Fantastic experience: Really recommend this clinic. Recently had appointment with the dental surgeon. She was lovely and very knowledgeable. Clinic is so clean with really friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I've just recently become a patient. It's by far the nicest, friendliest place I've been too. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so lovely. Dr Jolene was so kind and explained my treatment so well. I will be highly recommending this practice.

Negative experience: Team of Phoenix dental are very rude I really felt bad I am asking about the work over there lady on front desk was very much rude I definitely don't recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I've been to. I had an issue with the cracked molar and was seen to by Dr. Jolene Molloy. She was very professional and sorted the issue for me quickly. After this I seen Hygienist Deirdre O'Driscoll who was amazing at explaining what she needed to do and getting it done perfectly! The receptionists were also lovely and patient! All-in-all I highly recommend Phoenix Dental and will be returning myself.

Fantastic experience: My 6 years old daughter extracted her tooth with a smile on her face. That's how good is Dr Jolene Molloy! Update 2025: Since our first visit for my daughter, it became our family dental clinic, I did a scale and polish today and it was a great experience as usual with shiny clean teeth!

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend Phoenix Dental practice, I’ve attended both Dentists Jolene and Richard on separate occasions and I’ve been more than pleased with my treatments.. I’m a highly nervous and anxious patient and honestly my best dental experiences have been with Phoenix Dental. I genuinely have to praise all the staff for their high level of professionalism combined with friendly, caring and good craic nature. It’s competitively priced, plenty of car parking available and it’s extended opening hours are suitable to work around busy life schedules.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental clinic in dublin15. I had a problem with my crown dr joulene treated me she was really quick ,talented and professional. I am happy with her management . The receptionist was also very nice and calm. Highly recommended. I am going get registered with them now

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and a friend recommended Phoenix Dental. Lucky enough to get an appointment within a few hours. The dentist, Jolene, was so nice and made me feel so at ease. Helped to get me an emergency appointment with an oral surgeon. Appreciated the care and understanding from all the staff.

Negative experience: was only seen 1 month after me calling. the dentist recommended removing 2 teeth in which I didn’t feel comfortable and while I was thinking my head and eventually agreed on doing the extraction and they told me that I have to reschedule another day even though I had 30 more minutes left for my appointment and the dentist have not yet left!! Also, the next available appointment is after a month and receptionist was about to transfer me to another dentist how is available next week but Dr.Richard refused that knowing that I in much to transferring me to another dentist knowing I am in pain and can’t wait for 1 month! I have not yet experience there work but I didn’t like how they refused giving me appointments even though it is emergency situations

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are helpful, can be contacted on email and by phone. Easy to book an appointment and get PRSI approved. Richard (dentist) and colleague were professional & efficient, explained everything, no pressure. Deirdre (hygienist) was excellent. Everything happened exactly on time and staff introduced themselves. Very good service.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this place enough, the best dental practice I have ever been to. The staff are fantastic at what they do and manage extremely nervous patients seamlessly and make you feel right at home. Dr Richard is a highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable in his field of work, but mostly delivers with such high precision and minimal pain. Ciara is extremely welcoming friendly and couldnt do enough you. They generally care about their patients and this is why I won't go anywhere else. (I had two emergencies and Ciara and Helena made sure to fit me in through cancellation lists) and I managed to get seen to quite quickly. Thanks for all you guys do and ensuring the best customer experience!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this dental practice. My dentist is Dr Jolene Molloy and she is fantastic, very professional, thorough and friendly. I also visit the hygienist here and my teeth always feel so clean and healthy after each visit. All the staff that I’ve dealt with are so lovely and have been brilliant at getting me in for a last minute appointment twice this year when I needed to be seen.

Negative experience: I rang for an emergency, my 2 year old fell and his tooth moved , lots of blood it was told me not space , I beg for an appointment, even late in the evening, she was hearing my son crying but next appointment available on Thursday. I really understand it was busy but who refuses an emergency with a little one . Definitely not good experience

Negative experience: Not a bad dentist place when it comes to practice. What leaves a lot to be desired is their customer care…or lack thereof. I’ve been calling the past few days to book an appointment, never have they answered, and once they hung up on me while I was waiting to be transferred. Oh well. Plenty of other dentist places around!

Fantastic experience: I bring my children to Dr Jolene Molloy. I find her fantastic and I would highly recommend her. She is so patient with children, spending time explaining every piece of equipment and procedure to my very nervous children. It is also a very reasonably priced practice

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience. The doctors are so professional and extremely good at what they do. Had a good diagnosis and an extraction post that, didn't feel any pain not even the injection. It was that good. Would definitely recommend to all.

The hygienist and the dentist talked me through what they were doing so I felt comfortable and at ease. The dentist did up a treatment plan for me and I cannot wait to finish my course of treatment at phoenix dental. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have a long history of dental procedures on my front teeth mainly due to a childhood fall. I attended many dentists over the years and have had many procedures carried out but the problems were never solved and I was never happy with how my teeth looked. I decided to try Dr. Hannon two years ago and have never looked back! He replaced my two upper crowns and added two more upper and 4 four lower crowns. Finally I can smile with confidence! He done an amazing job and always makes me feel at ease in the chair (I was a very nervous patient before going to him!) I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I rang early morning looking for an appointment for anytime that day as I was in pain and I urgently needed to see a dentist. Unfortunately they were booked up for a few days (which was fair enough and understandable given the short notice). However the male receptionist was not particularly accommodating - no details were taken or any offer of a callback if any cancellations came up. I wasn't asked if I was an existing patient (my partner is for the past few years).. I called another surgery not too far away and was seen within an hour and a half for an examination and they slotted me that afternoon for treatment.

Positive experience: your website isn't mobile friendly!

Fantastic experience: Dr Richard Hannon is amazing. As someone who hates going to the dentist there is no one else I would go to :-)
