Fantastic experience: I Cannot recommend Dr.sean and Emma enough , went into them with really badly damaged and missing teeth with the fear of going to the dentist and within a week they had me smiling again with no judgement whatsoever of how bad of a state my teeth was in. From the second you walk into the clinic you feel at ease all of the staff couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. Cannot speak highly enough of there work they have magic hands and have changed my life for the better since I’ve gone to them wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: My last review was deleted because I mentioned the owners name and that the owner had told me to leave if I wasn't happy because I asked why I had waited an extra 30 mins from my appointment. He did so in front of other customers and admitted my case was an emergency. Yet told me to leave. What an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Why is this acceptable?

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr Sean's for about 15 years. I've had everything from scale and polish to root canal to implants. I've always been well looked after by all the staff (big shout out to Hilary who reminds me of my appointments and Nurse Emma who always makes me smile). I can't recommend this practice enough especially If you are someone who is anyway nervous about attending the dentist, they are so good at making you feel at ease.

Negative experience: Won't answer the phone...also dentist hit my nerve with the needle twice...very painful...be prepared!! Only dentist whos ever done that so that says enough.. Fahad...Maypark dental...is my recommendation folks

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at Smile Designs practice for many years I couldn’t recommend this surgery enough. Sean Murray and all his staff are always so accommodating whether it’s been a scheduled appointment or an emergency. I am a nervous patient and probably not the easiest the deal with but within minutes of going through their door I am put at ease from all the team from reception through to the dental chair. Fantastic experience: Super convenient with weekend appointments. A cleaning/check up was a very pleasant experience. I can’t recall the name of the dentist but she was very pleasant and there was no rushing. I would certainly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I am extremely anxious patient when it comes to any dental work and I have to say the whole team in Smile Design made me feel at complete ease throughout all my treatment. As soon as you walk through the door you are looked after and you feel welcome it's really refreshing. I needed emergency work done and they were able to accommodate me and fit me into their busy schedule with no issues. Thank you Andrei, Mandy and the whole team for looking after me I really appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Was just there having a root canal. Was very nervous about getting it done so I decided to get over sedation. When I came in, Sean was there straight away to hook me up to the iv drip. He was joking with me the whole time and was great. Andrei done the root canal procedure, He was great and I didn’t feel a thing. I’ll definitely be going back as they have helped me overcome my fear of the dentist.

Negative experience: Emailed to say I was very unhappy with the treatment I got last week. They sent my files without even enquiring why I was complaining or what happened. Says it all really. Im only posting this now as they could have reached out I will never return and wont recommend this place again. Over 100 euro out of pocket and worse off than I was last week. Paid for a full x ray that I suddenly had to have because they had no disc space on the computer in the treatment room to do the small one there. Then given a prescription that made me violently ill but absolutely no interest in their patient and dentist didn’t even speak to me when I went to get a new prescription, just told ah sure don’t take it if pain not bad by a nurse. The prescription was for swelling not pain. Incredible and clearly patient care is not a priority for them.

Fantastic experience: I moved to smile design from another dentist and it was the best thing I did. I’m nervous of the needle and Andre always goes out of his way to make it easier for me and is always so kind and thoughtful. I don’t dread going anymore! Thanks guys ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for 10 years for my regular check ups, all the staff are warm and friendly. I have had a major problem with gum recession around my front teeth that I was almost going to lose them eventually. Andrei talked me through all the options and was very reassuring and put me at ease. Last week Andrei and Emma did an amazing job of composite bonding to save my teeth and I can't thank these guys enough for the fantastic transformation. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! They really have given me back my confidence to smile again. I would highly recommend Sean and his team at Smile Design.

Fantastic experience: As a family we have attended both Baldoyle and North Strand practises over the last 10 years. The staff in both practices are of the highest professionalism, Owen and Mariola in North Strand where I attend, but I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Sean and Emma in Baldoyle. They have both been fantastic support to my two sons. They both had a terrible fear of dentists. Sean and Emma have removed that fear and now the two lads book in their next appts to see the guys. I could'nt recommend their services and work highly enough.

Negative experience: Went here for orthodontist work and my teeth were left worse than when I started. I came once a month to see an orthodontist that came from France and every month he simply tightened my plastic retainer to try pull a tooth back in place that he put out of place to make space for others to come up when I had train tracks on my bottom teeth. One month I never received another appointment after paying full and my tooth has been left out of line. I complained to Sean Murray asking him to fix this and he told me it wasn’t him that did it it’s nothing to do with them anymore even though I paid smiles design directly not this other orthodontist. I got a consult elsewhere where I was told you cannot just put braces on the bottom teeth which is what I had done? I now have to pay again to have braces elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Sean and Emma in Smile Design. I had an issue with my teeth which was causing me a lot of worry and the staff managed to fit me in on the same day. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I felt completely at ease during my treatment thanks to the great staff. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

Positive experience: When I asked for a receipt (for VHI) from the North Strand clinic the receptionist would not send me an email of the receipt. I rang the other clinic Baldoyle and the lady I believe her name was Lorna was so lovely, professional and kind. As a result of this I would recommend going to the Baldoyle clinic instead as the other receptionist doesn't listen!

I had a root canal done by Dr. Andrei a few days ago and his patience and the way he explained every step of the way was unbelievable. He went above and beyond, it excedeed my expectations. The procedure was very smooth and I didn't experience any pain at all. I couldn't recommend him more. I am looking forward for my appointment with Dr. Sean to get braces. Negative experience: Unfortunately based on our experience I cannot recommend this dental practice. The outcome of the treatments my child received was not good. An Abscess developed below two recently filled teeth. When I called on a Saturday morning to request an emergency appt. for my child the receptionist advised me to "call a health center" and hung up on me mid sentence. My child was a patient there. We received far more civil treatment from other dentists we had not been to before. I was taken aback by the lack of duty of care shown. I would not recommend this dental practice to a friend.
