Fantastic experience: Had not been to a dentist for such a long time[20 years), 2023 upper molar issues, managed by Dr Yasmine Ali, kept the tooth going for 2yrs, but finally succumbed to extraction, really good and appreciated communication from the dentist and just a few days now post extraction I'm confident all is settling very well, very happy with Boyle Dental.

Negative experience: These dentists sounded exactly like what I need, to fix my broken tooth. Sadly, I will never get to experience them, because of the obstructive receptionist. I have an autistic limitation of not being able to speak on a telephone, so I turned up in person to arrange an appointment. Her immediate reaction was "How did you get in here?" The message behind everything she said for the next 2 minutes was "go away". So I cut to my dealbreaker question: "Can I contact you via email?" and got "uuuuuuummmmm" as an answer. I managed to extract a patient registration form from her, but seeing as I STILL don't know whether I can make an appointment via email (she never did answer that question), in addition to having to run the gauntlet of encountering this receptionist when I visit, I see no way to pursue becoming a patient. Shame, really. I thought I had found my "forever" dentist from the glowing reviews of the dentists themselves, but find myself blocked by a receptionist that has no interest in accommodating my "special needs". Quite the opposite, really. I felt most unwelcome from her hostile reaction.

Fantastic experience: Have seen doctor Yasmin a few times now and herself and the team are second to none. Very clear communication and explains everything and does not ever make you feel rushed or hurried into any decisions. Her level of care and empathy are something I've not experienced with previous dentists. All round good experience if ever I need to go back ill be back here and asking for doctor Yasmin.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with Dr. Killian Vaughan. He did 3 fillings and 1 crown reattachment in 2 sessions, it took less than 1h per session, x-rays on the spot and extremely happy with the result. Very effective, no pain, not expensive (I think I payed 450 euros altogether), I was received for the appointment right on time, no waiting. Everyone was very nice, easy to talk to, clean facilities. Really great dental place!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience ! Christmas week I rang in a panic after breaking tooth on sweet. From the 1st panicked phone call the lovely receptionist Liz calmed me down and got me in. Yasim was actually able to save my tooth and gave me a cleaning. Negative experience: My wife rang for an emergency appointment and the receptionist was uncooperative, unhelpful and extremely rude. She hung up on her! This is extremely strange behaviour. I won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Bolands Dental surgery Elphin Street Boyle county Roscommon: Yasmin is excellent. A great job was done.I was treated with patience kindness and gentleness. Katie and the receptionist were very kind and helpful.Also, i only had to wait for 10 minutes before i was called.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have been to since Tom Boland was in practice here. Killian seen me for an emergency appointment on the same day as I made the call which is so hard to avail of these days. No pain when injecting and explained my tooth issue to me thoroughly and I felt much more reassured. Really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: My hubbie and I came here today for the first time for a check up and clean after being recommended by our neighbour and we were so glad to take that advice. The lovely receptionist was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Yasmin made me feel very calm and comfortable. Very professional practice with a really nice calming atmosphere. Just found out new dentist. Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth filling it was a really nice welcoming from reception. Thanks to Dr Yasmin Ali she did a brilliant job on my front tooth filling couldn't expect the way my tooth looks now exactly the same as other teeth no crown but you cant tell the difference from other teeth i appreciate for the service i received from them

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating toothache while visiting my parents in the area. They fitted me in that day where I got antibiotics and scheduled work to fix the cause of the problem really quickly. Fairly priced, friendly staff and excellent all round service. All this from a usually nervous dental patient

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency extraction and the team here fitted me in at short notice. Great team from the friendly receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist himself. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service from the team in Bolands, squeezed me in during the pandemic for an emergency extraction and not O ly was the receptionist a lovely girl to deal with, the dental nurse was amazing and the dentist himself was an absolute gentleman. I'm a nervous patient but he had the tooth out in no time, I didn't even realise he was finished! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very Rude & unhelpful receptionist. I called to make an emergency appointment, she said she would call me back In a few minutes but after 1 hour I had to call her back as there was no follow up call. I was told it would be a week later before “she” could “possibly” fit me in. Her tone was completely uncultured & unprofessional. Maybe she would be better suited to working at a drive through coffee shop. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with someone like that or be greeted on arrival by her grumpy attitude.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth and needed it sorted ASAP. They attended to me within 90 min. I was so impressed that I will be going to their practice from now on. I highly recommend this dental practice.
