Fantastic experience: Dentist, Nurse and Receptionist all very friendly. Treatment was professional and on-time. Information given was clear and direct. Very good, positive atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Today had an appointment (Hygienist Eithne) she is very professional and experienced.She clean and polish the teeth very gently with details. I have been attending this Dentist practice for years and i found them very professional.

Fantastic experience: Don’t be scared of the dentist anymore. I was always afraid of the dentist and hadn’t been for 30 years or more . I broke a tooth and had to go. I went to one manor place dental and never looked back . I have now attended over a six month period and had a total check up and many new jobs done , fillings etc, and even a crown recently fitted . From the first second I was put at ease by all the staff, my Dentist was a lovely lady Dr Pauline Lanant who is really brilliant and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. We even had a few laughs while I was in the chair, never thought I would be laughing in a dentist chair but I did .oh and great music . . I will certainly be continuing to attend from now on for 6 monthly check ups and I would highly recommend one manor place dental for anybody. During my visits I did notice a lot of children attending also and all seemed very happy. Don’t be afraid of the dentist go and get your teeth sorted in one manor place dental. top marks.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had good experiences at One Manor Place Dental. Which, given they’ve done everything from routine cleans to fillings and repairing chips, is really saying something. Efficient, attentive, very personable and always respectful to the patient “No pain is the name of the game,” Chris told me on one of my first visits, and that has remained the case.

Fantastic experience: After many years of having a fear of going to dentists not anymore. Receptionist is a gem dentist she was so nice felt so relaxed. Had two visits with hygienist for deep clean when I say it was pain-free! And my teeth feel brand new. Definitely recommend this dental surgery for nervous and non nervous people they are all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient there and after 3 visits I feel like I can give an honest review. I am someone who's very fearful of dentists, I'm neurodivergent, and the whole process is very stressful for me. Even for a minor procedure. Fortunately, I had a great experience with Chris. He's been doing a great job with my teeth, he's very patient and when he noticed I was nervous, he took time to explain to me beforehand what we would do and ask if I was okay with that. I really appreciate it. Pain is usually inevitable, but I gotta say he's very respectful whenever I indicate any sensitivity at all. Also the anesthesia was done very well. Very little pain with that. I have always struggled to trust dentists and doctors in general. I was also very unsure of picking a dentist in Ireland as I have heard many times how they like to oversell to patients but so far this has been a good experience with no overselling. Ngl it is an expensive service, but in Dublin these days everything is. And I think so far it's been worth it. Also the girls at reception are lovely. Super kind and friendly.

Negative experience: I came with the issue of grinding my teeth and because of that for years my teeth were getting smaller and smaller plus I had gaps between them. This dentist said I’m too young for veneers, sent the shape of my teeth to a lab to get some molds done, I didn’t like what came back as the teeth on the mold were triple the size of the rest of my teeth. He said that he can give them the shape he wants and the next visit for only 2 hours he finished with composite 5/6 of the teeth to do. I wasn’t happy with the mold, wasn’t happy with his reduction of the mold teeth, but he still proceeded to trust in his creative skills. I ended up with something I asked him to not give me which is “horse teeth”, they were jutted out, very thick and round, the canine didn’t even look like a canine it was thick and square and they looked very unnatural. When he showed me the result there were serious asymmetries, they were all different sizes, and I didn’t like the look at all, but he told me to go home and basically get acquainted till next visit. When I got home I realized that my back teeth weren’t touching, the shape of my upper lip changed because of the huge size of these teeth, and then I remembered that he didn’t even check if my new bite was okay. I didn’t trust him to go back because he’d again and again try to convince me that his result was great without hesitation. I went to other dentists after and they said he should have never proceeded if I didn’t like the initial mold and that the bite has to always be respected, plus composite is not a material you put around the whole tooth, it’s only to cover gaps, so it would break in less than a year probably. All of that cost 1000€! (No including 300€ of the cost of the mold that was basically vampire teeth with gigantic canines) Thankfully I only payed 450€ since he didn’t finish the last tooth and I didn’t want to go back to them. I was told I could have sued them, the next few months I was trying to fix this issue plus my initial issue with a different dentist, overpaying again for procedures I already payed for. This dentist was unprofessional and rushed into it with me being openly unhappy and didn’t advise me at all about the materials recommended to protect my teeth. It was very stressful to live with this for months, and I hope no one who reads this review will ever go this clinic, so they can avoid the waste of money and stress.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service as always. I had a particularly difficult request in regard to a tooth that I had chipped. Chris was very gracious and agreed to try repair it which he did amazingly. Kudos to Chris. Thank you!

