Negative experience: The worst dentist I’ve ever been in my entire life instead of pulling my tooth out. They just broke it made it even worse. I did not knew it was just broken, and after the numbness gone away, the pain increased like crazy and now they send me to a dentist in Newry Northern Island because they couldn’t finish the job instead they just made it worse. How can you call these people professional if you couldn’t pull the tooth out don’t do it because you’re going to break it and make it much worse for their patience and me. She had to try and she didn’t succeed now I’m the one who has to suffer with the pain never in my life. I’m not going to go to this dentist ever again breaking the tooth. Think you can pull it out and then after that just leave the patient like that broken tooth and send me all the way. Newry Does someone else who can pull the tooth by cutting? The mouth gum I did not even knew how bad wasn’t until I saw myself in the mirror I cannot even eat now That’s how bad is it and And I have to take strong painkillers and I was afraid she almost broke my jaw

Negative experience: Worst place in town for accessibility. No disabled parking, double yellow lines outside clinic and then you have to contend with a double step to get in. No room for a wheelchair either. And as they are one of the few dentists to accept medical cards you would think they would make it easier for older/disabled people to access the building. I mentioned this when I was there with my mother today and the girls working there acknowledged this but it was as if they knew this was an issue but no one has bothered to do anything about it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of being looked after by Dr mervyn & Nurse Carrol, by far the best Denise been I’ve too. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Thanks team :)

Fantastic experience: Sarah had my extraditions done in no time, very pleasant staff who give a top class service in every way, definitely up there as one of the best, I will stick with this practice. Highly recommended

Negative experience: After 12 Injections for my bottom rear molar , the dentist only got my tooth half way out and then sent me on my way home ,not able to close my jaw/mouth or eat or even drink! I have so many health problems since then also ,developed chronic sinusitis and is definitely due to ther malpractice , i would not recommend if you value your health! , i rang to make a complaint and was told to go email them right back with the complaint i had already left or go to my solicitor, and that is exactly what I'm doing , That was also only one of numerous bad experiences with this "dental clinic "

Negative experience: The only pro is it you can get an appointment easily & no need to wait for months but it comes at a cost. I specifically booked cleaning only and they charged me for the examination as well, the Dr was very abrupt in delivering the advice," You will end up losing your teeth" and finally the dr, assistant, and receptionist all let me leave with blood all over my face without even bothering to tell me to wipe my face only to find out when I went home.

Fantastic experience: Was very pleased with this clinic and Dr. Naoishe Gorham. I lost a filling and my tooth started hurting badly. When I went to the clinic, I thought that this tooth would need to be extracted, but they installed a new filling and now I feel very well Many thanks to Dr. Naoishe Gorham

Negative experience: Very bed service a big no for them My experience is very bad. They also answered to me in a bad way. The result was that I had a big pain for months and need for an emergency treatment from A private dentist Very next day I consulted another clinic and they find another solution. Again a big big nooooooo for them

Negative experience: They cement the cavity instead of treating it, which leads to toothache and later tooth extraction, some doctors are just for money, toothache needs to visit the dentist again

Negative experience: My experience is very bad. The doctor has treated a teeth with a filling very old stile material and in a very short time. The result was that I had a big pain for months. After 1 month the solution for them was the canalizzation. They also answered to ne in a bad way. I consulted another clinic and they find another solution.

Fantastic experience: Attended Mark today and he's an excellent Dentist, he's second to none. I had a comfortable painless experience over a period of treatments to prevent gum disease. He prevented it. Thanks Mark. Colm

Negative experience: Very nice place, clean. The service was regular. The dentist just do her job and the communication is limited when I asked something she just answered and she didnt give me advices. The assistant who works at 5 she is not nice, she is not kind and patient maybe because I am foreigner. So anyway I have heard very bad feedbacks from this dental clinic.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. In fact, disgraceful attitude to the customers. I was a private patient of this clinic for years, now I've lost job and got a medical card. I was in pain, my tooth had to be pulled out, but they refused to accept the medical card, saying they are not taking new patients with a card (despite that i was already their patient!). They could not see me for few days as they were full, so it's not like they don't have enough income. But putting business before human in pain, their own patient... they were happy to take hundreds of euros before for the same tooth - it is a disgrace. What kind of medical worker do that??

Negative experience: NOT TRUSTED. Went there with pain in my tooth and after X-ray could not see anything. Week later I went to other dental clinic and showed them same X=ray results and they said I have abscess.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Dublin Street Clinic today with a badly inflamed tooth (my second visit within two years) and I had a great experience. Booking an appointment was easy and pleasant and Naoishe the dentist who treated me today was absolutely amazing. I was nervous as hell but the staff put me at ease in no time. Naoishe explained every little details regarding the procedure. It was quick and honestly, I didn't feel a thing. She was so professional, thorough and kind. Thank you so much! I highly recommend these guys.

Negative experience: Will never go there again.

Negative experience: I had a sensitive tooth and I've been told without any proper tests or X-ray that it needs either an expensive root canal treatment or removal. I decided to go to another clinic and it only needs filling. They also spotted another cavity before even taken any X-rays. It was so visible but the Dublin St Clinic failed to spot it. I have a friend whom also a patient here, or I can say now he was a patient here, because he had the same experience. He had a cavity but he'd been told that no treatment needed. Next time he was there he got the same options, either an expensive root canal treatment or removal... Thanks but no thanks!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place. I had a filling fall out and they got me in immediately for a replacement filling, 2 hours after I phoned! All the staff were very friendly. My dentist Tom, and the nurse Carol, were very reassuring as I am a nervous patient. I have had a lot of dental work done and by far this has been the best. It was completely pain free (I have never had a pain free experience with fillings/replacement fillings)... I didn't even feel the syringe for the anaesthetic. Thanks so much guys. I am new to the area and feel very reassured that I have this great service when needed.
