). I felt welcomed and made comfortable by the team.

Negative experience: I've asked for a treatment plan on all of my three visits and am yet to be given one, even though the dentist promised to do one after I left, on my last visit. I also asked that my xrays be emailed to and was a told that would be done. But that also hasn't happened.

Fantastic experience: Great welcoming place, I was very reluctant to go to any dentist due to cost and fear , so happy I found Pembroke, very easy to deal with , they break down each treatment plan and guide you through exactly what you need done, i ended up needing a partial denture the treatment was easy, quick and painless spread over a few weeks , just a day or two watching what I eat , can't thank the team enough from the treatment to the girls who gave me that reminder call for appointments, very professional setup,I have my smile and confidence back and thats down to Pembroke dental

Fantastic experience: 5 stars simply isn't enough if I could give more if I would! Dr. Paulina Bodrug is an exceptional orthodontist. If you are looking to get braces, look no further. We got our daughter's braces here and every appointment Paulina made a big deal over how well she wearing her elastics or how well her treatment was going. Dr. Paulina's attention to detail is second to none. Our daughter has a Hollywood smile in just one year! Thank you Dr.Paulina.

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful and complicated hot tooth. I went to Suir Clinic but it got worse where the extremely painful operation caused me a trauma. Until I visited Dr. Rashid Khalily in Waterford Pembroke Clinic who, without any exaggeration, is the best dentist I've ever met. I was so nervous and the pain was eating me alive, but he could manage to fix the tooth painlessly in no time; then over a few sessions, the trauma and pain became from the past! I did many other teeth after that one with Dr. Rashid, and my experience was as wonderful as the latter. Dr. Rashid Khalily is very skillful, empathetic and professional dentist. He is a treasure in Waterford!

Negative experience: Nobody showed up to my appointment, I arrived and the lights were off, I even received a confirmation text confirming the appointment but still noone came. I also rang them multiple times but no answer. I won't be returning, if they can't get an appointment right how are they meant to fix teeth.. so unprofessional
