Everyone was kind and reassuring, and the dentists were true professionals. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I went here worried about damage to my gum. I don't usually go here but I went on this occasion since they had a cancellation and I wanted to be seen sooner rather than later. It is also close to my house. The dentist was not at all interested in the gum and immediately moved on to the topic of my wisdom teeth, something I did not come in relation to. He told me they were decaying. This is untrue and I asked him why own dentist who I had my teeth cleaned with a month ago didn't mention it to me. I believe he wanted me to pay for an expensive x ray that he said would be needed to understand what was going on fully. I have a medical card on the grounds of having a long term and I prefer to go public as I work 6 days a week and pay plenty of tax into it. I told him I'd go back to my hse dentist. When I did this,I booked an appointment my own dentist due to the immense worry he caused me by saying I had decay, she examined my teeth and said there was no decay. I knew there wasn't,mo of my siblings ever had a filling so we have a good diet and strong genes. He kept insisting I'd need an x ray, and to be referred on to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Something no doubt he would get plenty of money out if as well as for the un needed x ray

He is a gentleman in all sence of the word. I still get very nervous but I know he won't hurt me and I can take as many breaks as I need during treatment

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dental Care Ireland enough, especially Dr. David Kelly! He is an outstanding dentist—professional, friendly, and such a nice guy. Every visit has been a good experience, and I always feel at ease at each visit. My kids now attend Dr. Kelly as well, and they actually enjoy going to the dentist! He is fantastic with children, making them feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. David Kelly and the team at Dental Care Ireland. They provide exceptional care, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the reception staff to the dental nurses. They are all lovely and my dentist Conor is a gem. Nobody likes going to the dentist but this surgery is fantastic in every way.

The reception staff always have a smile on their faces and always send out appointment reminders. Conor listened to my concerns and I had fillings and a tooth removed only this week. Dentists and nurses absolutely fabulous. Friendly, kind, empathetic, explain the procedure and check all the way thru that you are okay. I could find a dentist more close to my house but this team is too good to go elsewhere. Thanks ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dentist Conor is absolutely brilliant at his job. I had a fear of dentists and after going to him often for cleanings and fillings I am a lot more confident. He is so patient and gentle and he tells you what is happening before he does it and also has a button to press to stop the procedure. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming too would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Ireland and had a very bad toothache. No other dentist in the area could take me in. Here I was allowed to come by spontaneously. The dentist was very nice and took his time to look at the problem. I must say that I am actually afraid of dentist visits, but here I felt immediately comfortable and I was helped. If I lived in Ireland, I would go to this dentist. :)

I have been to see Dr. Karen and Colette, both of whom put me to ease, as I hadn't been at the dentist in a while. They were extremely accommodating when I needed an emergency appointment and were very helpful in answering any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: DIdn't like the appointment. It was during the COVID confinement. Dentist told me what to do in the future without doing any type of treatment on the day. I made 2 questions, he couldn't answer and in the end I was charged with normal rate and left the clinic with exactly same questions and problem s when i initially had checked in :) good, isn't it ?

Collette did the surgery, she was very patient and she always knew when was the correct time I should take a break. Most important is that she really did perfect job on my teeth.
