Fantastic experience: Overall I have had a positive experience at 3Dental Galway. The front desk staff were consistently welcoming, accommodating and above all else, professional. I would like to highlight the exceptional service from the hygienist Aisling, dentist Siobhan and orthodontists Dr. Paul and Dr. Carla. Aisling is an exceptional hygienist. She is so thorough but gentle. She always takes the time to explain and even demonstrates home cleaning tips to make maintaining oral hygiene easier between visits. It’s clear she is passionate about her job and prioritises clients oral hygiene and dental health. I had two visits with the dentist, Siobhan and I left my appointment feeling confident in my oral health and really appreciated the care and attention I received. I had a cavity very close to the nerve, I didn’t feel anything during, and experienced no issues after. Siobhan talked me through the process throughout. She also ensured my new filling didn’t interfere with the fitting of my Essix retainer. My orthodontic experience had been shared between Dr. Carla and later Dr. Paul. Both were very knowledgeable, approachable, and invested in achieving the best results for me. While I initially had some concerns about the final results, Dr. Paul was understanding and responsive in addressing these concerns. He listened to my feedback and worked with me to make adjustments until I was fully satisfied with the outcome. That level of care and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and completed the whole experience for me. I am very grateful for that and appreciate it. Anyone contemplating orthodontic treatment or looking for overall quality dental care, I recommend 3Dental for anyone in Galway city and surrounding areas!

Negative experience: The prices are very high. You have to pay €50 to have an x-ray done, which they require, and they don't give you the exam. So they charge €50 for the consultation and another €50 if you want to get the exam, even if it's by email. I felt robbed, because I signed the form that I was paying for the x-ray exam and in the end they don't deliver the exam unless you pay again, this is absurd, They should give clearer explanations, such as the consultation costs €50 and to take the exam another €50, if you want to have a restoration €150. I went home with a cavity because the doctor said it didn't need to be removed because it was small. A small cavity that could later turn into a root canal, something much more serious.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Büşra Çınar is truly an exceptional dentist! I had already brought my son to her before for a tooth extraction and we were extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism she provided. Recently, I took my daughter for a filling, and once again everything went perfectly Dr. Büşra Çınar was gentle reassuring and highly skilled my daughter felt comfortable and the pain disappeared right away. I was so pleased with the experience that I immediately booked a follow up appointment for six months later. Dr. Büşra Çınar has earned our full trust, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care delivered with kindness and expertise!!!

Fantastic experience: I had today completed my dental journey with 3 dental in Galway. The first time I visited 3 Dental I was petrified and knew I had a major amount of work to be done in fact I was in tears at this stage just so scared and ashamed of the appearance of my teeth. My Dentist was Dr Andrea Uribarri Who, along with her dental nurses made me feel so at ease and gave me the confidence to start the procedure. My experience over the past year has changed my previously traumatised vision on dentists and dentistry of the past. Dr. Andrea was compassionate to my every need. And believe me, I was not an easy case as along with OCD and seeking perfection in my smile there were a lot of requests on my behalf! Dr. Andrea exceeded my expectations and foremost went over and beyond to deliver a perfect smile which has since changed my life and to this I will be eternally grateful to her and Dr Busra Cinar for their excellent care.The staff at the Galway branch are a credit. I’d like to say a big thank you also to Amy in house manager for taking the time to listen and be supportive to me. I cannot recommend 3 Dental enough and would advise anybody to make contact with them for their dental work. I started my journey as a lady being petrified of dentists and today I can actually say I love going to the dentist! Thank you 3 Dental For putting me back in photographs with my children, and grandchildren This has been life changing!

