Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned by a Hygienist last week. It was a lovely, stress free appointment. I was greeted by the receptions in a friendly polite way. The hygienist called me on time. I had a few questions to ask her. She listened carefully to me and answered the questions in great detail. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly. At the end, she gave me advise re brushing etc. My gums are tender at times and she was very gentle and did not hurt me in any way. I have been a patient/client with you for years and I will continue to do so. ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had to go for a rooth canal. Was there for the 1st time. There are far parks around for free. Just to be sure to read the signs. The staff was very friendly. No waiting times. My rooth canal was done painfree what is very important for me. Also I could pay in installments what was very helpful. Very recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Staff are friendly. I see Dr. Jack Murphy and I find him so friendly and great to explain exactly what is happening to you, before any procedure. He is the first dentist in a very long time that I don't mind going to. I have recommended him to all my family.

Fantastic experience: Marina Corral Gutierrez, the dental nurses and receptionist here are the most friendliest staff I have ever experienced. I can’t express how amazing Marina is. I’ve had some trauma from past dentists which made me a very nervous patient and she put me at ease every time and she’s just an incredible dentist I couldn’t get over how good she was.I’m so happy I found this practise and would highly recommend to anyone you won’t get anywhere better. I have just come out from an extraction and I was crying with joy with how smooth and quick it went compared to one I had before elsewhere which traumatized me and where the staff were not nice at all. Thank you so much to everyone here.

Mr. Gus Pappathomas Proprietor, together with his staff are always very willing to oblige, they are kind, caring and courteous to each patient. I would suggest any person who may suffer from "dentist dread ", you will lose this once you pay a visit for yourself. As a new patient procedures are explained in detail. Positive experience: My visit was very easy and pleasant and I felt very well looked after and well informed by dentist Jack. My only fault with the practice is that it took a very long time to actually get an appointment and the fact that you don't offer emergency appointments is a definite worry for me.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Both my dentist and hygienist are very gentle and calm my nerves when I either have my regular 6 month clean or more recently a filling, which I was very nervous about. Would recommend to someone who has a fear of the dentist!

Negative experience: Sadly a very negative experience with this Dental Clinic. I attended there for 13 years yet when I went out with a missing front tooth and a real sense of emergency not only was I not fitted in- in the weeks that followed but I received no response from secretary or dentist. I had facilitated them on many occasions- coming out on one occasion within twenty minutes to fill a gap for them .The same flexibility wasn't extended to me. In general I found it to be very much a conveyor belt set-up confirming and paying and that was it. Very little real communication -often a different dentist there without being told. No sense of coming up with a plan together or clear pricing. Perhaps the worst moment was when I was shown a photo of my bad teeth and it was suggested that I was responsible for the break etc. etc. I won't be returning there. Ray
