Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in until the door closed behind me the staff made the whole experience totally relaxing and comfortable. It was all about me,the patient. I have to ho back again for further treatment and I wouldn't be comfortable going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mustafa worked tirelessly to remove a badly fitted, uncomfortable temporary tooth that I should have been able to remove for cleaning but couldn’t. It was not an easy job but he did not give up until he removed it. I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!!!

Negative experience: Dentist refused to give me the treatment I had made an appointment for. Tried to reschedule and the next appointment was cancelled with 30minutes notice by an angry receptionist shouting down the phone at me calling me rude because I cancelled my last appointment for the reasons outlined above. Raised a complaint about such shoddy customer service and care but no reply or followup.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. Cannot recommend Janus and Angel anymore. The professionalism and friendliness combined, I'm usually terrified of the dentist but they completely put me at ease so much so they are now my two sons dentist too. Amazing experience. So happy with the results.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Disorganized Service I booked a dental appointment at this center a month in advance. Two days before my scheduled visit, they asked me to reschedule without providing any reason. Since I was flexible, I agreed. However, on the day of my appointment, they contacted me again to confirm my attendance. When I confirmed, they unexpectedly assigned me to a different dentist without prior notice. This lack of communication and organization was very disappointing.

Negative experience: Disgraceful. I was overcharged. Queried this and was told because I had a pain in my tooth it was an emergency. Booked 31st January appointment was for 7th February. NOT AN EMERGENCY. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY SMILES TALLAGHT and would not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to the practice, I had an ongoing issue with my front tooth. I was terrified. After meeting with dr. Angelko Ashtalkoski my fear or 'the dentist ' has been completely removed. He could not handled it any better and relaxed me immediately. The service was extremely professional and friendly throughout and more importantly my absolute fear of dentists is over with. If you are thinking of any sort of dental work, Smiles Dental in Tallaght is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Angelo and his assistant Rapha enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. Both incredibly skilled, professional, and takes the time to explain every step of the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I literally love this dentist i wouldn't go anywhere else. They always look after me so well and fit me in. Big thank you to Dr Angel he is just a gem and a fantastic dentist. If your a nervous patient like me he is the perfect one to attend to. Prices are a little pricey but you pay for what you get and they always follow-up on your progress too.

Negative experience: Terrible place. Came in for stitches removal. Doctor was very mean and made me cry. Told me to shut up when I told him it hurt. Will never come her again. Very money hungry.

Negative experience: This was my worst experience with a dentist in my whole life ! I had a gum cleaning (gd enough for my gums to bleed already the next day) they state €60 and I ended up paying €135 for some unknown reason. As a result I wasted my money and received a terribly low quality service which needs to be repeated. I dont recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical when I read through the reviews before I went to Smile Dental. But I must mention that I had the best service. From the receptionist to the doctor’s assistant to the doctor, they were all really nice. I was kept calm throughout. According to my personal experience, they were professional and friendly. People generally mention that anything to do with dental is expensive, but sadly that’s the fact. I don’t think that has anything to do with one particular dental practice. I had a good experience in general. Dr. Angel is to whom I go. I have had multiple appointments with him for several issues. He is the best.

Negative experience: 2 hour drive for an appointment to get there and be told sorry it’s not on the system even though I have the emails from their staff member Jean to accept my appointment I am so mad as their service is an absolute disgrace and the only thing they can do is ask the manager to give me a call !!!!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous. They don't take medical card patients. Disgraceful. They had an appointment for me, until I said I have a medical card. "We don't accept that form of payment" was the receptionists exact words.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental service, especially Dr. Ashtaloski, who is both professional and friendly. He does perhaps the most thorough cleans I've experienced, and regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I have an appointment next week for a clean and polish. I had an exam already this year and therefore don't wish to have another one, I've been informed as my prior dentist has left I have to pay 45 for another exam even though this is not my fault so I'm changing to another practice, disgraceful. They have my exam results on file it's a rip off and I'd rather pay someone else.

Negative experience: Awful customer service, dont know weather lady in reception was having an off day. But the impression I got was they could care less how much pain my wife was in, next appointment is in 4 days...I got an appointment elswhere in moments. Never bringing my family here again.

Fantastic experience: Can’t believe my luck having Dr. Mustafa Ahmad as my dentist. I recently had some composite bonding done and I’m super impressed with the results. Mustafa is the perfect blend between professional and friendly. He shares all his thoughts and opinions, ensuring you’re comfortable before moving towards a next step. Negative experience: Extremely disappointment and angry with my visit didn't got everything done what I needed because the dentist Joanna didn't had time for me. During my teeth clean which wasn't even done properly the dentist scrached all over my new glasses and now I need to get my 2 lenses replace. This place should give me money back for bad work and damages done to my glasses. Defently not coming back!!!

Dr. Muhammad removed a really painful wisdom tooh yesterday ...and i mean painful...i had been avoiding having it removed ..he was so good i disnt even need pain killers afterwards....told me to keep away from hot drinks etc...20 mins later i was drinking hot cup of coffee....unbelievable. so i had to share rhis with you ...the mans a legend. Day 2 i feel like a new man

Negative experience: They are not that skilled here they only do easy stuff. I went to get my teeth looked at for braces, took 5 seconds looking at my teeth and refused braces cause I have a crossbite.(which in fact is true but only obvious to a dentist) Immediately told me i need jaw correction surgery and has a colleague in town and need to spend 18 grand, yes €18000 you heard that correct. Didn't even let me have time to think about this life changing decision and wanted to Immediately put on payment plan as if I already had the money to proceed. I felt this place is more of a money grab business as I walked in. I went to square dental tallaght and they are amazing no issues with them at all.

