Fantastic experience: From the front desk to the Doctors, everything is excellent! Exceptional service and genuine care. Dr. Adrian Villar has been incredibly professional, accurate in his diagnoses, and assertive with the right treatments. He’s always friendly, attentive, and truly provides the best care for my son. We feel very fortunate to have him as our doctor!

Negative experience: Terrible. 40mins wait and I wasn't even seen. There's not even parking on site. The receptionists seem to not care.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10! I’ve had several unsatisfactory experiences with GPs in Ireland, but Dr. Villar has truly been a lifesaver. He conducted a thorough examination, provided a clear diagnosis, and promptly issued the necessary prescriptions, test orders, and referrals. The receptionists were also incredibly kind and efficient, always quick to respond to emails and any questions I had, Tanya was very kind and efficient! Overall, this was the best GP experience I’ve had in Ireland, and I wholeheartedly recommend Central Park Medical and Dr. Villar.

Negative experience: I have the same GP for over some years now,but something happened and every single time i had a consultation,the prescription came completely wrong..with different doctors. Online,in person and even just filling the online form that it's pretty much copy and paste. I gave up.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional receptionist with clear overcharging services with blood tests previously promised in the services but later discovered still be charged. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Dr. Villar prescribed me 10 tablets instead of 1 and I only stumbled upon the error when discussing with my partner who had been prescribed only 1 pill for the same problem after talking with her. I was lucky not to have taken all 10!! That was an bad error but the doctor recognised his error. However, I was also misdiagnosed at the same visit for an achilles rupture which ultimately meant I was walking on a damaged foot instead of resting it in advance of required surgery. This occurred because the GP failed to conduct the thompson test which would have clarified the significant likelihood of a rupture instead of which I was asked to return in a week during which time I was exacerbating my injury. Two big errors in one visit is not good

Fantastic experience: Even though the clinic is over 30 minutes from home, I kept coming because of the excellent care from Dr. Pau. When she left, I considered switching to a closer clinic, but after an appointment with Dr. Villar, I’ve decided to stay – he’s just as wonderful. Nurse Diana is incredibly quick, puntual, efficient and highly attentive with patients, Special thanks to Tanya and Aisling for always being flexible with appointment changes and making everything so easy. Lovely team, 100% recommended.

Negative experience: I’ve been on some medications prescribed by the doctors there for over a year. I’ve recently seen a new specialist somewhere else, who prescribed me the same medications again and suggested me some OPTIONAL test to have, to check the risk for a very rare heart complication. Since, in agreement with the specialist, I’ve decided I want to undergo only part of the optional tests, Dr. refused to continue the therapy recommended by the specialist, without giving the requested explanation on why this test is now strictly necessary as it wasn’t for many months, before someone else mentioned it. Also, I was refused to discuss the matter on a phone call. I’ll try to avoid this place from now on.

Fantastic experience: They’re really good carer doctors, I’ve been always treated here well and don’t want to change my clinic however the time you’re waiting for the appointment is way too long, this definitely needs to be improved.

Fantastic experience: We visited this morning with our son and were seen by Dr. Villar, who listened to us attentively and was incredibly patient in explaining everything. He took the time to address all of our concerns, making sure we fully understood every detail. His professionalism and caring approach really stood out, and we left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: A week ago I made an appointment for today (October 2nd) at 1.15pm, I waited for more than 30 minutes for the doctor who didn’t show up, and when I got in touch with reception to reschedule my appointment, they offered me a slot for a week later. This is so disrespectful and disappointing. The clinic didn’t even try to make an effort to reschedule my appointment as soon as possible, considering it was doctor’s fault and I’m in need of a consultation. After explaining to the receptionist that I couldn’t wait longer, she told me that it wasn't her problem and there was nothing she could do about it.

Negative experience: My experience with central park medical was really bad. I waited the GP for 40 mins and the appointment felt rushed, lasting only about 15 minutes, which did not allow enough time to adequately address my concerns. Unfortunately, I met with Dr. Laura Sancho and then Dr. Pau and found that the GPs were not very caring, and their interactions felt somewhat dismissive. The suggestions provided lacked the constructive guidance I was hoping for, and the overall demeanor could be perceived as curt.

Negative experience: If you have money and time and have nothing else to do you can spend them here, 55 minutes waiting for the Dr to show up for an online consultation that I booked because I have been to the facility many many times and I had to wait even more than that, I don’t see how a private facility is functioning like this, this review comes after multiple times waiting this crazy amount of time of waiting, please organize better!!!!

Positive experience: Clinic is ok. Never managed to see a GP in time. Not sure how it works but whenever I come at exactly my time of appointment I wait 30 minutes minimum. People coming after me and they come in to see GP before me. It doesn't make any sense at all. Administrator was not able to explain how it works. All I heard "appointments are given with 15 minutes intervals" but it doesn't explain how for example when I have an appointment at 10:30 2-3 people coming after 10:45 and they come in front of me!! And I'm just sitting and waiting. Same ridiculous situation happened today with 2 weeks old child visit. Sitting in the lobby waiting for over 30 minutes already. Came at our time however people arriving 30 minutes after still going before us. They don't look more severe to go first. We Skipped feed for a child and didn't rest well just to sit in the lobby and watch how others come later and go in front of us.

Negative experience: The facility is pleasant and modern, with a professional and welcoming reception team. The punctuality was satisfactory, with only a 15-minute delay. However, my experience with Dr. Laura Sancho was unfortunately disappointing. I felt as though she was not taking my concerns seriously, posing rhetorical questions, displaying exaggerated reactions, and asking questions whose answers she could have easily found in my medical history, seemingly just to correct me. Having now read other positive reviews, I realize they predominantly praise Dr. Pau. I would consider returning to this practice, but only if I can schedule an appointment with Dr. Pau.

