Negative experience: The service at Pearl Dental started off very well — efficient, professional, and the staff are genuinely pleasant when you’re actually able to attend an appointment. However, once treatment begins and payment has been made, communication becomes almost non-existent. It is extremely difficult to speak with anyone on the phone or arrange follow-up appointments. All of your Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and emails are ignored. This lack of responsiveness delays treatment and causes unnecessary frustration. If you have the option of going elsewhere, I would strongly consider it.

Negative experience: They do not pick up the phone or reply to emails, and I visited in person and they were closed. Ronan Perry has also been suspended by the dental council of Ireland.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ronan is one of the best doctors and best person I have met and also the great team at the clinic, everyone is so nice and helpful. I went for an Invisalign treatment and it was done very well with everyone’s support.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment by Dr. Naomi and her professional (and glamorous) support team. Had two roots removed in under an hour, minimal pain. A very empathic surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews online, but after today's consultation with Dr. Gosia, I feel compelled to share my experience and recommend this dental clinic to everyone. I scheduled an appointment because I've been wearing braces for a year, which I had gotten at a different clinic, and I had a feeling that the person handling my treatment was not doing it properly and was unnecessarily prolonging it. I received a referral to Dr. Gosia, so I booked an appointment and was warmly welcomed. The diagnosis was done very professionally, including a dental scan and x-rays. I also learned about the treatment plan, its conclusion, and the post-treatment checkup. Everything is included in the price at this clinic, and they truly pay attention to every detail to ensure that the patient is happy with their new smile. I'd like to add that Dr. Gosia was not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and friendly. Her warm and caring demeanor made the whole experience even more pleasant, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist to guide me through this journey to a healthier smile.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Plaza Dental in Smithfield & Castleknock. I got 6 month braces as I needed my teeth to be straight for my wedding in October. The staff were so accomodating and made sure I got the results within the tight timeframe. Everyone at the clinic are so welcoming and friendly which put me to ease, especially Gosia. Since the first day, Gosia was so kind and helpful and always checked in to see my progress. I am so grateful to have Aoife fix my teeth as she did an amazing job and she also came in on her days off just to check my teeth. I am so thankful for Gosia and Aoife for giving me the smile I wanted, which has massively helped with my confidence. I will 100% recommend Plaza Dental to my family and friends.

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before it, when I already spent 2 hours on a road from another city. Because they don’t check messages you add when register on their website (the lady from the clinic told me so). In my message I mentioned that I need emergency help with my current Invisalign treatment. They approved my appointment multiple times, just to call me in a very last moment to cancel it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Fantastic experience: My brother and I recently got our braces off after only about 18 months of wearing braces. The difference is fenomenal for such a short amount of time given the severity of our teeth. The care and the detail that went into our teeth was so beyond above standard and I would recommend this orthodontist to absolutely anybody. The staff is so polite and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Naomi and her team are brilliant.I'm a very nervous patient and thought I would need sedation, but the whole team were amazing and so reassuring from first consult right through to impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was over and done with in under half and hour and was so easy, I couldn't believe how quick and pain free it was. Fantastic experience: I came across the Dental House Castleknock Orthodontics & Implant Care's website on Google when I searched for orthodontists around the Blanchardstown area and thankfully, my first consultation with Dr Perry was quickly arranged. Before I attended my first consultation, I was concerned about the different factors that may potentially affect my personal or work life because of undergoing a braces treatment. However, I felt reassured after our discussion as Dr Perry patiently explained my situation and provided different suggestions (or perspectives). Then I was greeted by Gabby when I had my first appointment, and honestly speaking, I have been restless for this appointment. Thankfully, Gabby and the team's professionalism and kindness have made this appointment a more lighthearted and smooth event. It has been around 18 months since my first appointment, and I have removed my braces this morning! I am very grateful for the time I have spent with the Dental House Castleknock Orthodontics & Implant Care team; it was a professional, kind, and reassuring experience.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain with a lower wisdom tooth for nearly a year. It was sitting on the nerve in 2 places so it was a risky procedure. That being said the Doctor sent me for a CT scan to get a full picture on my tooth and nerves. She was happy in the end to take the tooth out. Talk about a quick job. In and out in 20 mins. No more pain and I didn't even feel a thing during the procedure. Cannot recommend this Dentist enough. The staff and nurses are all super friendly and trust me that you will have no worries going to this Dentist :-)

Fantastic experience: Incredible! I was very nervous attending for an extraction. The team here are exceptional. The professionalism and courtesy extended to me from Fiona at the front desk to Naomi and her team was fantastic even when appointment times slid due to an earlier emergency. I did take the option for sedation which from start to finish was painless. One week later, no issues and all is well.

Positive experience: Excellent service offered here. Jo on reception is a star and Ronan is very patient and professional. Once or twice though the other staff made me feel that I was 'in the way' as a parent.
