Fantastic experience: I am not someone who has ever relished going to a dentist. Quite the opposite in fact as I'm someone who hides his teeth in photos due to a bash in the mouth I had years ago playing rugby. However after my visit to Pembroke Dental today I find myself actually looking forward to going back for the next treatment. To start, booking an appointment with Inga and her welcome when you arrive are both first class. The clinic itself is really modern, really clean and has a nice friendly vibe. Dr Martha and the Hygienist Edi were both exceptional in their approach. I haven't been to the dentist for a while and both took their time to clearly explain everything they were doing, and with the advice they gave me and to answer my questions. I'll be back in a month for a filling and advice on how I can get the smile I would like - and I cant wait. Fantastic experience: I've been going to PDC for years now and the last treatment I've recently done is SureSmile Aligner. I'm very happy with the results I obtained and finally I like my teeth. SureSmile is effective and affordable compared to Invisalign. It's super comfortable and I never realized I had them in. I really recommend it if you wish to straighten your teeth.

Negative experience: What a joke… They were late, didn’t apologize, and the hygienist that I had an appointment with was not even there. While I received 3 emails and 1 call to confirm that I would show up at the day and time agreed, they don’t even think it would be decent to inform me of that « slight » change. No excuse, just offered to re-book. A complete waste of my time Will never go again, while I was a regular patient there

Fantastic experience: I chose Pembroke Dental for my orthodontics. I went for SureSmile (cheaper than invisalign), and I am very happy with the results. I went for revisions every 8 weeks, and I ended with Edge Bonding treatment for my front teeth (I had a chip and wear due to grinding). Dr. Keenan was very supportive, providing and explaining all options I had available and advising what he thought it was the best, but also giving me the opportunity to choose whatever I wanted to do. The rest of the team is very nice, the communication is very easy. I can't believe my treatment was only 9 months, my teeth look beautiful! My experience is very positive.

My husband needed to be seen to on the day due for a dental issue and I was struggling to find anywhere that would see him before the following week or even February! They took our call regardless of the fact that we weren’t existing clients and gave him an appointment for the same day even though they were clearly back to back with other appointments. Fantastic experience: I’ve never written a review for a dental practice but I’m so happy I’ve found such a caring team that I feel compelled to do so. If I could give 1000 stars, I would! I am an extremely anxious patient and after having received treatment from Dr Keaney and the team, I am delighted with the outcome. You couldn’t ask for a more supportive, friendly, patient and attentive team. You can trust them 100% to take care of you and support your needs in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, to the point I developed a small trauma. I'd rather sit through a tooth pain, than see a dentist. The situation got worse when I got another infection (causing a swelling) and the dentist (Chloe) strongly encouraged me to take it out. After I agreed to it, I couldn't sleep the night before. :) Rory -- who's been in charge of the extraction provided the most flawless surgery and cured me of my dentist phobia. He talked me through the entire extraction and provided a lot of reassurance during the procedure. I'm actually very excited to go to Pembroke these days (after I've met Chloe, Rory and Edi -- fantastic fellas!) knowing that I can finally address an issue I was terrified to face for over 27 years. :) Can't wait to get my smile fixed! P.S. If you're terrified of dentists as I was, Pembroke is the place to be. Make sure you let them know in advance, listen to all the medics instructions and you'll be cured in no time. Just imagine enjoying going to a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I've just finished my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Keenan at Pembroke Dental, and I'm thrilled with the results. The entire process took around 9 months to complete. Each part of my treatment plan was thoroughly explained, and I felt extremely confident in Dr. Keenan's advice and skill. A naturally straight, healthy looking smile is what Dr. Keenan strives for - so you'll never be advised to go for anything beyond what is necessary to achieve that goal. If you're an adult who's coming late to the orthodontic game in life - I couldn't recommend this practice enough. All staff were courteous, extremely prompt in replies and happy to reschedule appointments when needed. The work carried out by hygienist, Deirdre Fiorini was equally exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I've moved a lot and finding a new dentist in a new town is always daunting. I believe that Dr. Keenan has been exceptionally professional, upfront, and reasonable about what dental work I have needed. At Pembroke, I have not experienced uncomfortable sales pitches or pressure for unnecessary cosmetic treatments. I've developed a mild fear of Novocain injections after several very painful experiences. Dr. Keenan did an exceptional job and it did not hurt at all! I have a lot of tooth and gum sensitivity, so cleanings have sometimes been painful in the past. But Lorraine is an exceptionally patient, kind, and talented hygienist. Helena is very friendly and helpful, and email communication for scheduling is always very quick and professional. I feel very lucky to have found such a great dental practice!
