Negative experience: I went through with Invisalign treatment here after being drawn in by what sounded like an attractive offer. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. As others have mentioned in their reviews, there are a lot of hidden costs that aren’t made clear at the beginning. Throughout the process, I often felt more like a customer than a patient – it seemed the focus was more on how much money they could extract rather than providing genuine care. To make matters worse, my bonded retainer broke just a few months after treatment ended, and they refused to fix it because it was only a couple of days outside the warranty. Disappointing and frustrating.

Negative experience: A lot of hidden costs. People are generally anxious going to a dentist, so landing decisions that are not including in the ‘package deal’, seems completely unfair. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. I dreaded every visit. I felt pressured to go ahead with certain treatments. I recently decided to go elsewhere and the difference in treatment is amazing, I’m sad I didn’t get my Invisalign treatment with this new place instead. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. In response to the below reply: I had told yous at the start that I was neurodivergent and quite nervous and anxious. My first day to get the attachments put on, I was left waiting an hour. I was approached in the waiting room and asked did I want invisible attachments or the ones you could see. (I assumed by the name of the brand it would be invisible). I said yes to the invisible but I was told it would be €150 for the invisible ones. After waiting already an hour and being really nervous and knowing my wedding was coming up, I agreed to it. Throughout each visit after that, I was told I needed 9 fillings. One of the visits I decided to say no, I didnt want to go through with it, but Eoin told me I would be charged for the filling whether I got it or not. (Not just the visit charge). I was pressured. Throughout the rest of my visits, I seemed to be constantly forking out more money. New things kept coming up. (Not the package deal as advertised) I have since went to another dentist who has confirmed that I am not in desperate need for all these fillings that you insisted I got done soon. From reading similar reviews. They can’t be all wrong.

Negative experience: It was first visit in O'Neill dental, Horrible experience. He is very rude and aggressive towards his staff, I am feeling sorry for the staff working over there. A lot of hidden charges were there in my bill after my treatment which wasn't told. Dental council should take look this practice regarding hygiene.

