Fantastic experience: Went as a family to Dr Shawn Shelley in Fiacla and cannot recommend highly enough. The waiting area is spacious, calm and clean, very welcoming receptionist and all details taken on an iPad which felt very quick and easy. The appointments ran on time, Dr Shelley was very kind, patient and helpful, especially with our kids on their first visit. It’s a very bright, airy space, doesn’t feel clinical at all and was absolutely spotless. Highly recommend for both adults and children!

Fantastic experience: This is an update on a previous review - I first reviewed Dr Shawn Shelley and Fiacla Dental back in 2022, when it was a new practice in the area. At that time I gave it a 5/5 rating and was really impressed with Shawn and the Fiacla Dental Clinic. It's now 3 years later and in those 3 years I've been back to Shawn and to his Dental Hygienist, Sarah, for all my dental appointments. After all those visits, I'm even more convinced now that the people in Fiacla Dental Clinic's catchment area are extremely fortunate to have what I feel is the top dentist and dental practise in Dublin. A special word also to Niamh, who gave me great support and advice when I had a dental emergency while abroad. Tom Hanley.

Fantastic experience: Fiachla Dental is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the moment you step into the Clinic you feel at ease - having designated parking spots out front, and a wonderfully calm and beautifully appointed waiting room. In my visits to the Clinic I have found the staff are attentitive, friendly and efficient. Dr Shawn is informative, thorough and has a very clear and calm manner. I feel that if I had been attending a Dental Clinic like this previously over the years, then I wouldn't have been as nervous about dental work. They are second to none, and I am delighted that I have moved to this practice, and my husband will be doing the same!

Everyone in Fiacla Dental was amazing to deal with, and put me at ease straight, so much so that I have been there now for three fillings. Fantastic experience: After plenty of research I decided to go with Dr. Shawn and the team At Fiacla For my Invisalign treatment, from initial consultation I knew I had made the right decision. 6 months later and I have better results than I could’ve expected. After my last Invisalign visit I decided to get some composite bonding, Dr. Shawn is an expert at this and the results where very natural. You’ll find True professionalism and the most customer friendly team you could hope for. I would go out of my way to recommend Fiacla and have done to my family and friends who have also visited and had the same experience as myself.

Fantastic experience: I've visited Dr Shawn at Fiacla Dental a few times now and every experience is more positive than the last! I honestly could not recommend this place more highly or say enough positive things about this clinic! There is a warm, calm, friendly and welcoming environment from the minute you walk through the door. The place is spotlessly clean with a very relaxing vibe. I've never been one to be overly nervous of the dentist but from the second I walked in, Conor the dental nurse put me completely at ease with his bubbly and warm demeanour. My visits with Dr Shawn and most recently with Heloisa alongside him for an extraction an,d during the week, a scale and polish have been extremely positive. Everything is explained clearly without overwhelming information. Clearly these are highly skilled professionals who put all nerves to rest from the moment you arrive. I'm literally telling everyone who will listen to move to this clinic. Second to none!

Fantastic experience: Ada, 21months had her first visit this morning with Dr Shawn and her dad who was present noticed how calm Dr Shawn was and really liked his demeanour with children. Meanwhile, I was seen, also for the first time, by Dr Cormac and was really pleased with the same feeling of calmness. Dr Cormac was focused, very gentle and provided all the necessary information I needed in a fully understandable manner! I didn't feel pushed for any unnecessary treatment when offered options for next steps. The clinic itself feels very peaceful, all the staff was really friendly, with that constant calmness feel (it's a genuine selling point!!) Everything is modern, from the booking system to the equipment in the treatment room as well as the staff's attitude. Really happy with my experience today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cormac is an incredibly gentle and so understanding, as I was definitely a special case patient. He helped me to get over my fear of Dentist's and made me feel at ease, when I first met him. I got a filling done today and Dr. Cormac did a miracle to what was a very difficult tooth, to do anything with! I must say that Everyone is lovely and welcoming too. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Shawn and Lauren..I had the best care during my last visit. Not only this but they accommodated me and my two kids on the day as my babysitter cancelled on me last minute.Lauren went above and beyond trying to distract my toddler who was giving me a hard time. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant Dental Practice Dr Shelley is so nice I would highly recommend and I'll be returning for future Dental appointments for me and my family. The staff both Conor and Jess are so friendly and welcoming on arrival and departure Niamh who is also part of the team is extremely helpful in any way possible as I had an emergency and she fitted my daughter in after she was about to lose her first tooth. My poor 5 year old was in a heap but Dr Shelley reassured saoirse she'd be losing the tooth and some beside it Saoirse lost the tooth a hour later so the tooth fairy came that night.... Fantastic experience: I booked the tooth check for my boy. My wife took him to the clinic. My wife told me the dentist checked very carefully and gave many advice and patient. Also the environment is new and great and relax.