Negative experience: Honestly I was very disappointed with my experience there. The facilities are comfortable and clean and the location is very handy for me but Dr Sancho (the doctor I saw) barely took time to listen to me and check the issue I was complaining about. I came in with what I believe was an ear infection and was prescribed nothing but an oil to soften earwax (after the doctor suggesting I could simply put olive oil in the ear to help with wax build up, which I’m sure could worsen an ear infection). I’m sure the other doctors are good as I’ve read great reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend Dr Sancho. The appointment took less than 10min and it was nothing but a waste of time and money.

У меня тяжело просматриваются вены и сложно нащупать пульс, но даже несмотря на это кровь всё равно взяли успешно: безболезненно и с первой попытки. Сегодня от нервов у меня резко упало давление (60/40) и я почти потеряла сознание дважды: в кабинете и за его пределами. Огромное спасибо медсестре, врачу и отделу регистрации, которые оперативно привели меня в правильное положение и оказали мне необходимую помощь. Быстро привели меня в чувство, сразу успокоили и не давали мне уйти до тех пор пока я полностью не восстановилась. Было приятно чувствовать такую заботу о себе сразу от нескольких людей. Я уже два года как ваш постоянный клиент, но сегодня эта клиника открылась для меня по новому.

Positive experience: It was great. I had a good experience with Dr.Pau and the staff. The only downside is that you might need to wait for a little longer than your scheduled appointment time, so make sure you give enough time for your visit.

Had a consultation once with Dr Sancho for my baby and was great too. Things to improve? We normally need to wait a bit but this seems to be a common thing in medical care. Negative experience: Worst service, doctors keep the patients waiting for hours. Doesn’t respect the time and appointment allocated. More of a fashion house than a clinic. Dr Pau has zero knowledge avoid at all cost.

Negative experience: I refrained myself from giving a review. I must say it’s really disappointing! When we go to a doctor it’s not about how great facilities look like. We are going with a real worry! Last time I was as GP consultation for my 14 year old daughter, we both paid for nothing and helped 2interns with their placements. What a rip off. Today I signed up to be a user, because location is handy and I can give 2nd chances. Shared more than I would with my family and friends! Got no user ID/NOTHING! For me this is a scam clinic. One to get away from.

Fantastic experience: The GP’s are all excellent and the receptionists also, super supportive and great service. I don’t live near by the clinic but I would not change to another GP as they are great. Online appointments are great and handy and both Dr. Pau and Dr. Haro are excellent professional, they take their time to listen and investigate the issues and help you all the time when you need it. I would highly recommend both of them.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best GP clinic we have dealt with up to now. Pau is very professional and goes way beyond what is expected from a regular GP. If needed, she takes her time to investigate further and finds answers and solutions that will satisfy even the most difficult case. On top of that she is very kind and patient. I can recommend her practice without any hesitation.

Positive experience: They have a very well defined process and having the online support through their website is great. The place is very well maintained and the employees are friendly. I have visited this place many times, and this review is based on ally visits. They should really try to keep their promises on the appointments given. Almost all the time it was delayed, once I had to wait almost an hour for the appointment, even though I booked the same a day before and also reached there on time. I had to take a blood test, thus I was fasting, that made things even harder for me. I have no idea why they give the appointments when there are already enough appointments. We all work, and we all have a lot to do everyday, because of this delay, I had to cancel a few of my official appointments. Sometimes, what I feel is that the doctors are not ready and don't have enough time to hear what patients want to say. My baby was consulted with a doctor in the evening, the doctor was so busy that we couldn't explain everything that we wanted to mention, and in the end the doctor mentioned that she could hear us in the next sitting. Overall, it is a good GP service but needs a few improvements. I may see how things go in the future, and may edit my review.

Fantastic experience: Update: It's weird saying this with a healthcare system such as ours, but going out the door of this clinic without feeling indebted seems almost impossible. I am holding back my tears as I'm writing this. It's evident to me now that there is a reason why this clinic is rated so highly. I've had the best doctor visit in my life and will update this review as I go back for a follow-up. The colour scheme of the interiors gives a sense of stability and professionalism. The receptionist I interacted with was polite and friendly. Dr Haro listened to me attentively and I did not perceive any prejudice.

Fantastic experience: Every time I am at Central Park Medical, I am treated very well. Appointments are punctual and I've never had to wait long past my appointment time to be seen. Dr. Haro is a pleasure to see because of his friendly and highly professional nature. I feel at ease whenever I am being treated, even if it's for something unpleasant like cryotherapy or blood tests. I'm very pleased to have found a great practice with great staff that is in my new neighbourhood.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed. I was seen straight away by Dr. Ignacio who examined my hand injury, a fractured index finger caused in a tag rugby match in October 2021. He carefully examined the injury and then used a scanner to see that there was tendon damage and fluid causing swelling. Most GPs would refer to me another hand specialist, but Ignacio did a brilliant job in seeing what the exact problem was and booked me into for an MRI scan. I am so grateful for his professionalism and efficiency in examining my hand injury. Top marks!

She has been treating me on a difficult condition that other specialists, apparently better qualified, have not been able to understand. They take all the time needed to listen to your problem and then, explain what the options are for you to feel comfortable when leaving the clinic. Additionally, Aisling and Avelina always try to accommodate you and meet you with a smile. I travel almost 40km every single time that we need to visit them and it's definitely worth it. All of them. On top of that, they are wonderful with kids.
