Fantastic experience: This practise is a pleasure to go to. I've had a fear of dentists since I was little and Patricia and staff puts you right at ease. My young daughter also attends here and they are very gentle with her and explains everything before they start. Highly recommend here.

Negative experience: Rip off merchants , I needed a tooth extracted that they were not Qualified to do , and then said that MAYBE would make an appointment with Patrica Lonergan , The Top dental Surgeon in Connacht Mayo , they never did , and only demanded I went in there to (HAVE A LOOKAT MY TOOTH) at 150 euros ever 2 months , TO HAVE A LOOK AT THE ROTTEN TOOTH that they could do nothing about . They left me in pain for 14 months , over ££££

Negative experience: A reminder of why I avoid the dentist. Dr Alhasan has no bedside manner or personality. Right from the word go he could barely bring himself to talk to me.I went in for what i knew would be a painful procedure, neither he nor the dental nurse could be bothered to build any rapport with me or tell me what they doing despite me being nervous. The attempt at administering the anesthetic was horrific. No information on where they intended to inject. Just hovering the needle over my gums and all done in complete silence. Didn't go through with the procedure and will never go back there. This is the sort of behaviour that deters people from visiting the dentist. A really awful experience.
We are sorry to hear about your difficult experience at the dentist. It sounds like there was a lack of communication and understanding on both sides.
If there were extenuating circumstances such as an infection or the patient's inability to tolerate the procedure, clear communication could have helped manage expectations and alleviate concerns.
It might be beneficial for both parties to have an open dialogue to address any unresolved issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hassa is an outstanding dentist. Highly recommended! Negative experience: The basic thing that is expected from a serious clinic is an assessment before execution. But, they are so worried about charging that they don't even worry about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: My wife had to return two weeks after her treatment to rectify problem and had a rude reception would not recommend

Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional service. On two occasions, my appointment has been cancelled because there was « no dentist available » and on one of those occasions, no one contacted me to inform me of this, I was only told after I had arrived to the practice and waited at reception for twenty minutes.
Fantastic experience: I arrived in Ireland about one year ago. And unfortunately, I started having problems with my teeth I am very afraid of dentists and toothache. But fortunately, I turned to Dr. Alhasan on the recommendations of my friends Dr. Alhasan is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly! I recommend this dental center

Negative experience: I went for a consultation one day, I got my teeth cleaned with Dr.Alhasan but he didn’t clean them properly that day. I paid and everything then after a week I booked anther appointment because I was not happy with the results, he treated me bad he was rude and he didn’t even clean them for me and I’ve booked an appointment for that and to get them done properly cleaned but he said no I can’t do them for you and now I’m busy I have to take the second patient.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic and amazing Staff always so friendly. They make me feeling completely relaxed in there as I'm a quite nervous patient I've brought both my young kids and they enjoy going now too.
