Fantastic experience: I have always been very happy with the service at Swords Dental, but I recently started seeing Anna Cernomordaja, and she is exceptional at what she does. I had an injury years ago, which chipped 2 of my front teeth, they were filled by several dentists over the years but they never achieved the original/correct shape, this as well as a misaligned jaw made me very self-conscious about my smile. Well, I thought it wasn't possible, but Anna gave me a beautiful smile again! She takes great pride in her work, she used composite bonding to make a very natural shape with each tooth. I absolutely love my smile again and I am no longer self conscious about smiling in photos. Not only do I love my smile again but it feels comfortable, like nothing changed. Thank you Anna from the bottom of my heart.

Negative experience: Very bad experience! I visited this practice 4 years ago with a toothache. I was seen by a foreign dentist who looked to be in his early 20's. He recommended I have a tooth removed. In hindsight I shouldn't have let him. What proceeded was an agonising hour, whereby he broke my tooth in pieces and tried unsuccessfully to remove the bits. Eventually he called in the practice owner who took over. He removed most of it and left one big piece. He said that piece would 'work itself out over the next year or two'. Well, unsurprisingly it hasn't. I'm going to have to go to someone else to sort it out. I would a avoid!

Fantastic experience: Organised a same day appointment to fix a broken tooth. It was completely painless and a great job. Very friendly staff.

Negative experience: Iv not used them since. They "Fixed" my two front teeth which didn't need fixing. Never explained to me in full what she was doing just that it needed to be done. I trusted the lady as she is a dentist. They rebuilt my two front teeth to make them SLIGHTLY more level. But the issue now is the fake part of my teeth stain about 4 times a Yr. So I'm left booking teeth cleaning constantly or look like a drug user, i can't drink tea or anything. AND ITS ON MY TWO FRONT TEETH. Left looking like a junkie from this practice. NEVER would I recommend to anyone. The MAIN issue I went for I was told was not my teeth and to go to the hospital for a cat scan. I went to a cheap dentist across the road, smile. They told me I had a exposed nerve and showed me it.. A carpenter could have seen the issue never mind a dentist. Although no one can ever fix my front teeth. I forever have fake front teeth. I Would have chosen a slightly un level set of CLEAN REAL front teeth over stained fake teeth anyday.. I was never given that choice..

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of dentists over the years, due to traveling with work. I would highly recommend swords dental. Edgar is brilliant. Great calming manor. Very communicative, always explains what's happening. He is so good. If you are nervous about dentists, I recommend Edgar. He will take great care of you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had a visit with Charlotte the dental hygienist and had to come online to thank her and recommend her. I’ve been going to Charlotte regularly and each time she does an amazing job on my teeth. I am wearing train track braces for over 2 years and I find it extremely difficult to keep my teeth clean but Charlotte manages to get into all the hard spots and leaves my teeth looking fantastic. She is so gentle & thorough and really puts me at ease. She gives me great tips and demonstrations on looking after my teeth and gums. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I attended here for the very first time, I was booked in with a hygienist called Weronika Gasior, to say she was gentle is an understatement I suffer with my gums an have suffered serious discomfort/pain in other places this was not the case here and my teeth are spotless! I’ve booked bk in again already! I highly highly recommend her!

He put me instantly at ease explaining to me what work needed doing and didn’t make me feel bad or nervous. He’s down to earth and “normal” The dental assistant on the day was so lovely too

Negative experience: My son previously attended this clinic as a toddler. I found the dentist very impatient and intolerant of him. I personally witnessed her push my son down into the chair. Her tone was terrible. I'm angry with myself for not taking this matter further at the time. When I brought my son to an actual pediatric dentist I was told that she had never met a child more traumatised by a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience in swords dental. I went to Kelly for composite bonding on my front teeth. She was really experienced and explained the whole process to me in advance. She was very kind natured and the experience was easy and painless. I'm so happy with the results, they look completely natural. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really great dentist, the best I’ve ever been to. The practice was able to book me an appointment straight away and took great care of me. They booked me in to have both my lower wisdom teeth extracted after suffering from pain for 2 years. I was really scared to go to my appointment but the surgery itself didn’t hurt at all and it was over pretty quickly. They really took care of me. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain that evening and the following day, but I am feeling perfectly fine which goes to show the skill of the surgeon. Thank you very much!