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience at 3Dental Galway. After agreeing to a payment plan for a dental implant, I was shocked when the doctor removed the implants without my consent during my appointment. I was told I would not be treated further unless I paid the full balance, despite our original agreement. Even more frustrating, payments continued to be deducted from my account after the treatment was incomplete, and my concerns were not taken seriously when I tried to resolve the issue. The lack of respect and professionalism has left me feeling deeply upset, and I would not recommend this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: I initially went for a consultation on getting an implant with Dr Andrea Uribarri, I was shocked to discover I had periodontitis(the silent disease) but Andrea a true professional put me totally at ease. She gave me a plan of work , a time frame and a breakdown of what it would cost and time to think about it, I didn't dwell on it for too long, I went for it. From start to finish the whole experience was great, from the hassle free parking, the payment plans , the bright and spacious clinic and most importantly Dr Andrea and the whole team . Also Aisling the hygienist fantastic at her job. So numerous extractions and implants I am now smiling again with confidence and periodontitis free, I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: After years of orthodontic treatments for my 4 children I decided to finally get my own teeth tweaked! It was made very easy by Dr Paul and took just 20 weeks and an affordable and flexible payment plan. Dr Paul is always cheerful and takes time to explain progress and the plan for the next few weeks. My daughter attends Dr Paul also and we couldn’t be happier. The reception staff always help us by scheduling both our appointments together.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the work that Dr. Clara Garcia did. I had spark treatment done on my lower teeth to straighten them. The result is far better than I expected, I highly recommend Dr. Clara and also Romina Flores was very helpful throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I are tourists from Canada and we walked in because of a dental emergency. There wasn’t any way for the clinic to slot us in but the receptionists were so kind and helpful — they recommended several places for us to try, and let us use their phone to call as ours weren’t working. I can’t speak to the quality of the dentistry from experience, but if it’s anything like their customer service, this is the place to go

Fantastic experience: Started attending 3Dental Galway in 2022. My experience with the dentists and hygienist there were unbelievable. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist and it was a big decision for me to return to a dentist after 8 years of putting it off. I am so glad I picked 3 Dental Galway. This year I had to get an implant, which I dreaded, and Dr Andrea took charge of me. From start to finish, she explained in detail the procedure. She is extremely professional and very gentle as it is a difficult procedure. She treated me with the best treatment and put me at ease immediately. As this take a series of appointments, each time checking the progress, to see that everything was going smoothly. Last week, I got my permanent implant. I am over the moon as I can finally smile again , with confidence. I highly recommend this practice. The girls in reception, and the dental nurses were excellent , extremely courteous and helpful at all times. I have already booked my next appointment with the hygienist so that was hugh progress for me. Forget about going abroad , go to 3 Dental, and they will take excellent care of you, and were at the end of a phone to help with any queries I had. You won't be disappointed. A very welcoming surgery and reception, that it didn't feel like the dread of going to the dentist. Well done 3 Dental Galway. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: €50 deposit for an appointment. €250 for an extraction. Prices are out of this world. Would not recommend this dentist . Went elsewhere and I got an extraction for €110. Close to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was seen in 3 Dental for an emergency appointment on the 26th of March and had my treatment done by the 28th. Andrea and the team are amazing and so caring. The treatment coordination Lauren was so helpful and put me at ease and was able to talk me through exactly what would happen for my treatment. Would highly recommend 3 dental for anyone who is nervous or anxious about seeing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Before I came to this dentist I was very nervous because of my previous dental experience- I was amaze with dr busru service she is really at the top of her game and is the best, truly an artist and does her work professionally and I can't express how good she is at her work . Депозит 50€, диагностика бесплатно, депозит учитывается в оплате работ. 2 приехал. Записался на диагностику. 3. Приехал в назначенное время. Доктор сделал диагностику - приняли решение удалять зуб. Нужно взять назначение. Взял назначение на удаление. Оплатил диагностику. 3. Сегодня приехал. Прождал 50 минут, ведут на рентген- говорю уже делали. Ответ - это другой. Сделали. Жду. Вызвали и говорят - будем делать диагностику. Говорю - уже было. Говорю - нет. Удаляйте зуб. Ответ. Не будем надо делать диагностику. Пошел на рецепшн. Попросил счет. Доктор говорил - удаление 150€, счет дают на 350€, спрашиваю - почему?диагностика и два рентгена. Зуб не удалили.

Fantastic experience: I’m not one to leave reviews, but I would recommend 3Dental to everyone. I was there to have wisdom tooth extraction & some fillings. Dr Andrea & Dr Ignacio were the best dentists I have been to. Dr Andrea had my wisdom tooth out in seconds & I felt absolutely no pain even whilst getting local anesthetic. I was quite nervous coming in to get my tooth out but she really put me at ease & she is great at her job! Also Dr Ignacio is absolutely brilliant too I won’t be going to my local dentist in the future, I will be making the journey to Galway to return for my yearly check ups or anything in the future to 3Dental purely because the care & treatment i received was excellent. Not to mention the prices for treatment are very affordable. Have no doubts about 3Dental they are the best! Thanks so much again

Negative experience: Limited availability and the dentist they assigned me always seemed like he was in a terrible rush. I had a crown fitted and I had to ask him to stop a couple times and explain what was happening. The hurry hurry hurry vibe he and the assistants had was unnerving. When it came time to fit the crown, he pushed it in with tremendous force. Then when he decided it wouldn't fit without adjustments he had to use a tool to pry it out. My crown literally went flying and came back down towards the back of my throat. Luckily I was able to fish it out of my mouth and hand it to him. Then when the crown was installed he seemed annoyed when I said the bite wasn't good. He ended up shaving it down quite a lot, and it feels odd.