Negative experience: I had the Invisalign treatment done and was told it would be a package deal, I was constantly booked in for appointments without being told what for to only have to pay for each appointment. So many hidden costs. Following my Invisalign treatment I was needing to get a crown for my front tooth. Having been convinced by Mr.O’Neill himself to go for the more expensive one (€1200) we were told it would last for the rest of my life or for at least 10 years. I have the crown just under two years and it simply just fell out the other day, forced to go to a different practitioner I was informed the crown was placed incorrectly and had led to an infection, I now have to pay for a root canal at a different practice and then have to pay for the crown to be put back on. While doing my course of Invisalign with O’Neill I was told I needed numerous fillings and that there were holes in my teeth etc. after getting a 2nd opinion I was told my teeth are perfectly fine. Got absolutely scammed in this place. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Delighted with the results and service I received here. I came to Eoin with limited time. I wanted to have the perfect smile for my wedding which was only 10 months away at the time. The O Neill team pulled it off and I had a new fab smile with 2 weeks to spare. I was so undecided whether to go with Invisalign and composite in the first place and I’m so glad that I went for it. Eoin is great, very relaxed and knows what he is doing.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time. Pay extra somewhere else. Bullet dodged. I was intrigued at first by their offer. I was told my tooth extraction and treatment were all included in the discounted price and that I’d be done in “6 months or less”. This was red flag #1 because other dentists had previously told me 6 months to a year. I told them I’d think about it and I paid €100 holding deposit. Today I went back to request a contract of some sort or my treatment plan in writing etc because after all, I’m not handing over 3 and a half grand just because they say so- with no documentation to back anything up. Their “senior consultant” Honey (H), told me this was weird and no one ever requests this. So ? This was red flag #2. I told her that was nothing to do with me and that I myself would like my treatment and payment plan down in writing. Invisalign LITE takes approx. 6 months. Invisalign FULL is 12+ months. I went to 3 other orthos after my initial consultation with O’Neill and they told me 6-12 months. These are orthos that are recognised as Platinum Elite by the way, while O’Neill is just diamond. I recorded the whole conversation where H lied and said he has done over 20,000 procedures and is well known. Red flag #3. She then retracted her statement when I told her I’ve read 2000 not 20000 on practically every website. The tooth extraction that O’Neill failed to mention was extra on our first appointment was now suddenly an extra €150. When I asked him why this wasn’t mentioned last week when I was at the practice, he said he “forgot”. Very convenient as that extra €150 would have been sprung on me on the day I came to get the aligners fitted! Another money grabbing lie I caught H in, was when she tried to say it was COMPULSORY that I paid for the fixed & removable aligners as part of my treatment. I was also recording this. I told her they’re in fact not compulsory and that I did not want to opt for the fixed aligners. She tried her hardest to sell them to me so I just brushed her off & told her I’d think about it. All the reviews about them being unethical and pushing to squeeze more money out of you, are not lies. I’m so glad I read them after my first consultation as it made me want to request clarity. O’Neill tells you the shortest possible treatment time so in that time-frame he has collected the full balance from you. Makes it easier to ignore & gaslight you if you need more aligners etc once the 6 months are up. I asked why I couldn’t just pay the balance by the end of my treatment instead of a hefty €450 a month and they made up some bull excuse about how he’s the best in blah blah and will be done even before that time (which I wish I could’ve proven to be wrong because no he wouldn’t ). If the Platinum Elite and Gold Invisalign Orthodontists are telling me a longer time period, who is he? H, who initially told me she had no clue about anything to do with finances suddenly KNEW EVERYTHING about it once me and the receptionist (who she had already told me was in charge of the financing) had come to an agreement. I just ignored her and she finally went away (thank God). Ask questions! It annoys them and you catch them in lies. When I was at reception I saw another patient confirming his treatment. Guess how long they told him it would last? 6 months too! I saw his teeth let’s just say for a diamond R orthodontist, he is quite overzealous. If you can afford to do so, please just fork out the extra grand and go somewhere else less dodgy and more reputable. That’s what I’m doing! You’ll still get 20% back at the end! And you’ll have peace of mind knowing they actually care for your results and not just your money! There’s a reason they hold these “save up to €1700!!” every so often. Don’t fall for it. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. 07/10/24 -O’Neill himself has just responded with his own twist & further lies. My recordings negate most, if not all, of his response. He’s the one that abuses & scares his staff! Read other reviews! Laughable attempt at damage control. Beware!!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for Invisalign related advice, and I looked to O’Neill dental because I had been to several dentals and I didn’t feel fully trusting in their dentists and procedures. Immediately I felt welcomed at O’Neill, a great in depth conversation about what to expect, and that day I was happy to go forth. After a few months things kicked off, and I met Eoin which solidified my choice as he demonstrated a true passion for detail, yet quick to action. I was highly impressed as that level of interest in patients after doing it for so many years is very rare. Throughout the months, you have the option to have any queries answered via WhatsApp which allows smooth communication. The look you want is taken into account and you’re constantly reassured. I got bonding on 6 teeth at the end of my Invisalign, which Eoin took great pride in and I truly didn’t realize how happy I’d be with the look. Overall I didn’t think needed much work done, so I was in two minds about starting. So if you’re like I was - settling for what you’re used to, you’re compromising on what it really feels like to be care free about your teeth. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Negative experience: My daughter went in for a check up, she was told she needed 6 fillings!!! I didn't believe this as she is really careful with her teeth. We got a second opinion and she only needed 2...How's is this possible. Also he was pushing invisalign to my daughter who has perfectly straight teeth.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my decision to go to O’Neill Dental Care. I had been wanting Invisalign for years and decided to finally do it due to their great price and promotional deal they had on. The treatment was quick for me as promised and completely painless. My teeth straightened right up. I appreciate the care and kindness given to me by the staff at each appointment and I am extremely happy with my results. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I attended this dentist meeting Dr Ruqaiyah (apologies if I misspelt) and after 1 30 hrs of waiting i got my cleaning and check up. With the results being I needed 5 fillings. I was shocked at this as I would clean regularly and had no fillings the year previous at another dentist. I got very little details from the dentist when I followed up and asked questions with her saying "I have other patients waiting". I found this very frustrating having waited so long. I've since gotten a second opinion and my new dentist says that whilst I could/probably should replace 2 old fillings that there are no new ones. I felt the whole time I was being squeezed for money hence getting the second opinion and I was proved right. Needless to say I won't be going here again.