Positive experience: I am new to Donabate and I needed a dentist that was good with nervous patients. I explained to the dentist (Dr Evans?) that I was very anxious during a dental examination but he was so calming and attentive and explained every step of the examination and scale and polish. He asked me throughout if I was ok and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The only issue during the appointment that made me feel uncomfortable was when another dental nurse entered the room twice to have a casual chat with the dental nurse working with the dentist. I've never experienced this before and found it very distracting and unnecessary during the checkup.

Fantastic experience: I living in Ireland for 20 years and couldn't find good dentist so was keep moving from one clinic to another. I found this clinic an year ago and now this in my permanent dentist practice. Excellent services, good communications, friendly to customers and reasonable prices. I did lots of teeth work done in this clinic. Dr. Lyndsey is brilliant and provide excellent service. Also want to say big Thank you to Dr. Frank who did bridge for me. I'm very nervous to get injections and panic all the time. I went to Dr. Frank twice and both times I didn't noticed that injections was done already. Also he gives you so much attention and explaining every his step to make sure that you feel comfortable and at the same time everything done correctly. I have my bridge for around month now and since day it was fitted I feel as it's my original tooth. It's seat perfectly and the color is the same as my rest teeth so you can't say which one was done. Fantastic experience: I visited swords dental today and I am perfectly happy with my experience. I had not seen a dentist in 7 years but dentist Jamie O Doherty and the nurse who accompanied him were both very kind and compassionate and I quickly felt at ease. The clinic itself was sparkling clean. All covid/ppe regulations were followed properly. Reception staff were very welcoming. Defintely my most pleasant dentistry experience I've had and I now feel more inclined to visit regularly again. And I am delighted with how clean my teeth feel. I am most impressed with the positivity and warmth of all of the staff. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Vivian has been my dentist for many years. I can’t speak highly enough of him or recommend him highly enough. He is a superb dentist and I’d trust him with my life. He welcoming, empathic and always goes the extra mile. I relocated to Galway 10 years ago ...... but I continue to visit Swords Village Dental and Vivian ...... and that won’t be changing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Frank Ormsby is my dentist in Swords Dentel. I cannot recommend him enough. I would be a nervous patient but he is always patient and kind with me and sets me at ease. He is very thorough and skilled at his work. I have met many dentists that have no manner and are all about charging up as much work as possible. Dr frank focuses on what needs to be done and gets the job done to the highest quality.

Fantastic experience: After multiple bad experiences with different dentists I tried to avoid them at all cost. It had been five years since my last dental appointment and when I could no longer ignore the damage to my teeth I made an appointment with swords dental. I was booked in with Dr. Jamie and his assistant Katie and they were AMAZING. Kind, caring and compassionate they put all my fears and nerves at ease. The staff are amazing here and are so nice and are always so helpful, they make sure that your okay and comfortable the minute you walk in the door. Pamela at reception is very good, I was quite stressed and anxious about my appointment and she put me at ease. In relation to COVID, they are very on top of things and their precautions are excellent.

He did not tell me I needed unnecessary treatments and was very professional. His assistant was also very helpful and made it a pleasant experience for something which I was dreading.

Negative experience: I took an appointment and went to this clinic until my doctor pulled my teeth and started examining my teeth and he was pressing hard and I was crying in pain. He said he could not withdraw the molar because he was difficult and did not know how to do that. Ten minutes later, another dentist came, looked like an expert, was old, but also said: This is hard. I can not do that. Could there be a dentist who doesn't know how to pull my tooth? I got out of the doctor's room and the secretary went and told me 60 euros. Xi didn't do the doctor until I gave him 60 euros, the opposite when he examined the molar pain. I came to the clinic until I took my age and I was not taken out for taking the money

Fantastic experience: i can not recommend the wonderful ladies here highly enough. I have terrible panicked attacks and fears of dentists and needles. after walking with pain for 3 months I went over and had to get a tooth pulled. it was not easy for me or the ladies. Lyndsey was and is so very patient and so kind. stuck with me and I went back for 2 over and hour long appointments with the gas sedation. 5 fillings on both sides!!! full clean and whitening. with the gas both appointments 2 weeks ago and just now it made such a difference. I was laughing!! no panick, no stress, no tension, no tears, no nightmares. it was very relaxed, didnt feel a bother on me and was feeling good before, during and after! after care after each appointment is brilliant. they really care at swords dental and I did not feel ashamed about the state of my teeth and the amount of work needed. il be back in 2 weeks for just a check up to make sure I'm all happy with all the work done still! you are in good hands with Lyndsey and the other ladies! PS. I have many more good things to say but you will get bored reading! could not have found a better dentist
