Fantastic experience: Brilliant Staff and Brilliant service.

Fantastic experience: Followed Bryan from his previous practice as he is excellent and brilliant with nervous patients (me)! He's friendly and professional with a genuine interest in his patients and their care. Bryan clearly explains all your treatment options (if necessary) and what's involved in the process without any pressure to receive them. He also explains throughout your visit what he is doing, which is very comforting. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team for all age groups.

Fantastic experience: This clinic was recommended to me by a good friend and I won't be looking for another place as long as it's opened. I had my 9 year old son with Dr. Costello for some feelings and the whole experience was so positive that he certainly doesn't have a fear of dentists!! For my own experience I can also say it's very positive, professional and patients are at ease when getting a treatment done. Fantastic experience: First visit to Beaumont Dental Clinic and I am very impressed. Had a very thorough examination and photos were taken to show me any issues with my teeth. My broken tooth was repaired and a plan for future treatments was outlined. Bryan and Helen were so friendly, efficient and professional. I felt like I was in excellent hands!

The work is outstanding and the level of detail is great Bryan takes pictures to allow you to see exactly what you have and he explains the variables when it comes to treatment and aftercare. Professional, sterile, safe, relaxed and accommodating. I found Bryan to be friendly, informative, practical, knowledgeable and down to earth. He provided my best experience of dentistry to date. So very happy I found this practice. I will be returning as a clent and have no hesitation in recommending Bryan.

Fantastic experience: I have had a number of consultations with Dr Bryan Costello over the last few months -one being February 11 2022 which I already have posted. I was very happy with the treatment that I received then and the most courteous manner displayed by the staff I had no hesitation in recommending Dr Costello and his team. I had my latest appointment today 20 September 2022 and my experience today reflects that of my previous consultations. A complicated dental issue was handled with great expertise and the staff were as brilliant as usual.

Firstly I haven’t stopped smiling since I left the office today the results are amazing, Bryan is an fantastic dentist, he has a relaxed and calming attitude and he takes time to reassure and put you at ease. Bryan takes time with his patients you never feel rushed he’s a perfectionist and Im happy to say my post brace results are proof of that. I can’t forget the rest of the team especially Helen, always a lovely warm welcome fantastic customer service and always a good giggle which isn’t easy at a 7.30am appointment. Negative experience: On my initial appointment I found the reception most welcoming and felt at ease immediately. My treatment consisted of initial assessment followed by a thorough cleansing of my teeth. I never felt uncomfortable . Both Mr. Bryan Costello and Helen were thoroughly professional. I have a further appointment in six months time. Before my initial appointment i felt apprehensive but have no apprehension about my next visit. I had a difficult extraction which was made feel easy by the professional treatment i was given i returned to have it checked at my request and there was no problem fitting me in i was so reassured after the visit and everything was fine.
