Fantastic experience: What can I say about Happy Dental. From the start of my treatment to the very end, I received excellent service from Dr Samantha Michael, she is such a lovely person, so pleasant and so professional, that my treatment was a breeze. I've had work done in Budapest with another dental service, but Happy Dental was a much better experience, thanks to the lovely staff, Stephen, Katie and Samatha's assistant. All in all i would recommend this practice 110 %

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team. I had so much work done with them. From simple filling, cleaning, to old implant removal, bone augmentation, new implants placements. Temporary dentures was made for me, that even Cork dentist complimented how well made and fitted they are. I have nothing, but great THANK YOU to say. I traveled from Cork regularly for all this treatments, but was all wort the drive. Very professional and friendly, always on time and flexible.

Negative experience: Texted me 24 hours before that PRSI system down and charge for scale and polish! Tell patients at time of appointment, not so close that hard to get another dentist. Rude reception when I rang to cancel also, won’t be attending this clinic again

Positive experience: Good service & a friendly clinic overall. The last dentist I saw had very poor English so it was difficult to communicate. And there was too much pushing for extra services... But the dentist did a very good job at cleaning my teeth. I don't know why their scale & polish is always a bit painful as I never had this issue in other clinics & countries. Definitely recommend but advise anyone to just keep pushing for a painless experience. Sometimes I feel there is not enough concern about patient's comfort.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Happy Dental for the past two years and in that time i have had, six implants, a tooth extraction and four fillings. While no visit to the dentist is a pleasure i have to say that i am really impressed with the service provided, particularly the dental implant treatment. Doctor O Connor and her assistant were very supportive, professional and informative all through the procedures. All the staff that treated me were very professional and supportive and i would highly recommend Happy Dental as a place to go for any dental treatment. Finally i would like to say that the implant treatment i got was done at a very competitive price.

Positive experience: At the beginning of the year, I had the opportunity to visit the Happy Dental practice, and I'd like to share my honest and balanced experience. While there were some positive aspects to highlight, there were also some concerns that I believe need attention. First and foremost, I appreciated the calming atmosphere at the practice. The staff were in great spirits and seemed genuine in their desire to provide a good service However, I must also express some reservations about my overall experience. It's essential to share these concerns to provide a well-rounded perspective for others considering this dental practice. At present, I am unable to find the name of the dentist who saw me as their name is not on the website or in any of my emails confirming my appointment, but I will update/repost this review if I find it. I went for a general check up, and possibly to schedule in 2 fillings for cavities I had noticed a couple days prior. The dentist advised me that it was not possible to simply do fillings on these cavities, and that it could only be fixed with veneers, because a filling wouldn’t hold on an incisor or canine tooth. I did ask about other options but it was reiterated politely to me that this was the only viable option. Following this, another cavity was found at the base of my tooth, to which I was told would need to be treated with a crown. I am not a dentist so I didn’t question it really, but I did clarify that I wasn't interested in aesthetics, just that my teeth were healthy. I was told I’d hear back in a few days via email with a treatment plan. 2 weeks passed before I contacted the clinic for the first time, I was told it’d be over to me within a day or 2. This continued a few times til I eventually gave up without hearing from them. I wouldn’t mind only I went to a different dentist to get the treatments I had been advised I needed, only to be told that all I needed was 3 simple composite fillings. It’s been over 6 months since those fillings and not one has caused any problems, and they look as normal as they did prior to the cavities While everyone was absolutely lovely in Happy Dental and the facilities were brilliant, I walked out of that clinic practically in tears wondering how I was going to afford 2 veneers at €600 per veneer and another €700 for a crown, when in the end they weren’t necessary.

Fantastic experience: I have always had excellent experiences with Happy Dental since attending them in the last 4 years. Their secretary, dental assistants and dentists are so professional, thorough and so welcoming and kind. They always go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and are so accommodating. They provide a 10/10 service always, many thanks Happy Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the service. As a student, I went there because of the affordability of the procedures. The first time I went, Dr. Samantha was fully honest and gave me advice on my issue of bruxism, without making me pay the session. The time after I got a mouth guard done for a price that is at least half of the average in Dublin. They shipped it to my house free of charge and I have been using it ever since. In general, a great experience and such a friendly staff

Negative experience: Went here because I knew I had two cavities that needed fixing. The x-rays they took here were not good enough to see the problematic cavities and the dentist filled my wisdom tooth without my informed consent. In fact I stated clearly that I did not want to do anything about my wisdom teeth, since I have no problems with them. Now I’m out over €100 for a completely unnecessary filling. The clinic refuses to admit they made a mistake, and I don’t feel like they took my concerns seriously at all when I contacted them about it. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went to Happy Dental today for the first time, this is not my usual dentist and I don't even live near Dublin but my partner goes here and swears by happy dental. I had a broken tooth and was in agony my usual dentist in my town had no appointments and no dentist near me had any untill January. Happy dental gladly gave me an appointment and from start to finish made me feel so at ease and so so welcoming I am such a nervous patient and I'm pregnant too and everyone here was absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: A primary lower molar split in half as I was chewing gum. My friend drove me to this facility because she was very much aware of this place. Everyone there was kind and relaxed and they provided the treatment I actually needed. I had a better time chatting with them than I would have at the greatest coffee shop in town. HappyDental is incredible.