Fantastic experience: Evidently, this place employs Dentists with the nicest smiles imaginable to coerce you into improving yours Lovely dentist and really great experience. Very fast and efficient Invisalign assessment. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I walked into this dentists a couple of weeks ago to enquire about pricing and appointments and I just haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. What looked to be the manager was speaking and shouting at one of the poor girls at reception so disrespectfully. As I waited I could then hear the manager and another member of staff speaking about this girl so loudly, the rest of the waiting area could hear. I was absolutely appalled and had to walk out. If this is how they treat their staff, with no consideration about how it must come across to people waiting for their appointment, how must they treat their patients? They've lost my custom due to this. Addition: You’ll notice the practice replied stating this is a false review in retaliation and a poor attempt at saving their reputation. This review has not been removed as it is not false. This is an accurate representation of what I witnessed in the practice. I hope they spend more time improving the treatment of their staff than they do fighting the terrible reviews they have received.

Negative experience: Do not recommend bringing your child to this dentist. We had a very bad experience with the team consistently pushing additional products/services (up to additional costs of almost €2,000) directly in front of my 15 year old daughter. This is bad practice for impressionably vulnerable young teens. When I raised a complaint it was handled very unprofessionally and they threatened to not complete the work unless I apologised. They clearly don’t tolerate critical feedback well and I seriously question their ethics in their upselling practice. All in all we had a very stressful and negative experience so I feel others should be made aware of this.

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely over the moon with the results from my Invisalign and composite bonding. Just finished over a month ago and it's definitely been a confidence booster! The results superseded my expectations and I've been smiling a lot more since - that's for sure! Between Eoin (a master of his craft) and the friendly/wonderful team, the journey was seamless and extremely positive. From the second you walk in the door, you're made to feel very welcome/looked after - making it a very personable experience! The entire procedure (from cleaning/Invisalign, composite bonding and two fillings) was really relaxing - no needles used (anaesthetic wand used instead) and you can listen to your own Spotify tunes with the best bass headphones provided by the team. Who said going to the dentist wasn't fun? Lastly, Dr.O'Neill goes above and beyond - with extra recommendations along the way/different options/tips, knowing what's best for the individual. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend O'Neill's for any type dental work and I'm thankful to have dropped by in the first place :)

I had braces when I was a teenager in Spain, I was super scared of dentist because of all the pain they caused me. However since I found this local dentist in Swords my fear went away. Negative experience: Misleading Invisalign advertising. The ad said it was a free consultation, but when called to book you took a 50 euro deposit, refundable after the consultation. You couldn't explain over the phone what the consultation was about. It turns out is not a consultation but a group sales pitch from an Invisalign sales agent. You have really good reviews here on Maps, and I'm sure you provide a great service, however I'd recommend being more explicit as to what exactly the Invisalign consultation is about and dropping the 50 euro deposit. The whole thing left a bad taste in our mouth (no pun intended).

Fantastic experience: I originally went here purely for Invisalign (and Eoin and his crew did an excellent job, completely satisfied). However, now I’ve made this my primary dentist for everything - can’t be more complimentary - great communication from the overall team, all super friendly and take time to call you by your name as you walk in the door. Lastly, Eoin takes a lot of pride in his work and obviously cares a lot about his clientele.

My Invisalign journey was smooth from start to finish. I wanted to correct a small gap between two teeth, but I never imagined the result that I would achieve, it was far beyond my expectation. My whole smile has changed and in turn, my confidence. I am so happy with my teeth now. The team at O'Neills are so friendly and professional and Dr.O'Neill himself is a genius at what he does.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a while I was dreading it to be honest as I have had a fear of the dentist pretty much my whole life. I had to have a number of fillings replaced and a couple more on top of that. I have to say I did not feel a single thing! Dr O’Neill uses a wand pain free anaesthetic to numb the area no needles needed. It was the most relaxing visit to a dentist I have ever had, with earphones and music of your choice. I also had composite bonding on my two front teeth and I am over the moon with the results, Dr O’Neill did a great job and you can tell he really loves what he does. The staff are lovely, from Aoife on reception ringing to remind me of my appointments and Jessica Dr O’Neill’s assistant talking me through teeth whitening process. They really couldn’t be more helpful and friendly to be honest. I would highly recommend Dr O’Neill and his team. Thanks again :-) Claire

