Negative experience: (This is submitted on behalf of my mother) My mother recently had an awful experience with the dentist here. Was spoken to in an awful manner when asked to only get 2 fillings instead of the 3 he wanted - terrible customer care. Left without getting any work done. She would not recommend this practice on Castle Street, Cahir.

Negative experience: Wouldn't not recommend , Poor customer service, cares more about pulling money from you than looking after your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the ConfiDental clinic and I must say that the team there are brilliant. Starting with the girls at reception, they create a great friendly welcoming atmosphere and will gladly help to show you around. I found Ryan Hennessey to be a very good dentist, explained everything in a detailed friendly manner and didn't just rush in and get the job done. After my procedure was done, Ryan and his assistant took the time to explain to me what I was to do in the following hours and to contact them if I needed. The following day I received a call from the clinic to check if I was OK and again I was told not to hesitate to call them if I needed. This I found to be a really caring gesture indeed. Big thanks to all, would highly recommend.

I was very concous of my teeth not being white, Ryan fitted me with whitening moulds & I started a course of opalesce whitening , my smile is totally transformed my teeth are super white & I get compliments all the time !
