Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Good service

Negative experience: Went to get composite removed, explained on the phone a week previous what was needed done and when I went I was refused service. I went to explain how I had to come from work and the dentist himself raised his voice at me. As I was waiting for my appointment the dentist and the receptionist were arguing and banging things which I could hear threw a closed door. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! I had poor dental treatment abroad & went to a few dentists. However, this was the most informative consultation I had yet. They were moral & very sympathetic to my case so much so that they weren't even going to charge me. However, I insisted. & still was charged less than I had paid for consultation from other dentists in the town. I did read through all the feedback prior to my appointment & saw that the only negative ones were from medical card holders expecting free treatment & some who were too late for yhere appointments. This is a private dentist. It even said on the door no medical cards. Their consultation fee is cheaper than other regular dentists & I expected it to be more for an implant specialist. ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Strongly advise never go to O3, such a non professional Dentist and receptionist. Make us wait for an hour and say system is not working. If we get 10mts late for the appointment they cancel.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my lower wisdom tooth removed, I was really nervous about the procedure but, Dentist Damian Flanagan and Leona made me feel very at ease! The removal was very fast and completely pain free! I would highly recommend 03 Dental!

Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment and they got me in as soon as they could. Had to book the full morning off work to get in to see them. I arrive 10 mins early and the building is closed. Failure to answer the phone. Stood around with other patients as we waited for word for a further 30mins. Only to receive a call 4 hours after my appointment to apologise and offer a new appointment later that day. I understand that some things can't be helped and an emergency is an emergency, but tooth pain is excruciating and not even so much as a message to make us aware of the situation. To have nothing in place to inform patients of unforseen circumstances is extremely unprofessional. I'm already down too much money for today and they tried to give me another appointment later today but that no longer suits as I booked the whole morning off to attend. A sheer lack of agency and respect for patients that is unacceptable in medical practice.

Negative experience: Totally ripped me off. I was referred here for a tricky tooth extraction by my own dentist. But, this dentist had a look at it and said he wouldn’t do it. (I don’t think he knew how to do it). He then had the brass neck to charge me €50 for doing absolutely nothing. I had an 80km round trip for that and I still have tooth ache. I will never set foot in there again.

Fantastic experience: I really have to say that this is the best dentist. I've put off going to dentist for many years of my fear but the welcome experience and treatment I got from Damien and leona was incredible. I'm looking forward to going back for my check up. if your putting off going to a dentist for whatever reason please dont. Fantastic experience: The doctor works very fast and efficient. The nurse is kind and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable. I am happy with my treatment and definitely will come back again.

Negative experience: Went here for a consultation about one tooth in particular. Asked about composite bonding. He looked at my tooth said no and that was it. 50 euro for 20-30 seconds on the chair. Won’t ever be back.

Negative experience: This place is a ripoff. I was charged 85 euro for just scale and polish. The receptionist explained that this was for a so called full exam which lasted no more than 5 seconds. After two weeks my teeth which are healthy are still sore. It’s very hard to find a dentist up here but I won’t make the same mistake again and will never go back there.

Negative experience: It has to be the biggest farce of a dentist I have ever been to, my partner came to me in tears saying she was ripped off by gangsters, she went in for a scale and polish and I was with my baby boy having a coffee across the street, I never even had half a cup finished and she was done, she was in there for less than 5 min, he did not clean her teeth or do anything, he put a gel on her teeth and charged her 90 euros, I confronted the receptionist and she must no deep down that was not honest of them, it's the same dentist I was at said he would do vaneers for my upper plate for 7000 euros and he said he has no papers to do it, we are going to take this further we are absolutely discusted someone can get away with what he just did, fuming is an understatement, needs to be more attention brought to this gangster

Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had. They are very unprofessional,the place is old and filthy,i called them to make an appointment for scale and polish,the woman told me it would cost 45 euro,but when i was there for the 5 mins i wasthere explained nothing ,before he touched my mouth he asked me was my teeth sensitive,i said yes sometimes,he put a gel on the back teeth and never cleaned anything ,said come back next week and charged 90 euro,so I lost my time and 90 euros for nothing. I thought was no gangster in this country but now I found one.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dental clinics in Letterkenny, but 03 is the best by far. They are highly professional and polite. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and it went great. I will be returning to the clinic for all of my dental needs. They are brilliant, do not hesitate to give them a call.

Negative experience: I called this dental clinic to book in a general prsi covered scale and polish. The lady told me that I would need to pay for an examination, some x-rays, and then an additional €45 for the clean. I said no thanks and rang another dentist in Letterkenny, who booked me in for my free scale and polish, as you are entitled to one free per annum. Terrible service.

Fantastic experience: Apart from the fact that the dentist is both expert and efficient, he and his dental assistant take an interest in the clients. Also in the present difficult conditions they take all necessary precautions to ensure their clients' safety.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about 03 Dental Letterkenny Damian and Leona. I feel like shouting from the roof tops for all those that have a phobia like me. I have been to other dentists but by far Letterkenny 03 are the most companionate, caring and professional not to mention the fantastic job they did on my teeth, I had conscious sedation and remember nothing! Very happy to have found my future dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a small gap between my front two teeth and was always conscious about it when I smiled, I had been searching for quite a while for the correct procedure as braces would not have been an option for me, whithin three weeks I had the procedure done and I am over the moon with the result. really great practice and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Finally! I've been a client here for the past 3 years getting a lot of much-needed work done. Damien & Leona make a great team and take great care to make you as comfortable as possible. Today, I got my new crowns and have been beaming a smile since. I honestly did not realise how much of a difference it was going to make to have such precise work done in comparison with what was there before. Good dental care is essential, but if you need any kind of work done I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you're wary or anxious about dental appointments, this is the place for you. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist before, I always had feelings of trepidation- but thanks to Mr Flanagan not anymore. The moment I entered his state of the art surgery Damian put me totally at ease. He talked me through all my various options and throughout my treatment explained what he was doing. I had root canal treatment, crowns and veneers which lots of my friends have complimented me on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Flanagan for his professionalism and his wonderful staff.