Eoin and the team have been amazing and were very accommodating throughout the process with regular checkups that fit with my schedule. I also got a filling during the process and the procedure was painless - I didn't even realise the filling was done until I was being told to get up! The seven months flew by and my teeth have been completely transformed. Negative experience: I'm really disappointed, I've just rang because I'm having an emergency regarding my implant.zThe lady in the phone asked me if I was a client , I wasn't and I was told they were fully booked for the whole week. Really? I understand they are busy during this busy but not considering the fact it was an emergency ,really? I told them i was happy to go there and wait even for hours and if i get a little gap and to be checked and i was denied. This clinic just lost a new client. My girlfriend goes to this clinic and she was the one who told me to ring you... She won't be going here anymore... We are beyond shocked... Never again. If you have an emergency don't even bother to ring this clinic ... They don't care.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 18 month/63 tray Invisalign journey with O’Neill Dental Care. My results are absolutely incredible, i never in my wildest dreams thought that my smile could be as amazing as it is now. I had two teeth that couldn’t even be seen and now they are more perfect than I could have imagined. That is thanks to Eoin and all of his wonderful team in O’Neill dental care!! To add to that Eoin is an absolute perfectionist, that takes a huge amount pride in his work (which he should!) . I have to say I think he is as excited, if not more so than me with the results of my Invisalign!! Prior to starting my treatment I was petrified of dentists, so much so that , I even delayed starting my Invisalign when I had paid in full and my trays were ready. I wish that I didn’t leave it so long!! I’m no longer afraid of dentists (well at this practice anyway!!) as at O’Neill, all of the staff are so friendly, helpful and make you feel so comfortable that you’re like part of the family. Negative experience: *would not recommend* I received a filling off the dentist and a few weeks later it was still causing me alot of sensitivity and pain. They told me to come back in to see if it was the filling. While there I was told that the filling needed to be filed down, as it was causing my gums to become inflamed ( due to the fact that I couldn't floss around the filling properly). When I left, I was charged 20 euro for an x-ray and 30 for the examination (there was no communication about this charge beforehand). When I questioned why I was being charged I was told by a member of staff, not the dentist himself, that I had gingivitis and that this was the reason I was in pain. . I find it hard to believe that gingivitis was the cause of the pain as there was no pain before the filling and there was definitely pain afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Doctor O’Neill is a teeth wizard!!! Just got my bonding done, my teeth where crumbling away, and a bit crooked, I didn’t have time to straighten them before my wedding, because I left it to the last minute(even though Doc O’Neill would of recommend I straightened my teeth first) but he worked his magic, and my teeth are beautiful, looking straight and not a chip or any erosion to be seen! I have t stoped smiling the last couple of weeks, and I’ll have the biggest best smile on my wedding day next week!

Positive experience: I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. O'Neill and am delighted with the results, just in time for my wedding! What I really liked about the clinic was the progressive use of headphones and anaesthetic 'wand' when carrying out procedures, I thought that made the process a lot less stressful. I was also well looked after when I showed up last minute very late one evening with an intense pain in my tooth, and I really appreciate the care I was given. The female staff both at reception and in the clinic were fantastic, always very professional, efficient, organised, and all round did a great job.

Negative experience: I would highly not recommend this place as I email to see about appointment and got one back for Saturday and they said to let them know if it suits. I told them yes and never heard anything back. I also rang durn the week 5 times no answer and message got no answer. I look on website and said they where close on Saturday.