Fantastic experience: I was in excruciating pain after weeks of root canal treatment and all I wanted was to get the tooth extracted and replaced by an implant. Not as easy as it sounds as medical procedures must be followed. After contacting about 15 dental practices all over Dublin, it was clear that implant consultations are booked weeks in advance. I couldn’t believe my luck when I spoke to understanding and helpful Stephen, the receptionist at Happydental. He listened, proved his knowledge of dental procedures by asking the right questions and arranged for an early appointment so that pain treatment could commence prior to implant consultation. He then moved appointments to make a slot available so that I could be seen by Dr. O’Connor. I was amazed by Stephen’s knowledge about dental practice as he answered my questions patiently and to the point by phone and email. I had consultations with Dr. Iscenko and Dr. Michael who were assisted by Katie and of course I met Dr. O’Connor. I found everyone friendly and caring like no-where else. Dr. O’Connor took the time to go through the procedures. Her experience is apparent and I felt in good hands. Worth mentioning that in contrast to other practices where charges are invented at Happydental my dental and my pain consultation were free. Lastly, I must mention the little neck pillow which is a small gesture but made my time in the dentist chair so much more comfortable. This little practice is a gem which I recommend wholeheartedly. Many thanks to everyone on the team for their fantastic service. I'm still pain free.

Negative experience: I would not recommend to visit this clinic, the service is not as I supposed to be!

Fantastic experience: The doctor was super friendly and professional and was transparent about the cost before performing any procedures. She explained everything that would happen during my visit and made me feel comfortable. My last dentist had his license revoked for malpractice and so I was extremely nervous and hesitant but the doctor here was very reassuring and took the time to help me relax and feel good about my procedure. I visited 3 times, had a free consultation, 2 fillings, and an extraction, every time I felt safe and confident that all was well. I received informative information about after care and everyone in the office was pleasant, including the reception. The space is small and allows you to feel as though you are there only focus.

Negative experience: Was going there for a while, after root canal and crown placement got really bad infection, whent there to fix it while I was in pain and they just laugh at me that I feel bad just because I need to pay money. Just a worst place... Went to another place and they was surprised how poorly everything was done. By any means i do not recommend this place!

I was so nervous and scared at first, but the dentist and medical staff were kind enough to calm me down. They did a thorough examination and recommended root canal treatment. Full check over of my mouth for any issues with advice about two small cavities. Through Scale & Polish with an Monica repeatedly asking if I was alright to continue or if i needed any breaks. Fantastic experience: I have recently undergone significant dental work with Dr Monica Morosanu, and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her expertise, skill, professionalism, kindness and how she explained everything as she went along. The final result has way surpassed my original expectations. It was only when I got the crowns done that, I realised hadn’t really smiled in 30years. Everybody could see I looked well but because the crowns looked so natural, they couldn’t tell why. I Went into the dentist terrified; I was assured I wouldn’t feel anything (and I didn’t) and was put at ease straight away by Dr Monica Morosanu and her assistant Lorcan Hogan. I cannot thank them enough for giving me my smile and confidence back. I had 3 extractions, 3 root canals, 3 fillings, 3 beautiful Zirconia Crowns, a deep cleaning and a flexible denture all done over 23 days. EXCEPTIONAL doesn’t even cover it. I would (and do) recommend Dr Monica Morosanu wholeheartedly to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I would clearly recommend, I had a crown re-attached and my full dentition cleaned and polished by Gabriel. Very nicely done, no issues afterwards. For now if I ever have issues while in Ireland, I am going to use this clinic.

Negative experience: The whole team are some of the nicest people I ever met. However, I doubt i'll be going back!! I had implants. I attended for over 14 months. First set didnt fit 2nd not much better. I suffered terrible pain, blisters and at times could not speak without spitting! I have no choice but to continue with present implants as I will not go through the pain again. I am now at risk of losing my natural top back tooth because of bad bite. My main problem is that I almost choked twice because implants came up from my gum when I was chewing. You Really Do Get What You Pay For so believe me spend your money wisely.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience of my life. Went for a Groupon scale and polish (just of my upper teeth) as was in with own dentist last week for lower teeth. There was no nurse assisting as she was sick. My teeth were cleaned for a total of 5 mins max. It was extremely sore and she didn't stop even when she could she I was sore. She Didn't even floss my teeth. My own dentist spent 35 mins on my lower teeth alone last week. Have been left with extremely sore and irritated gums today. Very bad value. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Monica and Anna made me feel very comfortable and explained everything step by step before they proceeded. They gave me feedback on my teeth but were not pushy about getting it booked in there and then. They gave me a filling and cleaned my teeth. Not sore at all and done a fantastic job. Highly recommend and will be back again. 5 Stars.

Negative experience: I went there for cleaning through Groupon. They were nice but the cleaning didn't worth it. It took maybe 15 mins much less than it's my experience. The dentist told me I have needed two fillings for 80 euro it's been an year I wwwe there and since that I went to two different dentists they said I haven't need any so they just said to make money. Horrible
