Fantastic experience: UPDATE Dr. Brid got in touch with me and explained the situation. I got an appointment for the next day and had my teeth checked. They handled the situation in a very professional way that's why I'm changing the review. On 11/02 I got in touch asking for booking for check-up + X-ray I got the date for the 25/02 after visual examination I asked for the X-ray but the dentist said the Internet was down and the machine will not work. The receptionist rescheduled for 04/03 on the day I emailed the place asking if the machine was working and they said yes. About 40min before my appointment they emailed me saying the machine was not working again and they will have to postpone my appointment. Unfortunately the clinic made me lose 40euros and about a month of my time that could've been avoided with a simple message explaining the situation when I first got in touch with them. Now I'll have to get in touch with another clinic and pay the consultation again to get my teeth checked. They should improve the communication with the costumers and let them know straight away if something if not working.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Forster Court Dental for 11 years now visiting every 6 months religiously. I am made at ease the moment I walk into the surgery. The receptionist exudes warmth and pleasantness. Dr Brid is truly exceptional at her practice. She takes time to explain the procedures and actively listens to any concerns. Whether it's a routine check up or a more complex procedure, Dr Brid always consistently delivers outstanding quality care. In addition, the hygienist Rhona is equally remarkable. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make each cleaning of the teeth session a pleasant procedure. Her dedication to her craft and genuine care for her patients is always on show. Forster Court Dental go above and beyond. They set the bar high for patient care and customer service. The staff at Forster Court Dental continously provide a level of care that exceeds expectations.

Fantastic experience: The welcome and professionalism began the moment I stepped inside the door. The experience from consultation to getting my teeth filled and afterwards getting other teeth polished was simply brilliant. No pain, no fuss I'm very happy to recommend highly.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Unnecessary dental work given, wanted to do more so I went to another practice for a second option as I never have any issues with my teeth and was always told they were good shape. Got told they were great condition and nothing was needed. The one filing that i was charged apparently at a discount price of 100 euro was done by Dr Chris was not done very well too. I got a frosty reception when I was told I will just have the one filing. In a time where times are financially bad for everyone I find this disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth here. Simply flawless work done by Dr. Chris McHale. The procedure was pain-free and over in a matter of minutes. It's healing well and without any complications. Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! All the staff is very thoughtful and attentive. Lovely receptionist even rang me to check how everything was healing after having extracted the first 2. You can be sure you're in good hands at Forster Court! I believe this is the only dental practice I'll be going to in the future. Thank you for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the dentists in Galway City I am so glad I chose Forster Court Dental. The team are amazing and thorough. I was short of time on my first visit but Brid gave me an examination & a plan & got me out the door in time for work. The atmosphere was very relaxed as I hadn't been to a dentist in over 2 years. The second appointment I had was for two fillings & I honestly could have slept on the chair it was such a comfortable process. I don't feel nervous attending the dentist like I would have in the past. Thanks to Brid & the wonderful team.