Negative experience: Found the dentist to be good but avoid getting a clean from the hygienist. Both myself and my friend went back for a cleaning and she insisted it would take 2 visits, both full price. When I asked why she was very defensive. On the 2nd visit she spent 5 minutes finishing the clean and then 10 minutes on how to brush and floss correctly. Based on these 2 cases I can attest to, it seems that the second visit was a waste of my money and time. It is the only cleaning I have ever had that required 2 visits

Fantastic experience: Just arrived home after a first time emergency visit to Dr Rod and his clinic the receptionist was lovely the environment felt safe, the dr brought me in and was well masked up as was his lovely dental nurse they kept my mask on any time they did not need me to have it off this was reassuring in the current climate, I have hearing problems and with the masks its hard to converse at the moment he was clear and decice gave me a full check up and dealt with the main problem and was clear about options he also made me feel at ease.. home now to rest I will be back to see Dr Rod for further work.

Negative experience: This is a really expensive dentistry compared to previous dentistrys that I have used. €60.00 for a consultation and the dentist is beyond rude, 'this is a dentist, not a supermarket you cant choose what you want' was his reply after I told him my priority is a cavity after he gave me a list of procedures he felt I needed. The irish receptionist is lovely and a credit to dentisty the non irish receptionist was so rude, very condescending and aggressive over the phone, it doesn't look like she cares about the clients coming into the business, while on the phone I had to re-book my appointment as I did not get paid today as I thought I would and I was told 'why didn't you call yesterday and tell me about the appointment? This is absolutely disgraceful' when I replied 'excuse me' the phone was hung up on my face. I would not reccomend this business as there is lots more of friendly, caring and professional dentistrys in dublin that actually care about their clients who have better prices.

Fantastic experience: Rod the dentist is a really nice guy - the chilled out vibe in the place is actually relaxing for an experience might otherwise be stressful. Over the 7+ years I have been going there - you get the sense that Rod is a practitioner of the highest standard and I really trust him with my teeth

Fantastic experience: Why I hadn't contributed to this site before as I've been going here for a couple of years? All who work here are among the warmest people you'll meet on any day. Anyhow, why am I looking at MY dentists site at 12.30am on Thursday night and the answer is because one of my fillings fell out and I know if I phone in the morning they will do everything to sort me out. But its Good Friday and not holding out hope that Rod/Catherine will be around tomorrow but the five stars I've given here stands. Excellent practice and professional all rounders

Fantastic experience: If your someone who gets nervous at all about going to the dentist this place is amazing. I was recommended this place by my sister and I’m so happy I took her advice. I had a really bad experience at my previous dentist so I was really anxious going into my appointment here but the team at One Manor Place could not of been better. They are very professional and do an amazing job at making you feel calm and at ease. The dentist is very thorough and incredible at talking you through what to expect as he works which I felt helped the whole process. They also send follow up info to help keep you informed and your teeth in the best condition possible. Could not recommend this team enough!

Negative experience: I walked in after booking an appointment with severe pain in my tooth and gums from infection.. It was announced to me by the dentist himself that he has no time to fix the problem because it would "take to long" so they offered to reschedule me in two weeks time.!!!!!!! He was expecting me to walk around with massive pain for two weeks.. What type of dentist is this.. Avoid at all costs especially if you have an emergency.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a huge fan of trips to the dentist but after my first visit to Rod and his team I definitely find them less daunting. They give a very professional service. There's a lovely, calm atmosphere which helps you feel relaxed if you're a bit anxious and they give solid, no nonsense advice. I'll definitely be back.

Negative experience: Disappointed with this dentist, asked when I should start my 2 yr old for check ups, he said 'pop her up on the chair & I'll have a look', daughter barely opened her mouth & he charged 40 euro. I had been going to him for years. Was pretty disgusted with it. Hygienist there are good but will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Loved it as much as I could do going to the dentist!. I got a filling last week My appointment was on time, no waiting for hours staff are friendly and the dentist respectful and careful. He talked me through the whole process of what he was going to do and did an excellent job. I did not feel uncomfortable or anxious as he was calm and careful and took the time time to do the job right. Very happy with clear filling I got . I would well recommend this practice

Nice chilled-out background music too and a skylight through which to watch the passing clouds during treatments. My days of being a terrified dental patient are behind me!

Fantastic experience: I starting using onemanorplace dentist about two years ago. I hadnt been to a dentist for a long long time so I was not looking forward to going to him. I didnt need to worry. I was made feel at ease from the start and I have been back about six times with no hassle. Best of all I felt no pain or real discomfort on any visit. My teeth are back in shape now so I'm really glad I took the plunge. Dr Crichton was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy to do the same.
