Fantastic experience: Dr. Moid Fotuhi and nurse Shivangi, did the most amazing work with my 27 year old Autistic brother who has had a big fear with the dentist for most of his life. The understanding and gentle nature that they showed really helped my brother get through his treatment. The fact he is willing to back for another treatment is beyond words. Couldn't have asked for a better Dentist and Nurse.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is lovely, open & bright & very mobility accessible (lift at the main door). The greeting is warm & welcoming & we were made to feel at such ease. Unfortunately after her examination Sal advised my mother (who is elderly) her treatment could not be done that day & would need to reschedule. The empathy & compassion shown to her was off the radar & everything was clearly & simply explained. We were not made feel a hindrance or rush to get us out the door. Sal was extremely kind & took time to ensure we fully understood & were happy leaving. Grange Dental is a wonderful dental practice with super professional but very friendly staff. Five out five ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Moid and Nurse Rebecca today with my son who is 14. Rebecca is very welcoming and friendly which is lovely in dental environments. Dr Moid is very patient, understanding and as it was also an appointment for myself I felt he really accepted am a nervous patient and was extremely kind and made me feel positive and relaxed. I will definitely make a follow up appointment for my next procedure. All in all a good experience

Negative experience: Don't recommend this dentist at all. I went here to get composite bonding done a year ago and I have already been back twice and I will need to go yet again to get them fixed as they chip very easily and don't last. Not happy with my experience as I spent a lot of money on it.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 10 year old to the children's open day last Friday. She seen the lovely dentist Dr Salwa Ameen who is excellent with children. She did a full examination on my daughter's teeth and gave her a goody bag which she was delighted with. Would highly recommend this practice

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service!! Went in looking for an appointment to tighten temporary dentures that I had done out of the country. Got an appointment for 4hrs later. Came back at the time specified, was waiting for 20 mins just sitting there waiting, finally got into see a dentist. He spent 4 mins looking at my mouth, said he doesn't know what type of dentures I have in my mouth & nothing he can do, have a good day. Went back outside to the front desk & was told there's a consultation fee of 65€, I said he didn't do anything I was inside for only 4 mins !!! Was so mad, I just paid it.. But perhaps this is why people go away to get work done, because it seems Irish dentists don't care about the health of their patients, they just want to take their money!!!!!! So if you're not sure if the dentist can do anything for you, STAY AWAY from here Because they will just charge you & send you on your way after they've taken your money...

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. They never answer the phones or actually listen to the patients, I asked repeatedly about the same tooth to be told it's not a big issue but less than a month later it's an emergency root canal. Save your time and money and go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: From my first call to book my appointment as a nervous patient. A lovely pleasant professional voice. Immediately made me feel relaxed. The girls at reception very warming approach. As for the Dentist Dr Ian Lee immediately a warming greeting and noticed I wasn't relaxed but didn't take long before i was calm. Feeling confident leaving and making my second appointment. So yes , if you looking for new Dentis recommend a MUST BE GRANGE DENTAL CLINIC.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude receptionist. Before even making the appointment I was told no medical cards are accepted, which was probably assumed because of my accent. Then I was told to pay 50 euros deposit or no appointment .Just to let you know there's plenty of dental clinics around. Thanks for the reply As you advised I emailed all my details to patient care team and they replied thanking me for the email and ask how they can help me, I mean they know nothing. Negative experience: I have visited the dentist twice. First time the dentist had to reschedule because of an emergency. The second time a different dentist was running 30 minutes behind and didn’t even bother to call so I had to wait around. I make time during the day and organize childcare, take time off work etc to come to the dentist, I don’t have all the time in the world to wait around and keep changing appointments and the fact that they don’t value or respect my time is a turn-off. There is no apology or recognition. Pretty bad customer service, will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I visited grange dental surgery this morning , on arriving teresa the receptionst was very welcoming. Dr Brian made me feel very at ease about being there very chatty and very good at what he does I had an extraction, all done in a matter of minutes and completely pain free couldnt be happier,he will definately be my dentist going forward would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Dreadful customer service here. Used to attend this dentist before covid & from what I'm hearing its only gotten worse. Plenty of better surgerys in the area. Just to reply to the comment below... Yes as I said, I left my review as my friends mum & a staff member recently had bad experiences also, so I felt people should be warned before attending your clinic. Seems to me like the reception/front of house need more training in customer service, and to remember your dealing with people not just getting money from them. This is why I left my review so recently and with the reply ive received it just shows the rudeness towards clients. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Stipe Ivanda and he was amazing, I was so nervous attending and he made me feel at ease straight away. Compared to other dentists I have attended this was by far the best experience. Also Maria and Amy from the moment I attended. They were so professional and friendly. I never write reviews but I had to after my experience as I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: No respect for patients bottom line, but pretending they do not know what all the problems are in there shop is very smart. Must be awful to have to be part of that sort of place, let alone have to pay premium rates for treatments, they are no cheaper than any other dentist in Dublin, but they really should be much much cheaper for what they offer. Harsh, but true.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. The dentist are awful and staff are HORRIBLE to deal with. Demand you have treatment asap, when isn’t needed urgently. The staff turn over is incredible just shows the company they are working for. DO NOT BOOK

