Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly staff, they do good work!

Fantastic experience: I was worried about a sore area in my gum. I was seen by Dr Anna and she showed me the X-ray and informed me I needed an extraction of a piece of baby tooth lodged in my gum. She was very clear on my treatment. I went ahead with the extraction and it was painless ! Highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice, beautiful clinic with very kind and professional staff. As a previously nervous patient, I have found the entire Woodstown team wonderful to deal with, and would highly recommend the practice. Dr. Anna Foley shows care and compassion, while delivering top-notch dental care.

Negative experience: Was running late for my appointment 9 months pregnant and able to move quite as fast as usual got a call from Clare to ask where I was I explained I'm running 10mins late and was very apologetic. I explained I'm pregnant having a difficult morning if it's anyway possible to have a later appointment that day I'd make it. She explained they were fully booked and that's not possible I reassured her I would be with the clinic in 10mins which would be a total of 15mins late most establishments allow a 15min grace period she said that's not possible and a cancellation fee would be charged I stated I'm not cancelling I'm running g late and I can still come and wait to be seen I'm 9 months regnant and have had a rough morning 15mins is not ridiculously late . I asked was there any possibility of another appointment that week rather than stating the availability first She stated the cancellation fee would still stand and yes they had something available in 3 days time but again the cancellation fee must be paid. As a health care professional myself I found her manner, her empathy and her professionalism horrible. Would not recommend to anybody I was very upset after the phone call as I was rushing to get there then told not to come as I wouldn't be seen. I would happily have paid a late fee if needed, i understand it is a business. I have had a clean, imaging and possibly a filling done here before, and the dentist was very nice.

Negative experience: Was refused my appointment for being 5 mins late due to traffic on m50. I walked in to reception roughly 5/6 mins late there is no pne else here only me at this time. I waited for 5 more mins whilst no one was at the desk but I could hear conversations from the rear of the practice when it turned 12 mins after my arrival I was seen by a staff member who informed me I wouldn't be seen this day and had the lack of self awareness to try and reschedule me in 7 weeks.. I don't think they want returning customers so I'll be giving them what they want. They may have won awards but no have no class.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a clean after avoiding it for so long due to anxiety. I have extremely sensitive teeth and get so nervous. This dentist is the sweetest dentist I have ever met, she was so patient, offered to numb my mouth with either gel or injection, and didn't make me feel as though I was dramatic. I never felt so safe at a dentist. I will never go anywhere else. Such a lovely person.

Negative experience: Same experience as the previous person, Lu Yan. Asked a simple question at reception and the receptionist was so rude. No need for it .

Negative experience: I was supposed to have a dental appointment today but I haven’t received any reminder messages (normally I do) so I decided to ring the clinic to double check my appointment is scheduled, unfortunately I was told there was no records of my appointment due to their system issues even my appointment was made a few weeks ago. The girl wasn’t apologetic at all for the issue and gave me a date with similar time in July. Not a professional attitude in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star Experience Had my cleaning today with Dr Anna Foley and it was the best cleaning I've had in Dublin. Thank you so much Dr Anna for making feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I attended Woodstown dental practice twice this week (check-up + cleaning and a filling) and the whole experience was amazing. I usually don't like going to the dentist, I avoided it for years but the whole experience with that practice has made me way less nervous! Anna was outstanding, I highly recommend them and I am looking forward to my next cleaning! (Never thought I would say that one day!)

Fantastic experience: Excellent Practice, Very Professional and Friendly Staff. I attended Woodstown Dental over a number of weeks. Work on my teeth was excellent and I'm really happy with it. I had broken teeth from sport over the years, so filings, extractions and other work to be done. Dr. Sarah and the whole team were very accommodating with my appointments. I had a short timeline as I was getting married and all work was completed with time to spare not to mention the friendly atmosphere there too. Lastly to add my 4 and 6 year old girls have been for their first checkups there and they now love going to the dentist!!

Fantastic experience: As a person who normally dreads visiting the dentist, switching to this practice having not been for a check up in several years was a complete blessing. The staff here - in particular the dentist Sarah - are so readily able to put more nervous customers, such as myself, at ease. I had a teeth clean and a filling and honestly I loved the whole experience, which is something I never thought I'd say. I would highly recommend that you check out this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Sarah and her team are so welcoming and the practise itself is incredibly clean and well laid out. I had a teeth clean and also met with with the in house oral surgeon. All staff were porfessional and kind, i will be returning time and time again!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I phoned them up since my toddler had a dental emergency. They were very polite and got an appointment that very same day. At the appointment the dentist had a quick look and said they don't really work on toddlers. She recommended we go somewhere else. If you don't work with toddlers then say it during the booking process rather than wasting our time then telling us to go somewhere else. Now we're facing the prospect of our child being in pain tonight until we can go elsewhere tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience with Dr Sarah and her team.. everyone is always smiling and welcoming from the moment you walk in. It’s clear to see why there are so many awards hanging on the wall! Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more impressed with my experience in Woodstown Dental. Everyone from the reception to the nurse and to the dentist were absolutely lovely. I was given a very thorough clean and examination and plan on what needs to be done over time. I needed have two extractions, which I was not looking forward too. I was booked in with the dental surgeon. He was 1st class. Before I knew it the teeth were out and we were done. I even received a call the next day to see how I was getting on after the extraction, which I was very impressed with. One small thing I picked up on... Sarah (the main dentist) is extremely courteous to the dental nurse. She was asking the dental nurses opinion and asking if they are ok to move onto the next stage of the examination. I thought this spoke volumes about the culture of the clinic. It is very clear this is a great place to work, which makes the patient experience that much better.

