Positive experience: Lovely place and staff are amazing ..couldn't give 5 stars because of waiting times to be seen going way over your scheduled appointment time...happened myself each appointment I had been to...other than that they were all absolutely lovely hightly recommend

Negative experience: Had a filling here about 4 weeks , the hole was tiny , went in got my filling and that was all fine had a bit of sensitivity in the tooth after but gave it the benefit of the doubt after a month still the same very sensitive and became a bit more painful. Called the dentist back and the receptionist told me over the phone the hole was close to the nerve and I need a root canal which I was never told or informed and I don’t no as to why there was a filling put in if this was the case & now my tooth has never been the same since leaving this dentist wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about Clondalkin Dental clinic. From the moment you walk in everything is just perfect. Receptionist are very welcoming and friendly with constant smile on their faces. Service is beyond the expectations and worth every euro and I found clinic cheaper compared to other clinics. I am very nervous when it comes to dentist visits. But thanks to doctor Shane and his team I feel more comfortable. Doctor Shane has very gentle and patient approach. I was so impressed after my first visit that I brought my 5 years old daughter to attend her first dentist visit and she was so proud and happy. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: I went there to make a new denture last year and the dentist asked me "how do I eat" with the denture ? he made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm still wandering was it a lack of knowledge or experience, or simply no manners.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and some dentists in the past have done work that wasn’t to the standards that you get in Clondalkin dental. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, and from the moment I entered the clinic, the staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and kindness. Despite being in considerable pain, I was able to secure an appointment on the same day, and the procedure was conducted promptly. Both the surgeon and nurse were not only skilled but also incredibly approachable and compassionate, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. However, after the extraction, I developed a dry socket, leading to additional discomfort. Yet, the team at Clondalkin Dental promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day, providing further treatment that alleviated my pain. Throughout this process, I felt safe, secure, and well-cared-for. I must commend the entire staff, from the lady at the reception to the nurses, dentists, and surgeons. Their friendliness and professionalism created a positive atmosphere, making my visit to Clondalkin Dental a genuinely pleasant one. Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend! Had the best time at the dentist (who says that, right?). But seriously, from the super-friendly receptionist to the teeth magician himself, Dr. Shane, it was a perfect ten out of ten. He fixed me up with a filling like a champ and managed to keep me entertained with great conversation (when I could actually talk, that is!). Already planning to make him my go-to dentist from now on. Feeling like a million bucks, thanks to these guys!

Fantastic experience: Following the breaking of 4 of my front teeth on Friday evening, the clinic was extremely helpful in offering me an emergency appointment with Nerijus where he took X-rays of my damaged teeth. Unfortunately there was not much to see due to the bruising and swelling but I have another appointment in two weeks for a review to see how best we can proceed. In the meantime Nerijus was able to put some composite bonding on my broken teeth and you could hardly tell they were so bad before unless you knew what they looked like. A massive thank you to Nerijus and the team. I will be forever grateful for their help

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist recently and went with Clondalkin Dental based on the Google reviews. I am really happy that I made that decision, Dr. Nerijus and all the staff I have interacted with are so friendly and extremely professional. I still have my tooth and I'm not in discomfort anymore so they are getting 5/5 for that alone! If you are in the area and looking for a good dentist I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't speak more highly of this dentist. I was nervous about getting an extraction after having a previous bad experience but Dr Tudor was absolutely brilliant. He stopped anytime it got too much when i needed a break which no dentist has done before & i've had no pain since. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr Shane is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, after visiting Dr Shane, I feel there is a specific game plan in place to improve my dental health.

Negative experience: Very bad service was left waiting a half hour first off then when I eventually got seen I told him I thought I had a hole in my tooth which was causing me pain he ignored what I said and barely checked my mouth only one side an told me my teeth are fine and gave me a prescription for my gums was not offered an x ray this was 3 weeks ago I have been continually in pain since visit if not worse very unhappy with this service as was in no way thorough

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia about dentists due to previous traumatic episodes, so I’m not inclined to visit unless I’m in agony! But I’ve had 2 recent in Clondalkin Dental, and my opinion of dentists has been changed. The work completed was very satisfactory, the premises is very modern, bright and spotless. The management team was also very welcoming. I have no reservations in recommending this extremely professional dental clinic and exceptionally kind dentist Sergio Kozachenko.

Negative experience: I had bad care at this clinic, they didn't even cover the tooth that they were going to cure, they left it open and they didn't finish the job and with pain and I paid 150 euros for the care, I had to go to another dentist to finish the job that wasn't they did at this clinic. Very disappointed, maybe because I am a foreigner.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place if you want to be looked after!Dr Mariam is amazing in doing her job,she will give you advice what is the best option for you or your child(she is amazing with the kids!) we went with my 7 yo and been looked after so well,so much patience and great vibes in this clinic.Came back to the clinic myself and also was 100% satisfied.Would highly recommend this clinic if you want good quality treatment.

