Negative experience: Went here and was told I needed 3 teeth pulled.. they made an appointment for this in the mean time I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and he said I do not need any teeth removed just to small fillings pain free now and still have my teeth I have reported them . DO NOT LET THEM PULL YOUR TEETH get a second opinion.

Negative experience: Rang the dentist here, and apparently because my dentist left I was no longer a patient here, how is that my fault, I rang with an emergency, the pain was traumatic and the cheek of the receptionist telling me well you may find a new dentist knowing full well there's none taking new patients, I ended up having to pull my own tooth out with a pliers because yous left me in limbo. Worst service in the south east. Disgusted.

Negative experience: Disgraceful customer service. I understand the old dentist disappeared. I had appointments cancelled and my partner had appointments cancelled. Called now to be told then new dentist will not see either of us, as he is a different dentist. Same surgery but no official my have no dentist and need to find a new one. Only been told this after many cancelled appointments and a phone call to see what was going on. Disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Great caring dentist.. Who in the times we live in!..is working solo in his practice...hard to get appointment,had 3 teeth pulled today...with his nurse Tatiana,.. highly recommend if you are lucky enough to be a client.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. John since 2011. From wisdom teeth trouble to fillings to routine checkups and visits to hygienist, the whole team have been friendly and professional.

Negative experience: The worst dental surgery ever! They most definitely have an obvious attitude if you are medical card. The people who telephone you from reception are like characters from Little Britain with computer says no sketch. The dentist left before Christmas probably went skiing before he started his new job they knew this but chose just to cancel all appointments without rebooking didn't have the professionalism to email everybody and say that the medical card dentist is no longer employed there therefore you have to phone around now and find another dentist .as they will not take you as a patient anymore.beccause the other dentist is full and taking no new clients. An email when they re opened in new year is the least one would expect from professionalism alone which sadly this practice lacks in buckets!!. Do yourself a favor if you're in pain or just a medical card holder keep phoeing around!!! Avoid this dreadful place. Disgusting attitude towards people in pain. With a distasteful air of superiority complex.

Fantastic experience: At reception I was greeted my Marcella in a friendly and professional manner. John did the procedure on my teeth assisted by Debbie. . During the procedure Debbie was very attentive and caring, as John worked his magic. Excellent work, results excellent exceeded my expectations . Highly recommend

Negative experience: I don’t understand the dental reception at first, they signed up with one dentist, then I went to another without explanation. I went to Thomas Buckley dentist. He told me to remove 2 teeth because of some darkening. Although I had been to other dentists before and they did not tell me to remove it. I came and told him that I have discomfort on three teeth and he said that everything is fine. Other dentists said to change fillings. A dental assistant who speaks Russian followed me and wanted me to agree to do something that was not necessary. Thomas Buckley told me to treat healthy teeth and extract 2 teeth because they are darkened. Other dentists had this, no one ever told me that it was necessary to remove 2 teeth due to some kind of darkening and treat healthy teeth. My eyes were very surprised and most of all I was surprised that he told me to remove my teeth.

Negative experience: I was approached disrespectfully due to a misunderstanding which was not my fault he spoke to me with a bad tone (not my fault he hates his job) because i gave an opinion of his work done on my tooth which was yet to be fixed…he grabbed my jaw roughly only had a look and realised i was right but told me he wasnt going to do anything even though i had an appointment! I said im never going there again and he told me not to , worst customer service ever and very unprofessional and poor customer service!! If they had an option for no star I wouldn’t even give a star .

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from booking to treatment

Negative experience: I rang the dentist a month ago and they said to ring back at the end of this month… rang on Monday at around 10am and they didn’t ring back. I’ve been in pain for at least a month with 2 rotten teeth that have been keeping me in agony. Literally ridiculous that there was no phone call back.

Fantastic experience: honest and decent . got a check up and clean . went to pay and was told it was covered on my prsi. didn't know i had it. could have taken my money and said nothing. fair play.

Fantastic experience: I am giving this dentist a 5 star review for reasons I shall state . The work is always highly satisfactory . As a medical card holder dentist John accommodates me to the maximum of my entitlement and always treats me with the urgency and attention of any full paying customer .. All staff are very pleasant . If I have any emergencies I am always accommodated with best haste which I highly approve of .. This all adds up to a five star dentist with five star service and staff . Well done dentist John and crew keep up the excellent service .. !!! Ian .

Positive experience: Woman at reception is lovely. Staff are usually nice but some have been pretty rude at times. Apart from that it's been positive when dealing with them.

Negative experience: Today I received my order of teeth whitening tubes which was sent promptly having only ordered it yesterday. Upon opening the envelope I was met with only one 3g tube as opposed to 4 x 1g tube as in their picture. I rang The Bridge Dental surgery to check if this was sent in error. The abrupt administrator informed me that the picture “is just for illustrative purposes” and that I “was the first person to have a problem with this”. Usually a product image would be to ILLUSTRATE what was on offer and not an alternative product. I feel this is misleading and should be corrected. During this difficult period you would think companies like this would try and look after their customers and not treat them with disdain. I will not be shopping with them again.

Fantastic experience: Great service, was seen to by dentist Cian Lambert. I found him very genuine and he skillfully removed a wisdom tooth. Not too expensive and he doesn't push any treatments on the patient. The receptionist and foreign nurse were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: John Kinsella is a fantastic dentist. One of the best dentists I've been to. He is calm, respectful, intelligent and takes his time. He seems to use the least intervention as possible and isn't out to rob patients. I ended up leaving with a free dental visit (PRSI entitlement I didn't know I had) as well as a pocket of free samples. I've used other dentists locally and dentists in Dublin but will be going back to the Bridge dental surgery in future. Highly recommend John Kinsella (dentist) and Shirley (hygienist).Shirley has a lovely manner and takes her time and is as gentle as she can be. Went to her during pregnancy and post-partum and she was super. Receptionist was really friendly & helpful too. A smile and friendly conversation go a long way. Lovely team and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Haveing resently attened this dental surgery 2 c doctor john Kinsella who i found verry helpful and polite he toock the time 2 explain as all my options and Taylored a treatment plan for me. All the staff wer well presented clean verry helpfull and toock the time 2 put at ease. I have 2 say tho the star of the show was a verry attractive young red headed girl working at tbe desk nothing was 2 much hassle for her 2 help the patients. All in all 5 star service from a 5 star team. Highly recommend