Fantastic experience: I Decided to get some long overdue treatment and Chose 3Dental. From the first appointment to the last, I have to say I couldn't be Happier with the way I was treated and the work that was carried out. Fantastic experience: Excellent efficient service! I had an accident the day before Christmas eve and needed my tooth repaired. I couldn't believe they were working on the Saturday and I was never so happy when they answered the phone!. I got an emergency appointment that day so thankfully I was able to enjoy the Christmas instead of worrying. Paul is very good,puts you at ease and nothing is a problem. The receptionist and hygienist were also lovely friendly and helpful. 5 Stars and I have changed my Dentist!

From start to finish Dr.Busra was so kind and professional in her advice to me and listened to what I wanted exactly- from the shape right down to the exact colour. Negative experience: “If you require emergency treatment, call us and we will provide it…” after I called them, they told me theyre not offering it even though it stands on their official website and that they can book me in next week. So unprofessional clinic, and rude.

Negative experience: No idea why but your receptionist hung up on me at 17:29, apologies if I called to late to make an appointment but it says on Google that you close at 18:00.

Negative experience: I was quite a happy customer of 3 Dental in Galway until today. I arrived late to an appointment with the Hygienist, on a Friday evening, to quite a busy reception area that had two queues and two deep. The receptionist saw me arrive, all be it a tad late. When I got to the desk she took my details and my appointment time, she told me to take a seat. I did and took my coat off. She approached me a minute or two later and informed me that I wouldn't be seen as I was late and would have to reschedule. Two minutes over the allotted 10 minute grace period. I explained that I had been in the queue long before the ten minute grace period was up, she agreed and went into see the Hygienist but was told I'd have to reschedule as I was over the time allotted. I refused that as I had been there in time but a bit late. So after making a 22Km round trip in rush hour traffic to get there 3 Dental have now lost my custom. Not only for the future treatment I needed according to the dentist I had happily seen and had previous work done with but also that of my wife and son that had also become customers on my recommendation. Can't really blame 3 Dental but their Hygienist in Galway has just lost three customers.

Fantastic experience: Great service, couldn’t be happier with my results and staff are very friendly. Busru and the nurses were unreal all the way through, felt like I was in safe hands!!!

Negative experience: Please don't waste your money here. Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. Had 3 appointments here and for the last appointment I paid €100 for smile design back in October. Was put on cancellation list for fitting they must be super busy because its now January. Anyway for many reasons I'd rather lose the 100 Euro than go there again.

Fantastic experience: I got my teeth cleaned here a few days ago and they were all fantastic. When I walked into in I was great with a very nice hello and a smile. Both the dentist and hygienist both were very nice and very informative. I’m will definitely be back. Best dentist visit I’m ever had and I had braces for 4 years. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Just wasted over an hour of my day sat in that place because none of the staff had the decency to inform me that I had apparently come 30 mins late for a check up and cleaning. Nope, even as I was signed in and and literally given my check up I was due before my teeth cleaning could anybody tell me I can actually late.. Id still be sat there now only I went up to ask what was going on as they were too busy making exemptions to fit people in EARLIER than they were meant to be!!!! (Couldn't make it up!!!) But no I was told I had indeed missed my slot even though id been seen in the check up 40 mins previous..Apparently check up comes after cleaning at 3 dental.. My credit card better not be charged thats all il say. Thanks for a wasted afternoon. Happy holidays

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend 3Dental Galway enough. The staff are so professional and accommodating. Dr. Paul O’Connell was fantastic. I had fixed braces and bonding to my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with my results. There prices are outstanding and very affordable. My dentist Paul was so informative of every step carried out.⭐️

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with 3 dental over the past few weeks, had a routine clean and polish which was a very pleasant experience and also had a wisdom tooth extracted, which took 15 minutes, they were so gentle, no pain, no bleeding, no stitches, could not believe the ease and the professionalism of the staff here, would highly recommend this practice.
