Negative experience: To people who care about only using caring professionals. Do not use this dentist i had been attending this dentist for a few years and was told my teeth where fine. I attended the dentist in July for my yearly check up and seen dr hayder mandalawi and to my shock I was told i needed 8 fillings which didn't sound correct so I attended another well-known dentist for a second opinion got xrays and full head scan after which I was told I was all good no fillings needed . So if anyone is going to attend here don't. Absolutely disgusting carry on. We should be able to give no stars on review. Furthermore why has this practice got so many different pages .
Fantastic experience: I attended yesterday for an ultrasound..I was greeted by a friendly courteous nurse and brought to have the ultrasound done ...the young man who attended to me was extremely efficient..well mannered...curtious friendly and had a great sense of my humour and his own... an enjoyable experience in the end.... after nearly 8 months found out recently the visuals where not sent to the gp or hospital...disappointed...ended having the whole lot done again unfortunately to my discomfort...
Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience trying to get an ultrasound. Had to wait over a month for an appointment and they called me a week beforehand to try and move the day and if i didn't accept would have to wait an additional month for another slot. Got on to another place and was seen in 24 hours. Not the experience you want if you're worried about something. Avoid!!
Negative experience: Practice has completely gone down the drain. I called in to book and was told I was taken off the patient list. I was denied an appointment from my gp of 6 years despite having appointment slots available.
Negative experience: What a shambles of what used to be such a fantastic practice. After a mix up with my sons UNDER 8 GP card (that was not my fault and i was completely unaware of) I was informed that they would not take back on my son until a balance of €65 was paid due to him been at the doctors a few weeks previous as he was apparently "a private patient". Health care for children under 8 in Ireland is FREE and I have been told that I must pay the money before he can become a patient again, even tho my child has been with this practice since he was born. It is such a shame because there is 3 girls on reception (Jessica, Caitlaine and Emily) who go above and beyond for the patients but there is other older receptionist who do not know how to speak to patients and it is a shame because it takes away from the girls who are doing an amazing job. Very disappointing and will be actively looking to join a new practice ASAP
Positive experience: GP and staff are great but have to say the fact that you need to wait at least 3 days before having an appointment is just unbelievable. Clearly the health system in Ireland does not work, they should have more GP which will help and we should have less doctors offices closing in Ireland, people deserve to have access to a proper health service.
Negative experience: You can ring the door but no one cares about opening. Very poor service.
Negative experience: This has to be the worst ran doctors practice. Nobody answers phones and staff seem to have a bee in their bonnet everytime you talk to someone. The knock off the phones early also.Call up for an appointment and told theres a two week wait. Ended up in glasnevin graveyard. But in all honesty what is the point of having these new big Gp practices in the areas when the quality of health service is non existent. In the process of changing GP over this.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for this place. Dr. Marta Garofano I just have to say is just incredible. Every consultation she has made me feel so comfortable, so at ease, and is pure genuine. I don't like the doctors, don’t like visiting I try to avoid it at all costs. Here, I don’t feel rushed out, or a burden, now - I feel attending the doctors isn’t actually so bad. This is all down to Marta. I know lots of people give out about the system, and the doctors (and all the negatives of course) but I feel if there is some good this should also be mentioned. So therefore, I felt I wanted to give some feedback that there is actually just great doctors out there (like Marta Garofano) that definitely deserves a mention. Reception staff are all great, it can be hard to get an appointment but if it’s an emergency they do try their best
Positive experience: Horrible experience talking to the *doctor practise department* over the phone(number on Google). I was asking for progress of my ultrasound appointment.( the number on Google is wrong and I didn’t know that) one staff gave me another phone number to call which is for heating assistance. I called back again, the staff hang up before I even finish talking. I don’t know about the service in medical department . But the general practice department need better staff. Sorry to say this.