Fantastic experience: Just got my teeth cleaned and as a super nervous patient I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I felt at ease as soon as I met the receptionist and I was seen to so quickly! The cleaning itself was painless and so quick and my teeth feel amazing now! Everything was explained so clearly and simply by the dentist and she was so understanding. I’m 7 months pregnant and was so nervous but I am so happy I came here and had such a good experience.

She has a kind, calming and caring approach to her customers and made my her feel very at ease instantly. Anna also gave her different options for her treatment and went through a treatment plan so my Mam was kept in the loop. She's so professional and took time to make sure the results were flawless. Fantastic experience: Being an extremely nervous patient, I was dreading getting work done, I've been to Dr Foley twice in the last few weeks and I couldn't fault her in the slightest, so calm and patient and really made me feel at ease. Couldn't recommend her any more, an absolute perfectionist in her work.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dental experience and the best dentist (I was treated by Dr Lilia Collazo)that ive ever had. Im a nervous, pain prone dental oatient but the dentist explained the procedure beforehand was very kind and gentle and my experience was completely pain free. Thanks also to Teresa the dental hygienist and Helen the lovely receptionist. Highly highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had to get an emergency dental procedure yesterday and was very nervous and anxious about it: I couldn’t recommend Sarah Enright and her team more strongly. I was treated with so much care and attention by the team: Sarah is an amazing Dentist - she has a gentle, supportive and very empathetic manner which is so helpful for those of us who are nervous of Dentists in general. The surroundings are very comfortable and calming and it was the most positive Dental experience I have ever had. It’s a very definite 5 stars from me and if there were 10 stars to give Id give them!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Sarah from Woodstown Dental enough. My sons mouth was very sore and I was unsure on what to do with the present restrictions around covid 19. He needed an emergency extraction and antibiotics, Sarah dealt with us very professionally and couldn’t have been nicer. I will be visiting this dentist in the future with not hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Sarah Enright at Woodstown Dental Centre recently with my 6 year old daughter. This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and she was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr Sarah Enright was really good with her right from the beginning and was very gentle, encouraging and gave her lots of praise throughout the treatments which included some fillings. She explained to my daughter what she was doing and what things would feel like in a way that she understood. The whole experience was excellent and my daughter left very happy. I would recommend Dr Enright for young children.

Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous patient, it took me quite a bit of time to pluck up the courage and go for a check up. After doing a good bit of research, I found Woodstown Dental Centre and I am so relieved to have found a wonderful dentist like Lilia and her team. She talked me through each step and checked in with me every few minutes to ensure I was still comfortable. She was so patient with me especially when I became panicked with the loud noises of the instruments etc. I’d highly recommend Lilia to anyone who is nervous of the dentist. She also did a brilliant job on my teeth as they weren’t in the best shape!

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental experience possible with everyone I met in Woodstown Dental, especially Dr. Sarah Enright. I badly chipped my two front teeth and was absolutely cut up about it. I was looked after so well by everyone, Sarah was superb. She showed such compassion and gave me so much reassurance, I trusted her instantly. When Sarah finished working on my teeth and I looked in the mirror I think I was in as much shock as I had been when I had actually chipped my teeth. I could not believe what a fantastic job Sarah had done. My teeth genuinely look like my old teeth, you'd never know anything had happened to them. She's a magician!! I could not be happier with the results and I'd like to thank Dr. Sarah Enright and all the staff for looking after me and giving me my smile back! Fantastic experience: I had to have a root canal done I was so nervous I felt sick have to say it took over an hour and I didn't feel a thing Dr enright and her staff are excellent and 3 weeks on no problems at all not like the last dental clinic I visted 10 out of 10 for this practice and thankyou Clodagh hall x

Fantastic experience: I had extensive dental work carried out by Dr. Enright in Woodstown dental recently. Dr. Enright is an excellent dentist, and did an amazing job. I had all of my fillings replaced, teeth whitening, and porcelain crowns placed. The results are fantastic, and I am delighted with my new smile!