He informed me very well of the dental treatment plan, the procedure was not rushed, and it was totally pain free! And most importantly the results was outstanding! I would totally recommend Dr. Mustafa as a world-class dentist!

Fantastic experience: Just went here with my son who broke a front tooth in a fall. Dr. Angelko immediately applied a build up of the tooth and it looks completely amazing and a very reasonable price. My son is delighted and we're very much in awe of the work done. Fantastic experience: Had braces 13 years ago but never had the bar on the back of my teeth so I approached a friend of mine Tasha who works in smiles dental tallaght and she got me sorted with an appointment straight away as I notice my top teeth turning and my bite was off. So I got seen by a lovely man named Jansuz who done my braces and looked after me for the last 9months.I was nervous because of covid but all the staff worked so hard keeping the customers really safe.The service I received was unreal and if anybody is thinking of getting any work done this clinic is the place to go.I’m back now I’m August to get work done on my bottom teeth and can’t wait.The staff work so hard and are up to standard looking after there customers thanks again to them all for everything,Nicola.

I attended another dentist practise last week and walked out disappointed and upset. I explained my concerns with my teeth with Joana and was reassured I would be very satisfied with the work that will be done .. thank you smiles for amazing customer service . I walked out very happy and excited for my future treatment

Negative experience: Looks professional enough. I needed help, as my wisdom tooth was paining me under the gum. They told me nothing can be done about it, it should stop paining eventually, even though it was already at me for a year. Many months after I went to another dentist, who surgically extracted it. Since then the pain never bothered me again. It looks like Smiles just do easy jobs, leaving the complex ones to other dentists.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist is closed due to Covid and had my first appointment with smiles dental and I was happy with the service. Receptionist was lovely, clinic is beautiful. The lady I had for my teeth assessed and cleaning was so nice,made me feel so relaxed and welcoming, explained everything to me about my teeth. I was extremely happy with how clean my teeth came up and am back for 2 fillings next week too. Theses guys are now my new dentist and am now going to bring my 17yrs old son about braces also

Negative experience: Would not recommend smiles dental Tallaght. Had an appointment for an extraction, knowing it was surgical I brought 110 euros. I was on the dental chair & the dentist informed me it would be 130euros.. As I was 20euros short & no card with me the dentist would not do the extraction & told me I had to reschedule and I had to leave in a lot of pain.. Got an appointment in a different dentist the next morning who pulled the tooth and was NOT surgical for 80euros.

Negative experience: Horrible service, their assistants demage your good teeth on purpose with tools while working on bad tooth . . Hateful people, full of envy !!! Stay away if you don't want to be destroyed. Do not trust these company , it will be too late if you trust them your health !!!!!!! Do not go there !!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just want to leave a review with regards to my experience today @ Smiles Dental in Tallaght. I am very nervous when it comes to check up appointments in the Dentist, firstly I was greeted by a lovely girl Natasha she put me at ease straight away as she knew I was very nervous. The clinic is spotless clean and everyone is very friendly. It made me feel very relaxed and I won't be as nervous booking in for my next 6 month check up. Negative experience: Albo specjalnie źle robią, albo pracują na kiepskich materiałach. Zrobiłam tam dwa zęby, wypełnienie, oczyszczenie i kompozyt. I jeden i drugi ząb nie wytrzymały roku przy prawidłowej higienie, kompozyt odpadł i znowu mam problem ale tam już nie pójdę. Wszystko ładnie i pięknie w środku, ale nie warto przy cenach powtarzać co roku wypełnianie.

Negative experience: I had bad experience. A dentist refused to fix my tooth without looking at the rest of my teeth that cost 40€. When I told her that 3 month ago I already paid 40€ for this procedure in your clinic in Dundrum, she said, but it wasn’t me. She insisted, I said thank you, bye-bye.

Fantastic experience: I went to visit doctor janusz for ortho treatment. He made me feel so comfortable and I am looking forward to my next appointment with him to get my braces on !

Fantastic experience: I would consider myself a reluctant patient when it comes to dental care. I've attended Smiles Tallaght for a number of visits,and always welcomed with a smile by the front desk. My treatment included fillings, extractions, and then perio treatment. Dr. Joanna did most of the work, and put me at ease and explained all the treatments required. i was reluctant to get the perio done given what i had read about how uncomfortable it would be. Following a consultation with Dr. Mohamad all the work was fully explained,and he done this in stages to minimise any discomfort i would have . I would highly recommend the practice , and staff.

Fantastic experience: Great place and so attentive from when I arrived. Was greeted with a smile from front desk and they were very helpful and informative about my queries and concerns about been pregnant visiting the dentist. Checking in was quick and the dentist Catherine came out to meet me in waiting room. Felt very comfortable there and would not hesitate to come back again. Great place overall and staff overall appeared so friendly and eager to help attend to you.

Negative experience: got teeth made from smiles tallaght ,,,, was in a wheel chair at the time was told i had 2 adjustment,, if i was not happy,,, after 4 major opps to my hips and legs in tallaght hospital i was walking again aided with stick i went back for adjustment,, they tried to scam money out of me,,,, as a ex/veteran (Navel service) rang the EHB they had been paid,, hence the scam,,, i did not fall for it,,, never had the teeth in my mouth for more then 3 mins, they never fit right,,,,, Kevin Flood
