Fantastic experience: Very profession the nicest staff made me so comfortable which was appreciated! Love my bonding confidence back with a smile ,all my family Are booked for the bonding couldn't recommend them enough

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking to deal with the lack of communication between the staff is shocking messing me around the last 3 weeks with cancelling my appointment to the following week with a time they knew I couldn't attend, sending me into there clinic on Parnell Street knowing it doesn't open on a Saturday, lying about cancelling my appointment telling me dentist was sick, when I arrived was told a totally differant story as to why my appointment was cancelled lack of communication is 0 to none would never go back near them. I don't seem to b able to reply to ur comment there first of all I was told dentist was unwell, secondly just to a text message I received asking me to go in the same day yous cancelled I went in to be told the dentist had a death in the family, so that was 2 differant story's I was giving regarding my cancellation, secondly I want offered a huge discount yes was told I would get a discount but I'll never know wat it was because I wouldn't give yous my money now anyway, plus my original appointment was made for your Parnell clinic and it was only after a hour of phone calls back and forward that I was told the appointment was made for the clinic in meath again, again as I've already stated the lack of communication between staff is shocking and last but not least when my appointment last week was cancelled and I was seculded in for this Friday for the same time as my original appointment which was 3 o clock your staff member asked me could I come at 1 I clearly told her that I was in work till 1.30 as I'd already lost a half of days work due to my appointment been cancelled that day, then when I rang yous today to confirm my appointment was still OK for Friday at 3 I was told the girl put me in the book for 1 o clock clearly knowing I wouldn't make that time, then was told today the dentist would be leaving at 3 o clock, so really it would of only taking 2 hours to do top and bottom composite bonding? I'm actually glad now yous messed up with my appointments to be able to do 16 bonds in such a small time frame is enough to tell me I wasn't meant to get them done by yourself have a lovely day

Negative experience: Not one bit professional,place is a kip!two people came in with complaints while I was waiting over an hr for my appointment!!decided to leave and requested at least half of my deposit back because was not seen when scheduled would avoid it completely and msgs are been ignored!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Ended up having to pay a different dentist for braces again as this clinic was the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever ever come across. Lesson learned, pay cheap pay twice Edit in response to Annmarie: Hi Annmarie, I was in fact a patient at your Meath street clinic. My dentist was Pieces for the first 18 months. I attended appointment after appointment and most times when I got there the clinic was closed on the Saturday and I was not made aware even though my appointment was booked for that day. I was left waiting at least 1 hour on every single appointment. I am being polite using the word unprofessional. Pieces went off sick and I was then transferred to Mona temporarily (in the diamond smile clinic) not a different clinic. Mona almost pulled out 2 of the wrong teeth because my file had all the wrong information. I was then fully transferred to monas new clinic and she wanted more money for the braces even though I had already paid DIAMOND SMILE in full. I was then left with no other option but to find a qualified orthodontist and pay the full fee for braces AGAIN. You couldn’t write this stuff and I hope my comment avoids anyone else wasting a single Penny with you absolute cowboys.

Negative experience: Originally was in the dentist in Crumlin with my daughter then was moved to meath St. During the pandemic they wouldn't see her so she had braces on for months with no maintenance on them, then was moved to parnell st. On several occasions we would arrive and the shutters would be down and it would be closed. No answer on the phone or anything. Absolute nightmare to deal with

Fantastic experience: Best dentist and I got aesthetics done amazing work

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for teeth whitening and the place was closed down, we went to their second location and they re scheduled us on a different day. The teeth whitening was not worth saw no difference.

Negative experience: Made a booking for last week arrived I was told I wasn't booked in it was for consultation I was seen too anyway, but I had booked in for this week to get the work done I rang today to confirm my booking and was told I wasn't booked in again and the time I was originally booked in for the dentist wouldn't be there

Negative experience: Has to be the worst dentist in Dublin stay well clear of this place paid nearly 2k for composite bonding twice they chipped on me and anytime ring up to get them fixed they are too busy and fully booked rang two weeks ago to get them fixed and got told next week so rang back last week and same thing and rang Monday got an appointment for 10 in the morning on Friday and then rang me to cancel it because someone else was already booked in stay well clear everyone plus they are never on time appointment may be at 10 won’t get seen till after 11 joke of a company stay far away

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about this practice, amazing dentist and dental nurse, I would have a huge phobia about visiting the dentist but they did all they could to keep me calm while doing the procedure, can truthfully say I felt nothing, I am forever in their debt and truly grateful for their kindness and patience, I highly recommend this practice, please if you are hesitant like me about giving them a call, don’t hesitate pick up the phone, your in very good hands....

Negative experience: Do not go here! They'll mess you around - change your appointment without notifying you. Close the clinic without notifying you. This happened to me twice! So unprofessional! They clearly cannot run a business properly so do not waste your time.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was extremely nice and professional. I am always in fear when I had to do with my teeth but this time I felt very comfortable. Tooth extraction - no discomfort, job done so well after three days I don't feel any pain. Will be back if I need to have anything else done.

Fantastic experience: Been here twice in the last two weeks. Had two fillings. One of which was pretty much a whole tooth reconstruction. I've been to 3 dentists in the last 2 years and this one was by far the best. Leo the dentist was very particular and paid extra attention to detail in making sure that my bite was perfect. Really impressed with this surgery. The girls at reception and that where assisting the dentist where very polite and professional. I won't fear the dentist as much from now on

Positive experience: I enquired about retainers. The price was slightly higher than other options so I didn't buy it at the end. The practice has good opening hours.
