Both, Rachel and Denise were so calm and reassuring throughout the visit, making sure she felt comfortable and at ease. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Westport Dental Care for a number of years now. My experience has been 100% positive with Dr Ava and the hygentists. I attend regular and that helps to keep my teeth in check with miniumun work having to be completed. I have had fillings and one extraction and all professionally completed. I have so much trust in the team and never dread my routine appointments. Hygienist service also excellent. I can with hesitation recommend this dentist in Westport.

Fantastic experience: I have used Westport Dental Centre since I moved to Westport and have found them to be very professional and friendly, I recently had my cleaning with Caroline, the hygienist , she was polite, friendly and very professional. A visit to the dentist is not exactly a fun event, but Caroline took the time to make is as painless as possible. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Made an appointment on the phone, I specifically said I have a medical card, was told no problem. I asked for emergency app, as I was in pain and was told the sooner they could see me was in 3 months, so I waited, as I had no alternative. When I went in for my appointment the first thing the dentist did was inform me about prices ( hadn't even sat down) to which I replied if those charges were for medical card holders too? She proceeded to then tell me that they don't take new patients with mc and I had to either agree to pay or leave. Extremely unprofessional of the person giving the appointment and the dentist herself. So after waiting 3 months my situation and pain has only got worse and I have to search again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Westport Dental for about five years. I used to dread the dentist. It was a usually an unpleasant experience. Then I started going to Westport dental. My dentist is Rachel. There is one word to describe the treatment I receive when I have an appointment. Gentle. A gentle experience. Rachel removed a tooth for me the first time visiting. Rather than use brute strength to remove the tooth. She used skill. Meaning it didn't get infected after and healed faster. I feel treated as a person and not as a set of teeth. Denise who also works with Rachel makes sure you aren't drowning in your own saliva which makes the experience alot more pleasant. I now go two three times a year. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance on my teeth is easier because I feel treated like a person.

Negative experience: Went there with a probably infection, they just told "sorry we don't take any new patient. Try to call around other clinics maybe". They didn't even ask me how bad it was, didn't even open the book of appointments to check if there was any availability.Nothing.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist I’ve ever experienced. They do not take emergency appointments and left my husband in pain for 3 months before he was able to get an appointment. He went in to get some fillings done. He got two different kinds done, sliver fillings and ceramic fillings. With the ceramic fillings, they had to drill a hole in the problem tooth first and then seal it with the filling. The same day this was done, 2 silver fillings fell out and he has been in searing pain with the ceramic fillings ever since. He cannot even use the side of his mouth where the ceramic fillings are and it’s so sensitive now that even his spit agitates it now. He was in serious pain to the point where he was throwing up. We called them to tell them about this so they could fix this problem and he was told he would need to wait for another appointment (they called back to give him an appointment after a month) and was asked to get a prescription painkiller instead, however they did not even provide the prescription and we had to go to the emergency doctor in Westport for this. Absolutely do not recommend!

Negative experience: The receptionist was extremely rude infront if us in the waiting room to someone coming in with a sever pain in tooth. Very unprofessional and alot people have changed dentist because of the staff in there. Always a different dentist on aswell i would strongly advise you to keep away from here and many more will tell the same sooner or later i hope they change the staff

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Westport dental Centre enough, all staff members are so lovely to deal with and a special mention to Laura on reception who scheduled my appointments. I was under the care of Dr Przemek Popielarek, who I cannot praise enough. I am So happy with the outcome of my Invisalign and would recommend Westport Dental centre to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A very good and professional approach to the patient, both the smaller one (my daughter's first visit to Mrs. Agnieszka's dentist) and the big ones too. Still, whenever there is a need to visit the dentist, it is only in Westport Dental Centre. The whole team is very friendly, equipment and knowledge at a high level. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I can only highly recommend Westport Dental Centre...I have attended the practice twice and on both occasions I have been treated with great care. I am an extremely nervous patient and first time visiting Dr. Rachel Goggins she helped to ease and make me feel comfortable while speaking to me throughout the whole procedure. My 2nd visit I was in a great deal of pain and Dr Przemek Popielarek was what I can only describe as excellent and so so gentle...he knew exactly what to do and within an hour I was pain free. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Altho I live far away form Westport I go there every year and have a happy and healthy smile.

Fantastic experience: I started going to the Westport dental center just over a year ago. Previous to visiting the dental practice I hadn’t been at a dentist in a LONG time . A trip to the dentist was something I always put of and hated doing ! From the moment I arrived at the Westport dental center all of that changed . The surgery itself is wonderfully decorated and spotless throughout the staff are so lovely and welcoming ! There was more of a homely feel rather then a surgery feel so the atmosphere was nice and made me feel completely at ease! I got Invisalign braces and I can’t fault one part of the process from start to finish ! They are so good and professional to deal with ! I can’t thank or recommend them enough ! 10/10