Negative experience: The practice would be great if it were possible to contact them. Honestly it is next to impossible to reach them. The phone plays the recording twice and then drops the call. You need to physically go to make appointment which is really inconvenient with sick children (whom I’m trying to make the appointments for). I’ve had same issue every time I’ve tried to ring since last November, ive called from my own and several family members phones in case it was issue my end, but it’s always the same. I’ve informed the reception staff in person and they both appeared surprised but acknowledged that phone lines are very quiet (presumably because nobody can get through!) and I even suggested they try to ring the phone themselves from their mobile. Tried emailing for appointment and nobody gets back to me. Very disheartening. The GPS and staff are all great and very helpful but trying to get appointment is beyond ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I honestly have never had a bad experience here. The women on reception are always very friendly and the nursing staff and doctors. It is a very busy practice and I have been going to for years.

Negative experience: Unable to get an appointment and constantly told to ring d doc. If you still need to see a doctor when your appointment comes around it is always a different doctor. I was sick for a day recently and was told I needed to see a doctor to get a medical cert, I was no longer sick and didn't need to see a doctor, it was a stomach bug. Paying 60 to see a doctor for a note when genuinely sick patients can not get appointments! Centric are only interested in money and not patient care in my opinion.
Negative experience: I've been in the waiting room for 45 minutes now over the scheduled appointment and I'm not even the first in line. They charged me before so I can't leave. Last time I'm ever coming here.
Fantastic experience: As everyone knows times are hard and it seems harder to escape colds and flu...However the team at Navan Road Medical keep smiling and go above and beyond to try and accommodate patients...Doctors and staff can get sick too (no surprise)but they do there upmost to keep the practice ticking over...keep up the great work and keep Smiling...Plus all the girls on the reception YOUR ALL LEGENDS...
Negative experience: They have no doctors , appointments are 7+days wait . 9am on Monday advised to either go to hospital or wait till 6pm and try ddoc . That's just not acceptable .

Fantastic experience: Doctor Michael Hayes is such a lovely caring gentle man. He makes you feel at ease and you can talk about anything to him. Michael is going to be really really missed from the clinic. He has been a great doctor and friend to my family for 30 years. Have a great retirement and we wish you all the best in your life. Negative experience: Great doctors. Appalling admin. Only way to get an apt is to go there as phone service doesnt exist What if i was old and living by myself, unable to get there? So hard to believe that a modern practise like this can’t run a basic over the phone appointment service.
Negative experience: If it weren't for Edel who answers the phone's and emails the place would fall down! She is fantastic at her job and a credit to the Practice. I was in the practice not too long ago and the way the "manager" spoke to Edel was disgraceful. You ought to be taking a leaf out of Edel's book!! I will say though Dr Niamh King and Dr Roisin Lyons are fantastic, when you can get an appointment to see them. It could be such an amazing practice if it were ran correctly.

Fantastic experience: The service provided by Centric Health is first class. I have been attending my GP here since opening of centre. My GP is an excellent and thoroughly professional Doctor. He is always courteous and an absolute gentleman. The front of house staff are amiable and very diligent and capable ladies. They are always very obliging and helpful when dealing with them. I would without hesitation recommend this health practice. Keep up the good work.
Fantastic experience: Have to give praise where it’s due, these have been really fantastic looking after my elderly parents Eddie & Julia lambe especially during this hard time of Covid 19. My emails are answered very promptly and they are always willing to assist with any problem. One girl I’d like to give a special thanks to is Edel Doyle . Keep up the great work
Fantastic experience: I find the Staff always go above & beyond to accommodate Patients and are always very welcoming when entering the surgery. Covid 19 precautions and procedures are always adhered to. Considering the times we are in the phone lines do be exceptionally busy when calling, however the girls on the desk explained I could send an email and someone would reply ASAP. True to their word this has always been the case. People need to be aware that when calling for an appoitment & it sounds like the line keeps dialling out, it is more than likely already engaged... Please be more aware of this! Your call is not been ignored ! Staff are a credit to the surgery and doing the best during these very difficult times. I would be lost without the amazing work of the Centric Health Team especially Dr. Herbie Tuite & front desk staff Edel the last few months.
Negative experience: Staff was very welcoming and Excellent Covid-19 precautions and procedures in place. My appointment was on Saturday 10:00am. Place was empty, for procedure was taken on time. Staff have emailed me with wrong preparation instructions for abdominal ultrasound. Tried to contact clinic night before and same morning, but there was no answer. Was very afraid to do anything different because, On the letter says that, if preparation is not fallowed it may result in my appointment being cancelled. Thank God it didn’t. Have said and showed to the doctor about it. Still not too sure how accurate my results where with the wrong preparation. Staff should be more careful in this case, because people waiting for their appointments months and months.
Negative experience: Firstly staff are nice and friendly... once you get into the place. But something needs to be done with the phones. I understand it gets busy but seriously bad when you cant get through to make an appointment. Maybe hire more staff dedicated solely for just phones if it really is that busy..