Negative experience: My first appointment for a wisdom tooth removal was brilliant. However with the second appointment I had a totally different experience... Made the appointment, in a meantime toothache appeared... I wasn't worried to much as I knew dentist will see me very soon and help me. I arrived to the surgery and I've been told I'll need a root canal (that's fine I am thinking) and then I've been told "but you better off doing it in your country cause its cheaper" ‍♀️ Then I've been told she can't do that root canal here bacuse of position of my roots.. but she can open the tooth and have a look, however in her opinion it's a root canal for sure. I've said OK let's do it as I'm in pain and then I hear... I can't cause I have another patient in 5 minutes.... Made the complaint at the reception I've been told they'll call me the next day. Its been 3 days already and I haven't hear back. I also called the next day few times but nobody answered. I am very disappointed.

Negative experience: Kindly check the prices each time before you get anything done here .My wife was given a treatment plan and when she went to get it done they charged more than the double amount and did not say about the change in charges until after the Xray was done.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to get some work done with a new dentist but Eithne was amazing. She put me at ease immediately, she was down to earth and was probably the best dentist I have ever come across. I was also seen by Shane who was equally as good. Fantastic experience: I have never been one to like going to the dentist, I’ve just never had good experiences with them. But with Shane, Pauline and all the staff at Clondalkin Dental they absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. They were very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly how my dental plan should be dealt with. They were very friendly and very efficient at everything they did. I’d give 6 stars if I could. If you have teeth that need fixing or even if you're looking for advice you need to go here. I'd book in with them twice a day for them to brush my teeth if I could! It's a great practice for anyone who has any fear of going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Clondalkin dental for the last two years and I cannot fault them. They have been so professional and are perfectionists at their work. There has been a few occasions where I was late for my appointment and the staff were very understanding and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to a dentist in years, I’ve had so many bad experiences, but can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was terrified, and they looked after me so well, I needed a wisdom extraction and it was done within ten minutes - I didn’t even know the tooth was out! All of the staff I dealt with were fantastic, they knew I was scared and they did what they could to keep me calm :)

Fantastic experience: Just had to post to say a huge Thankyou to everyone at Clondalkin Dental with a special Thankyou for Sara - Louise Rainey and the lovely lady who greeted me at Reception. I am a very nervous patient and was really anxious about my appointment. I worried needlessly as I was really looked after by everyone I saw. Totally restored my confidence and I really cant recommend enough. The actual practice is beautiful, but as I found out with other Dentists that is only a small part of a your experience. Its the people that count and I couldn't been put more at ease. Thankyou all again xx

Negative experience: ASKED TO LEAVE DENTAL SURGERY FOR ASKING HOW LONG IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TO BE SEEN AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES WITH NO GUARANTEE TO BE SEEN!!! Today 07.02.2018 after waiting 25 minutes concerned about getting back to work on time, having taking time off in the morning. I enquired POLITELY to the receptionist/manager how long it would take before I could be seen. Having been informed by the receptionist/manager that Dentist Shane Duffy had started a complicated procedure and she couldn't guarantee when he would finish. I asked POLITELY why then book an appointment on the hour and have a patient/customer wait for an unacceptable period of time? I was told that sometimes these things happen. I also accept that dental appointments are not always accurate. But also know that 25minutes is not an excetable wait with no forseeable time to be seen. She asked me did I want to see another dentist in the evening? I told her POLITELY I had booked this time off and wanted to see the Dentist Shane Duffy. The reason intook time off work, as this time as it suited me. I was then told that maybe this dental surgery probably wouldn't suit me! And reminded by the receptionist/manager that she ran a successful practice and didn't need to be coached by 'the likes of myself" on how to run a practice. I asked her why she would be offended by a paying customer asking her POLITELY how long it was going to take considering I HAD WAITED 25 MINUTES AND SHE COULDN'T GUARANTEE WHEN THE DENTIST WOULD FINISH. She asked me to leave the surgery holding the door open.... It is also fare to say that my wife and I have attended this dentist's before and have been treated with respect by the then receptionist (obviously wasn't the successful manager) and Dentist Shane Duffy, the reason I came back today. I'm sure that the successful receptionist/manager isn't a reflection of the rest of the people that work there e.g. dental surgeons, technicians assistants but haven been asked to leave a dental surgery (comical if I hadn't had a toothache) by a person who frontlines for her successful practice is just not acceptable at any level of business....
