I was always kept informed about my condition and treatment options. Pain relief was handled professionally and precisely — they truly care about making sure you don’t feel any discomfort. The quality of their work is outstanding. Dr. Musa Arada is the best specialist I’ve ever met!

Fantastic experience: Dr Po-Tai is an absolutely AMAZING dentist. He is so kind and caring with his patients and I would highly recommend this clinic in Carlow.

Fantastic experience: I came to the Dental Suite Group with a terrible toothache and they made a difficult situation so much easier. From the moment I walked in the door and was welcomed by a friendly and professional receptionist, to being quickly seen by the dentist, to a pain free root canal, I was amazed by the entire experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Got my fillings and teeth whitening done in maddens dental clinic very very good and especially for someone who doesn’t like dentists.

Negative experience: Wasn’t a very clean environment the dentist room was so unorganised and also the minute he took my tooth out he didn’t say anything just sent me home will not be going back here

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, because from the receptionists, the nurses, and to the talented Dr.Zaky, they're all lovely. Zaky is one if the best in his field, very professional, and always has a smile on his face. Everyone in Maddens are great at making you feel relaxed, if you're in any way nervous. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending maddens dental the past while and been seen by dr Zafar Ali Bacha, he’s hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. So good at what he does very understanding and just nice. Makes such a difference he explains everything why’s etc. saved me with an emergency slot and done a brilliant job. Can’t recommend him and the staff more great place.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Maddens dental Clinic for years. I'm currently under the care of Dr. Sharmistha who is absolutely amazing! I am a nervous patient and she takes time to put me at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences anxiety attending a dentist.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. Went to get a tooth removed, and they had no idea why i was there. Then i overheard the dentist complaining that she 'didn't get paid enough for this' as i was getting an extraction on my medical card. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Madden Dentist Suite, Carlow & Athy. Absolutely fantastic 5 stars aren't enough honestly. My partner had an emergency appointment, he has white coat syndrome and was terrified to go but Aimée and the brilliant Dr Haider were so kind, professional and patient that now he can't wait to get his teeth sorted can't recommend them highly enough, if you're a nervous patient they honestly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they have amazing after care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zafar is the kindest dentist I've ever met. He always makes me feel looked after and that he cares about his clients. Knowing that I'm a little nervous about dental procedures, Dr Zafar explains everything in detail and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. And I never feel any pain or discomfort when he administers an anaesthetic...amazing. I can't recommend Dr Zafar highly enough...he's the greatest. And his Dental Nurse, Mairead, is so kind and attentive...making sure my visits to the surgery go without a hitch. Thank you to you both.

Negative experience: I wasn't informed on the phone by receptionist about extra charges, after seeing doctor I been hit on a head with €75 bill.receptionist on the question "why didn't you informed me before hand" just said "ah,well,this is an emergency".,there were multiple witnesses in waiting area to this and the same receptionist lied to management about all this accident.to be honest,i believe that management is covering her liy because when I asked her about phone equipment recordings, she confirmed that it is recording phone calls but she will Not listen to it. Here you go.And one more thing, while I been waiting,many Ukrainians came in and out who doesn't know laws or prices as price list not displayed anywhere in the dentistry as Dentist Council of Ireland requires.Website can't be reached,it's offline but management been pointing it like "..it's all on our website,,".,she got very uncomfortable when I told her that website is down.Im not saying doctors are bad as i didn't a chance to deal with one,I am saying that there is a lot going on behind the ordinary folks picture.a specifically refugees. Where would you see a liying straight in your face receptionist and covering this LIY management ??

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental treatment. I had a broken tooth & an infection developed. Although I was not a client of Maddens they looked after me quickly in a very friendly and of course, professional manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'd highly recommend the practice!

I have been dealing with dentists for decades and Dr Sharmistha is the only dentist who can ease my anxiety by always being patient and gentle with me. Her empathy for her patients is outstanding. I no longer fear sitting in the dentist's chair once Dr Sharmistha is there to care. A word of appreciation for Mairead who keeps everything at Maddens running smoothly. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Sharmistha Bhallacharyya for a tooth extraction 21/11 and have to leave a review on the excellent service I received. She was so accommodating to my nervous needs. Didn't feel a thing. Absolutely delighted and relieved to have chosen this practice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a filling today, tooth was badly broken down to the gum and Haider worked magic to save the tooth, in all my years going to dentists, this experience was completely different, I never felt a thing and was nearly dozing off at one stage. Haider is a new dentist to the clinic and well worth making an appointment with him.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough. Being someone who is terrified of going to the dentist I had left it too late for a tooth to be saved. From the minute I sat in the chair and explained my fear I was totally made feel at ease. If at anytime you feel overwhelmed you just raise your hand and you are given a break. On the day of the extraction everything was explained to me clearly and positively. A few minutes after the anaesthetic kicked in and a few minutes later the tooth was out (quite a large one). No hard pulling or discomfort. The dentist I dealt with has given me a new ability to visit more often without fear. They tend to be quite busy with appointments but a wait is worth it. Thanks to all the the team. From front desk to nursing and the dentist herself. Anthony