Fantastic experience: Having had a bad experience with a dentist before I was quite nervous about my procedure but I had nothing to worry about! Kellie was a great help and was super efficient and put me at ease immediately. Eoin was excellent, super professional and great at explaining everything to me which really helped calm my nerves (getting headphones with my choice of music was also extremely helpful!) Was absolutely delighted with my treatment and have recommended this practice to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank Niamh and Eoin enough, I went in for a clean and I found out I needed a filling. Shocked to find out they don’t use the regular needle anaesthetic, they use ‘The Wand’. The whole process was completely pain free, even the numbing part which I was dreading the most! If anyone is nervous about the dentist, I would definitely recommend to go see Eoin, Niamh and the girls in Swords!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I was made feel so ashamed and embarrassed of my teeth from Dr O Neill. He was cold and extremely unempathetic, and has zero communication skills. He was throwing prices at me the whole appointment about what he thought I needed, and as I left I was hit with an unexpected fee of €135 just for the examination and deposit for future appointment. He was extremely rough with his examination, and never once asked if I was ok or comfortable. He has a very bad manner of delivery and had zero decorum. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Everything you don't want from an experience at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just finished up getting invaslign treatment. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I spent the last 10 months going in and out of the dentist and every appointment the staff and Mr o neill where so professional and friendly. They took time to show me how to take care of my teeth at the end and where all genuinely excited for my outcome and what they achieved with their work. Mr o neill is a perfectionist . Fantastic experience: Eoin treated me for Jaw pain with a SCI. I had been in agony and the relief was almost immediate. He is both attentive and professional and was able to fit me in very quickly. Fantastic experience: At only a few hours notice I had an appointment for a long overdue extraction. Every step of the procedure was explained in advance and the attention I received from Niamh throughout the procedure was second to none. My interactions with Danielle and Eoin were also superb. Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming, I was thoroughly at ease and didn’t feel under ant time restrictions at all. Looking forward to my planned follow up visit to continue getting things sorted. Positive experience: Finished my invisalyn journey with O'Neill. My teeth ended up looking exactly the way I was told, which I am happy with. Eoin was very confident when looking at my teeth in the beginning which put me at ease as some orthodontist were wary of doing my teeth. The price was good compared to other places and it was very quick to get set up. I only have a few negatives. I've been left in the waiting room on several occasions more than 30 mins to only be rushed when I sit down in the chair. I ended up deciding to get composite bonding with a different orthodontist which they were not too happy about which I can understand to a certain extent but at the end of the day it is the clients choice.

Negative experience: If you intend on using Flexi-Fi as they advertise on their website, absolutely don't go near the place. I made it known I intended to use Flexi-Fi prior to my appointment. Once I arrived and was seen to, the price also increased dramatically to what I was told over the phone. When I went to use the Flexi-Fi afterwards, it became apparent this would be an issue, even though I had my application approved and ready to go. It was made out it was my fault, when it clearly wasn't as its advertised on their website. It turns out that the problem was they hadn't set up their Flexi-Fi account since reopening. They then tried to charge my Flexi-Fi the next day without my consent, even though we had agreed we'll sort it out on my next appointment as I was due more work done, I had some excess on the Flexi-Fi I could use to cover the next treatment too. The man who seen me, who I believe was the owner due to the way he thought he could speak to his staff, it was a disgrace. He was an incredibly difficult person to deal with and overloaded me with information, throwing prices around left right and centre, I have never been so confused in my life. **Edit** Might I add, considering the reply, all the treatments I was given I was not informed of the cost. I went in being told it would be €45 for the examination and as I was suffering from Wisdom tooth pain a small Xray would be required. Little did I know until after the Xray was done it was a full mouth (OPD) without notification or consent, I was just told this is what I needed. €178 it cost me to get a check up, a wash out around the wisdom too, a mouth wash and an Xray I didn't need. I wasn't reassured about Flexi-fi being contacted and about me being able to pay the next day. Firstly I was lied to and made out the issue with Flexi-fi was my fault and payment was being demanded. When the dentist realised I was familiar with Flexi-Fi he then apologised and at that stage informed me he didn't reopen the account because the clinic was closed for 3 months & I was informed we could sort it out after my next appointment where I intended to get more work done. Very unprofessional and unbelievably horrific customer care. All of this unfolded in front of another customer too, no discretion at all.

Fantastic experience: Just finished up invisalign treatment. I am extremely happy with my results and the process was almost completely seamless. Even during covid 19, I was sent out replacement aligners free of charge as I had been due to have my last appointment during lockdown. This was very much appreciated! Fantastic experience: Oh wow! For years I had an extremely crooked front tooth, that poked out and was letting the teeth beside move in under it. After one year of invisalign my smile is completely straight! Eoin and everyone here are all lovely and fantastic. The invisalign consultation was relaxing and informative. And I always left my my treatments/appointments happy with a visible difference each time. One year ago I was nervous about smiling in photos but now I cant stop smiling; they're perfect. Fantastic experience: Phoned Eoin’s surgery this morning to get an emergency appointment due to ongoing pain in my mouth that I couldn’t leave untreated any longer. Eoin and his team stayed open late to fit me in the same day even though I’d never been to him before. A nice enough thing to do for a regular patient but I can’t express how grateful I am to him for it given I’d never been to him before and we’re in the middle of this pandemic. Eoin and his entire team were friendly, understanding, compassionate and really made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Couldn’t recommend his surgery enough and will definitely return to him for any future dental work I require.