Before I could even open my mouth she was greeted by name, asked questions about school and made her feel instantly at ease. Staff are so lovely and the practise is beautifully decorated, clean and modern. Given that I personally detest the dentist, to feel at ease there is massive!!

Fantastic experience: Just finished my third visit to the clinic and I'm so impressed with how positive I feel every time I'm leaving. I've always had such a fear of dentists and gone to about 5/6 different ones hoping it would be better but it never was until now. All the staff are super friendly, you're made feel really comfortable from start to finish and you never feel judgement. An assessment is done and a plan put in place that you can feel confident with following. 5 stars doesn't do this dentist justice!⭐

Fantastic experience: So glad I discovered this dental practice after moving to Ireland from the states. The office itself is immaculate and very modern looking. Dr Shelley is the GOAT and he has the hands of an angel. His wife and the other staff are absolutely lovely people as well. Fantastic experience: I recently had a route canal with Dr Shawn Shelley. It was the most relaxing trip to the dentist I've ever had. The reception area is beautiful, warm and welcoming . The dental nurse Maria, looked after me so well and continously checked in with me, to see if I was OK throughout the procedure. Shawn was calm, gentle and patient while he worked on me, he was really accommodating and had no issue with me wearing earphones throughout the whole procedure which helped me feel at ease immediately. I like many other people have a huge fear of the dentist from previous experiences. Therefore had neglected to go for checkups for years. Shawn reassured me about my oral health and made a clear and easy care plan for the months ahead. Niamh was very kind and accommodating recently when I spoke with her, and was so helpful and reassuring when I had to reschedule an appointment recently due to illness. I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Fiacla dental for helping me to overcome my fear of the dentist, and for creating such a wonderful clinic. I look forward to my next visit already

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this Dental practice more highly. From the state of the art, modern clinic, to all the staff. I had a cracked tooth that had caused pain for a while but went undiagnosed for a couple of years. Dr Shelley diagnosed the problem straight away and tried his best to save the tooth before going ahead with an extraction. He has such a calm, caring manor and would put the most nervous patient at ease. Both my children & husband also attended and were equally impressed. Dr Shelley has a lovely way with children. If you’re looking for a new Dentist, I doubt you’ll find another as good! Thank you Dr Shelley :)

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately i am a one of the many who had a dread of going to the dentist, so I put it off till I could no longer suffer anymore. From the moment I walked in the Door I felt at ease, scared as hell, but the staff understood my fears and were kind and empathetic. From the initial consultation in”state of the art” facilities , where everything way explained clearly to the delivery of the service I found the team extremely professional,, competent, pleasant and friendly Dr Shawn Shelley has a calm manor that immediately put my kid at ease. Fantastic experience: This dental practice is a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. Everything is clean and modern and all the staff are so friendly. Shawn was so professional and made me feel at ease. Every dentist I had been to before gave me lengthy lectures with lots of scaremongering. Shawn's assessment was so realistic and left me feeling confident and happy with how I was looking after my teeth. It's clear they have also made a huge investment in state of the art machinery because procedures that used to hurt me didn't at all!! I then brought my 2 year old for her first check up. As a highly sensitive child, this was a big step. Shawn shared that he had young children too and allowed the appointment to go at a pace that helped my little girl feel calm. She's excited to go back now! Delighted this dental practice is in my area and can't speak highly enough of all the staff!

Found this lot online by mistake and I have to tell ya, from my first visit which I was kind of shacking ( my street cred be doomed ) but it was great so I booked in. Came to get wisdom tooth out (shaking again) made to feel so comfortable, didn’t feel a thing. Amazing dentist and front of house staff. I even booked in for a second.
