Fantastic experience: Polite receptionist staff, friendly nurses and would highly recommend Nessa as a dentist. I've had 3 recent visits and all were excellent.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I went to Sandra who is not a people person, very abrupt, thought she might be having a bad day as we all have but went back again and she was actually worse. It's a pity because she is a good dentist Her nurse was absolutely lovely. Avoid this dentist!,

Fantastic experience: I got my teeth done here by Sandra and her lovely assistant. Highly recommend them, painless and very efficient. I am delighted with my new teeth. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist, i had a root canal done from Sandra and her assistant and they couldn't do enough for me after spending 3 days previous in severe pain with an infection, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Must be one of the worst encounters I've ever had at a service. From the receptionist with her snappy manner, to the rude nurse and the condisending dentist. It was actually quite shocking, I came out of there and my head was spinning a bit because I was trying to digest what went on. As mentioned, the receptionist had an awful attitude. But that said, it was really the nurse that surprised me the most... She called me to enter the practice room, and so I walked down the corridor, but when I got there she closed the door over on my face. I was in my own head "OK?", so I stood there waiting for a moment until she fully closed to door as she knew I was standing there and didn't want me to hear what was being said. Without actually acknowledging me, like normally a polite person would say, "oh hang on a moment sir we are just preparing for you, we will be with in a moment", or something to that effect, like you would say something. But nothing so I went back to the waiting room for a further 5 minutes. And again as mentioned, the dentist's attitude wasn't much better. Clearly there is a toxic atmosphere coming from the top down in there. Again I actually couldn't believe it. Just to add I have never written a bad review in my life. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, and understand non of us are perfect, we all have bad days. But as I said this was another level, just very obnoxious, no need of it what so ever.

Fantastic experience: The folks in Springfield dental are amazing! So kind and even though the dentist isn't always a nice experience, they always go above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable during treatment

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist. He was so rude to me at our first consultation . I rang to ask for a different dentist in this practice the receptionist twisted every thing I said .I went to see the manager she wanted 40euro to change dentist I didn't have 40euro im homeless and live in a homeless shelter. I only had the medical card. So I was asked to leave. So now I have a sore tooth I used up my one free consultation and I have to find a new dentist. It's the first time in my life to use a medical card. Unbelievable i didnt do anything wrong. One star is too much.this is one to avoid. What is wrong with these people.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time with Springfield Dental Surgery and would highly recommend this practice..The ladies on reception were welcoming and really professional. My dentist was Doctor Eric who made my procedure painless and im delighted to have had such a skilled man look after me ..Thank you to all the staff.

Negative experience: Only giving one star because I have to id give minus if I could. I booked an emergency appointment because I had a problem with my tooth, and I told the dentist which one. He spent 60 seconds looking in my mouth, telling me the problem doesn't exist. Then said there's nothing more he could do and it was because I grind my teeth at night (I wear a mouth guard every night). I told him a piece of my filling fell out ( it fell into my mouth) he insisted it wasn't true. Then charged me 40 euro. I left with the same problem, my face in agnoy being contradicted and now I need to pay another dentist and get another emergency appointment. Completely incompetent dentist, and then still takes your money. I will never go here again! **update** Went to another dentist and he fixed the problem tooth straight away and said it was in fact sharp and causing the problem in my mouth!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing dental surgery. Both times I had excruciating pain they were able to fit me in and help me when everywhere else said no. Receptionist is absolutely fantastic and the dentists themselves were so patient and helpful. I'll never go to another practice.

Fantastic experience: I'm very nervous with dentists, but the staff were very accommodating. Had a very complex molar extraction which they performed without any issues. Very reassuring nurse and informative dentist. Procedure was over with very quickly.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Had to go elsewhere to have it redone. Not very pleasant either.

Negative experience: Received text warning of 40e charge if appointment missed without 24hrs notice. Next morning got a call from receptionist cancelling my appointment with 2 hours notice as the dentist had to go home. Will not use this practice again
