Fantastic experience: Attended Dental Care Kilkenny yesterday to see a Hygienist and Dentist for my usual 6 month review. Excellent and friendly staff and overall lovely atmosphere in the place. No issues were found and my hygienist advised me on follow up Care. This is a busy practice so I have booked my next appointment for January.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service . Dr Bishoy Wanis is extremely professional and caring due to me being a nervous patient. He made all my appointments worry free and explained everything to me clearly each step of the way. The service at Dental Care Ireland Callan and Dental Care Kilkenny was 10/10. I went to Dental care Callan in the first place for a second opinion after a bad experience with another dentist. The costs I was incurred by dental care ireland were less than half of what I was quoted at the previous surgery as the previous surgery made a wrong diagnosis. I can't recommend Dr Bishoy Wanis enough!

Fantastic experience: This has always been a wonderful Dental Practice, from the long ago days of John McCarron, to Reva, and now Denta Care Ireland. I had tried a few Dentists, but came back here, I am remembered by some of the original ladies, which is great, but the main thing is, the dental care and treatment, specific needs and concerns are addressed, I have jaw and swallow issues, I am always put at ease..You are not a number, you are a person, which makes the visits easier..No one likes going to the Dentist, but here, you really are put at ease..So glad I came back.

Fantastic experience: I attended Dental Care Kilkenny yesterday for a routine check up. I had recently broken a tooth by foolishly eating toffee and my lovely dentist had it sorted for me in no time. Toffee is definitely off the list now! Attention to detail is so much a part of the practice and from the time you arrive you are made welcome and relaxed. I would have no hesitation recommending this practice to anyone. It's excellent

Negative experience: I have had two opportunities to visit this clinic, the first day I visited we were too early the person that made the appointment got them mixed up, we couldn't wait for over an hour so we decided to cancel, we were made very aware of the fact we were going to be charged for the cancellation.this we didn't have a problem with as it was out of our control. The second time I visited this clinic was this morning we were early and this was brought to my attention at the reception when I went to book In the client I said it was fine, about fifteen or twenty minutes the dentist walked In past me, came back up the hall to let me know I was waiting as long today as I would have been waiting last week. I said I wasn't as he walked away from me he said you are, I asked him not to worry about it. This is supposed to be a Business, to speak to a person with a client like that isn't very professional and doesn't look good in front of other clients. The client that I had with me was very upset and kept apologising to me over the instant. I told her it wasn't up to her to apologise for him as it is his business and manners is essential.

Being terrified ,a very nice and professional dentist put me completely at ease, explaining every gesture and being soft and understanding. Fantastic experience: I got an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction which was unsuccessful in another dental practice from earlier that same day. Sharon in reception was so helpful and empathic. The treatment that I received from Aoife and her team was outstanding, professional and efficient combined with the excellent after care service. I would highly recommend REVA dental to family, friends and work colleagues. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: First time I walked in there I went to the front desk, I said hello and was ignored by the two women at the computers, I thought if I sat down in the small waiting room Id be called in for my appointment. The waiting room was very small, social distance could not be pursued in that room, there was no air conditioning, very hot and stuffy.. come a half an hour after my initial time for my appointment I attempt to see if my appointment was delayed only to be told I was a half an hour late and didn’t check in even though I was on time, waiting in the waiting room..if I wasnt ignored I would have known I had to check in.. I then got embarassed..they continued to take my temperature which appeared to be 1 degrees higher than usual, I explained that I was embarassed and the waiting room was very hot only to be told that there is nothing wrong with their waiting room.. I then left the place. 10 minutes later I get a call from them telling me to call my gp because of the temperature. Im home now with my own temperature device, I checked my own temperature and it is normal again.. overall bad service from the two women at the front desk. I will not be going there again
