Fantastic experience: I had awful trouble with wisdom tooth becoming infected causing a really bad mouth ulcer. I have a dentist in limerick but due to awful weather conditions I wasn't able to make that journey. Dental Care ireland were very accommodating and fit me in for an emergency appointment. Couldn't recommend them more. The space was so clean and staff extremely kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I came from Dublin to see family and got a really bad abcess... noone would take me in and i was in awful pain, I had called 10 dentists over 2 days crying, i have a medical card bit would of paid cash just to be seen, and this dentist took me in straight away without even asking me for it or charging me and sent me to hospital. Then the lady rang me the next day to see if I was OK. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so so much to the most amazing dentist ever. You put me at ease with your kindness, there should be more people like you!!

My daughter was referred through the HSE dentist for tooth extraction under general anaesthesia as he wasn't able to deal with her fear and emoticons.The waiting list is more than a year long so I decided to make an appointment with Dr Orla Coffey in Ennis Dental Care. I was hoping that she will be able to handle a scared child better. Our experience with Dr Orla and her nurse was amazing. They managed my daughter in a most professional way....like a caring mother. Already two extractions done and my daughter's new friend is Dr Orla ☺️. I'm very happy and thankful for the fast response to help my daughter and kindness of the whole team ❤️

I was told to come in straight away and she saw me immediately. She also wrote a letter for limerick hospital and then called me that afternoon to see if I was OK. Fantastic experience: It was my husband that used this dentist and he was very satisfied but due to unforseen circumstances he didnt get to finish but will get back hopefully in December as our daughter is getting married in November

I have had three visits in a matter of weeks!!!! With pain that I can't honestly describe They have gone above and beyond to help reduce my pain and support me through the process. Fantastic experience: SIMPLY THE BEST I made my first visit to the Ennis Dental Surgery of Dental Care Ireland (formerly known as the Roslevan Dental clinic) after it being highly recommended to me by a friend. I can now confidently say that anyone who has any kind of vulnerability around going to the Dentist, (and I include myself in that demographic) , can rest assured that you are in very safe hands indeed, based on my very positive visit there. Regarding all my interactions with the staff there, from my initial telephone contact with both the receptionist Linda, and Amy the practice Manager, who were both so warm and welcoming, and very professional processing my information and organising my first appointment. I, like many, I imagine because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, was very wary of going to the dentist because of the necessary close contact, and I had repeatedly put off my regular 6 month check ups. Linda and Amy reassured me that the practice followed very strict Covid- 19 safety measures to protect both patients and staff, and I can categorically say this was borne out across the board. The day of my actual appointment I was met by Sarita the Dental Nurse to my dentist Helena Joy. Sarita was also very warm, welcoming and diligent, immediately making me feel less anxious after my arrival. I was relieved to see her temperature-checking me before I was allowed to proceed with the appointment, and that only one client was allowed in at a time. I then met Helena Joy, my dentist, who came across as a true professional, showing great empathy, compassion and being really on top of her brief. She explained in detail everything she was going to do beforehand, before carrying out my various procedures and really helped empower me by giving great advice for future care of my teeth. I was very pleasantly surprised to experience no real discomfort or pain during all the procedures that were carried out, from my x-ray, check up, filling and clean and polish. In my lifetime of 55 years, I have experienced various dentists, but have never come across one like Helena who encompasses all the attributes that I consider makes a great dentist. Helena, has the attention to detail, is very precise and very much includes and empowers the client to make the experience as calm as possible. She also combines her skilful dentistry with (what I think is so important) the skills in humanity as mentioned empathy, compassion and patience. She is second to none in my experience – very much the real deal! To finish, I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Dental Practice and have already booked my next 6 monthly appointment. Well done again to all -Helena, Sarita, Amy and Linda, keep up the great work!

Negative experience: I rang looking for an emergency appointment in July and the earliest appointment I was given was August 26th which I took. I arrived for my appointment on time and was asked through the buzzer if I had any flu like symptoms which I did not but explained that I had just recovered from covid and was out of quarantine since the 21st. The receptionist said that was fine and she buzzed me in. I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes and I noticed two staff members looking in my direction and whispering. Someone came out to me, dont know which one as she had a mask on and proceeded to say “Karen would you mind if we rescheduled your appointment to another date as we have a pregnant lady in here and she is really worried” I said “I rang the HSE and asked if it was ok to come to the dentist and they told me yes of course you are out of quarantine and so therefore not contagious”. She went on to say I understand but the pregnant lady is still very worried we ‘d prefer to reschedule to which I said ok as I was so shocked. She said we will call you asap to give you another appointment and I left. That is nearly 3 weeks and I have not received a call from them. I feel I was unfairly discriminated against for having had covid 19.