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding dentist visits and wishing I had straighter teeth, I finally decided to go for Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with the results. My treatment took approx. 9 months from start to finish and Eoin and his team were fantastic throughout. I received composite bonding at the end of my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth. Would highly recommend O'Neill Dental care for anyone looking to straighten their smile!

Negative experience: Having checked out the local dentists online I thought I would give Eoin O Neill a try, as despite a few bad reviews, most seemed happy with his service. I also liked that the pricing seemed reasonable and was available directly on the website. I was experiencing some pain in a tooth so I duly booked an appointment. Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. Initially all seemed well, I was seen to promptly, but things went downhill from there. Eoin has a very cocky attitude. He was reluctant to explain fully what he was doing, and treated me as you might have expected a doctor to treat a patient in the 1920's, as in sit down, shut up and let the clearly superior dentist decide what to do (after all why should a mere patient have the cheek to ask about their condition or the treatments to be applied). He rushed through all procedures without proper explanation or affording opportunity for query. Once he had finished it became clearer why he did not want me asking questions, as then I might have realised just how many extras he was adding on top. For a simple filling, I was in and out in less than 20 mins and with the extras on top I ended up paying more than double that which the website would have let me to believe. €200 for under 20 mins work, nice if you can get it. In summary, I found him to be condescending, verging on rude, impatient, all while he effectively robbed me with a smile on his face. You could not pay me to return here.

Positive experience: Just finished my invisalign journey and am delighted with results. Started in April and finished in january... for everyone wondering, should I or shouldn't I.... do it, you wont regret it. Only thing I regret is not doing it sooner...

Fantastic experience: I just finished my journey with Invisalign braces at O’Neills dental and I couldn’t recommend it enough!! I was very self conscious with my teeth and hated them. I went to a lot of different dentists to see which one was the best for me and that was O’Neill ls!! Eoin knew exactly what I was looking for and was the best out of all of the ones I went to. My Invisalign journey was only 8 months!! And now I have the most perfect teeth and couldn’t be happier! When I got my Invisalign off first I still wasn’t happy as there was a crack in my front tooth from when I was young that I hated the look off. Eoin recommended doing composite bounding on my front tooth and it was the best decision ever. When my teeth were all done and straight I cried every time I looked in a mirror because I was so happy to finally have the teeth I’ve always wanted and couldn’t believe they were really mine!! I couldn’t recommend O’Neill s enough and his amazing assistants and receptionists that were always so lovely and friendly !!

Fantastic experience: Eoin did a great job sorting out the mess that was my bottom set, using the Invisalign braces. My problem was always the misaligned tooth which stuck out in front of my other three teeth right at the front of my bottom set. I knew the only solution was to pull the tooth and then use the braces to bring everything into line. The choice of Invisalign braces worked out to be a lot less drama than expected, allowing me to do everything I needed to do and attracting no attention at all from business colleagues or friends, I only wish I had done it years ago. The bonus was that I got my top set of teeth straightened and aligned also.

Fantastic experience: I went to O'Neill Dental Care for invisalign treatment and honestly couldn't be happier with my results. The whole team are professional and so good at what they do. My treatment lasted the exact timeframe i was told to expect at the beginning and at the end i had composite bonding to correct some chips to my front teeth, Eoin did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results, for anyone thinking of doing invisalign i'd highly recommend O'Neill Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent outcome from my Invisalign course at O'Neill Dental Care. The end results were even better than I had hoped for. Just wished that I had done this sooner ! Cannot recommend Invisalign highly enough. They are not intrusive to wear, not uncomfortable at all, even on changeover days. My advice is to go for it.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience here. My advice to anyone getting invaslign is to go to a qualified orthodontic practice as opposed to a dentist that do invaslign. I was not happy with my end result here and ended up going to professional practice, who were shocked at the way O'Neill dental care went about straightening my teeth. O'Neill dental care charged every time I went in and done a lot of unnecessary x rays which I was charged for. Ended up costing me twice the price I was quoted.