The fastest way to get in touch is by email - which staff are monitoring and responding to quickly during working hours. Negative experience: Cannot be reached by phone. Rings a few times then cuts you off. I don't think I've ever gotten through to them when I called.

Negative experience: I understand it’s very busy surgery and all staff are under a lot of pressure , however the practice should be able to provide the service it’s there for . If this is a struggle management need to figure this out and possibly employee more staff to manage the situation better . Any one I know that goes here has an issue with service , I don’t blame staff it’s management who need to step up and sort this problem out people are frustrated and feed up , as it seems the staff are from what one of the ex staff members posted below. People do understand your under pressure it’s VERY obvious but why should public suffer because the practice isn’t run properly. Patients needs are not being met.
Fantastic experience: I've been attending for +2years now. Its a busy clinic and sure the phone may not be answered on the first go, however the service is very professional and the front desk staff are always willing to help you out and advise. Apples on front desk is a nice touch.
Fantastic experience: As a former member of the admin team, I'd just like to post a response to some of the reviews on here regards the phones and waiting times. I've experienced first hand the pressure that both the GPs and the admin staff are under trying to facilitate the huge number of patients. There are 3 personnel dedicated to phone lines between 8.30 and 5.30. As soon as we hang up, another call comes immediately through, on all 3 phones. ALL day..What the caller is not aware of however, is that when the phones are engaged, the caller does not hear an engaged tone, as the call bounces around all the phones in the entire building. Thus a caller is left thinking the phone is being left to ring out. We realise that it can be hard to get through at times so voicemails are always listened to and responded to. As are emails. We take fack for not having enough appointments and receive an equal amount of flack for being unable to take new patients Its a lose lose. I would really like to challenge any of these reviewers to do a day manning the phones in Centric. The individual GPs receive up to 50 messages a day each from patients with various requests that have to be dealt with on top of the usual apps, prescriptions, letters, consulting with hospitals etc . People really have no idea of the pressure on both GPs and admin staff alike. Or the abuse that they regularly take. And I for one would like to commend them all on the marvellous job they do.
Negative experience: No one answers the phone, and they're closed between 1-2 pm. Had to ring several times to finally get to the receptionist, who eventually told me off like a child for things I didn't know. She shouldn't be working at the reception with the attitude like that.

Negative experience: Had a GP visit I explained I want to discuss several different things. Doctor impatient and just concerned about ensuring I don’t go over 10mins for my visit. Didn’t get to cover most of what I wanted and the doctor spent most the time confusing old results of my parents to mine.
Negative experience: Such a bad service. I am moving myself and children away from here. I've two young boys and the last few times I had to take them to the doctor I had to wait for the DDoc to open it go to temple street.
Negative experience: My god the receptionist is horrible. Condescending and unhelpful. You're only answering a phone you're not important. Anyone could do your job.

Fantastic experience: I used the dentist there and found her to be excellent. Lovely staff as well. Really well run and extremely friendly. One of the most professional outfits I have ever used. I have heard the same about the doctors there. I stayed with my own that I have had for years. Physio and health workers there from the HSE so it really is a one stop. Car park is free for the first 30 minutes and is around the back. There is a chemist there as well and a coffee shop if someone has to wait for the patient. All in all it is what it's supposed to be a one stop shop for local health needs

Negative experience: There a joke, caused me nothing but problems and waisted my time on many occasions. Former patient of Dr.Owen Carey and these don't even come close. I don't know how they have got so many good reviews as i know other people who also have nothing but problems with this place. I'll be leaving as soon as they sort out what ive asked them to do at the start of November 2017, it's now January 2018.