As part of the examination process the Dentist will explain their findings and suggest treatment, that in their clinical opinion, needs completing to avoid any decline in patients oral health. Dentists have a duty of care to explain their recommended treatment plan, and the risks of failing to proceed with the treatment plan. After providing patients with all the information it is then entirely up to the patient if they choose to go ahead, so I am sorry that you felt under pressure. You are obviously unhappy with your recent experience at the Practice, and we need to address this for you. Negative experience: Few months ago was my first and last visit at the dental clinic and honestly the dentist made me feel so uncomfortable with how much she talked about how damaged my teeth are (she didn’t care to take notice of the fact that I have very delicate teeth like my family members do ) instead on concentrating on doing my filling she would talk about the fillings I have to do and in reality It turned out I had less than she claimed I had and she has failed to notice a very visibly bad tooth right beside the one she was fixing as she has failed to inform me on this particular tooth and how I need to get it done as fast as possible to avoid tooth loss and when I went to a different dentist a few months later she has told me that it was visible that this tooth has been getting extremely bad for the past year and my dentist did attempt to save it but now due to the neglect of the grange dentist I have lost one of my side front tooth that’s visible when I smile and I’ll have to pay bigger money to get it replaced. This could have been avoided if the grange dentist would have informed me about the danger my tooth is in and I could of saved it. Thinking about taking legal actions due to the neglect and due to lack of information she has given me but I know this is pointless. I do not recommend this clinic all they look for is how to get more money out of you.

Negative experience: I was not happy with my experience in this dentist paid 60 euro for a consultation for them to tell me they won't be able to see me for over 3 weeks to do my filling I had told the dentist I was in agony not able to sleep now I'm going to have to pay for another consultation to get my tooth sorted some place else, turns out I needed the tooth pulled out not a filling,I really regret choosing this dentist and definitely won't be returning

Negative experience: I paid 70 eur for a cleaning that lasted 5 minutes, also the doctor was rude telling me the damage on my teeth was irreversible, only to charge me more for treatments I don't need. I frequently go to the dentist so I know my teeth are fine just more swollen gums because I'm pregnant. He wasn't sensitive at all. I could ask for a refund but I know they will not give me back my money. I will not recommend this place!

Negative experience: Completely let down by this dental practice , i looked all over for a local dentist to look after my daughters braces finally deciding on smart dental , we had Herman looking after her he applied her braces did two tightenings then he left we are mths now waiting for an appointment to get her back in for tightening only to be cancelled 4 times as they have no one to cover Herman today again they have last min cancelled us again they are ment to be looking after Ellarose today for a clicking jaw I’ve a note from the doctor to get them to check her jaw as her braces could be causing this and they cancelled us again leaving her in pain and with braces on that are well over due tightening I’ve to now hopefully find another orthodontist that will take over their “work” I’m absolutely raging 4.5k was my over all bill to be treated like this is shocking

Negative experience: FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO RATING + Staff are consistently polite & friendly. + Dr Fahad Khan is the most approachable dentist I've ever known, and my teeth have come a long way in the ~ 2 years he has been my dentist. - The company's policy is to call you on every number they have on file for you to ask if you will attend your next appointment, even if 1) you have been going there for years and never missed a single appointment, and, 2) it was booked less than a week ago. Naturally, this is all during work hours, so you're expected to just be able to take a personal call at any time while at work. - Due to the above policy, there have been multiple occasions on which I have called to confirm I will attend an appointment at times they were unable to speak on the phone. Each and every time, they offer to call me back in 10-20 minutes. This has never happened, not once. - I was once told by staff at reception "not to worry" about €5 when they did not have adequate change (I even offered to give them a €20 note and have the €15 credit applied against my next visit). Months later I was the recipient of a letter informing me they had contacted debt collectors regarding the matter & claiming I had not responded to previous letters (that I had not received). Over €5. Which they had declined to accept. ---- SUMMARY You'll never speak to an unpleasant person working here, but the company's policies make no effort to minimise the inconvenience caused to paying customers, which does make me periodically wonder whether I really want to keep coming here. They really need make some changes, as I doubt I'm the only one that won't put up with this carry on forever. I could understand phone calls for, say, my first five visits. Or perhaps for a year after failing to show up for one. Or in cases where the appointment was booked significantly into the future (e.g. 2+ months). The fact that it is a blanket policy that takes nothing into account really is unreasonable.

Negative experience: Terrible organisation and customer service. Had an appointment in February and was sent for a scan. Covid disrupted my visit to find the results of the scan. Made numerous attempts to make an appointment when restrictions allowed and after 2 promised call backs that never happened, an appointment was made. Having explained the situation on the phone when I turned up for the appointment they had no scan and had actually set up an appointment for a clean. I was informed it was up to me to follow up on the scan to insure they received it. Having confirmed the scan was sent to them I rang to make sure they had received the scan and make a new appointment and was told they would call me back to confirm. I’m still waiting on that call back. Do not waste your time on this amateur outfit. I like to support local businesses but will be travelling elsewhere in future for my dental needs. One star is way more than they deserve....stay away

Negative experience: These guys don’t even deserve one star. Worst experience going to these guys. Booked me in for the wrong appointment and still forced me to pay 50 quid for a consultation, didn’t care about my pain or condition and did nothing to help me. One of the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional and if I’m not mistaking a little racist. I had such horrible experience with these guys I was embarrassed at the lack of care and professionalism. They turned me away without any form of treatment not even a note to take to the next doctor. The owners of these business should really be ashamed of themselves for exploiting me in the way they did and not being apologetic about it. They didn’t even find a way to compensate me by booking me in for another appointment, such a shame and joke at the same time! Do yourself a favor and don’t go here please.
